Founder Diaries · Attars, Fragrance Discovery & Buying for Known Taste

Woody is not one preference, it is four or five, and you have already worked that out - which puts you ahead of most people buying fragrance for somebody else. The problem is that the distinctions matter enormously on skin and are almost invisible on a label. What a published note list can do is tell you which of your guesses a given range actually contains. In this one the answer is unusually clean: three of the four ideas you are holding are represented and one is not, and the one that is not is not a matter of degree. Knowing which is which is worth more than any recommendation, because it tells you exactly what your money is testing and what it is leaving untested.
This is the dry one, and the deepest of the four as SOSA publishes it.Nawaab is white royal oud with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, and its published list also names agarwood, leather, vetiver and amber. It is ₹399 in 3ml, ₹699 in 6ml and ₹1,199 in 12ml, and it is one of the three in the published trio at ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml. Dry is not the same as smoky - no attar in this range is published as a smoky composition, and that is the one hypothesis on your list the box cannot test. Published wear is 6 to 8 hours per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin.
Quick answers — read this first
Does the SOSA Attar Trio cover different kinds of woody fragrance? It covers three of the usual four. The trio is Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani at ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml. Sandalwood runs through all three published note lists; Nawaab is the dry one, white royal oud with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf; and Ameeri is the ambered one, Taif rose and Persian saffron over sandalwood with a soft oudh and amber. What it does not cover is a smoky composition.
Is there a smoky SOSA attar? No. SOSA publishes no smoky attar in the range. The nearest material is the aged tobacco leaf in Nawaab, which SOSA publishes as dry rather than smoky, alongside white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood, agarwood, leather, vetiver and amber. Nawaab is ₹399 in 3ml, ₹699 in 6ml and ₹1,199 in 12ml. If a smoke note is specifically what you are testing, this range does not test it.
Which SOSA attar has the most sandalwood? SOSA does not publish proportions, so no attar can be ranked that way. What is published is that sandalwood appears in the note lists of Ameeri, Mastani and Nawaab, and that all four attars are carried on Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba. So sandalwood is present throughout the range rather than concentrated in one bottle.
The short answer
Short answer: The SOSA Attar Trio is a fixed set of Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani at Rs 1,055 in 3 x 3ml. Sandalwood appears in all three published note lists, Nawaab is the dry one with white royal oud and aged tobacco leaf, and Ameeri is the ambered one with amber and a soft oudh under Taif rose. There is no smoky attar in the SOSA range, so three of the four common woody hypotheses are covered and the fourth is not.
The pick: The 3 x 3ml trio at ₹1,055 - it puts sandalwood, dry wood and ambered warmth in front of them at roughly 60 wears each, which is three of the four ideas you are holding.
Why: Three of the four guesses are represented in one published set and the fourth is absent from the whole range. Knowing that before you order is what stops you buying a box to test something it does not contain.
Knowing somebody's signature fragrance is more information than most gift buyers have, and it still does not answer the question, because the next bottle is not the same bottle. What three small attars buy you is evidence rather than a guess - three things to put on skin over a week. What the published trio is not is a set you assemble: it is one fixed combination of Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, in whichever single size you choose. And no page can tell you what anybody will make of any of them.
The recipient loves woody perfumes but I do not know whether they prefer sandalwood-style softness, dry woods, smoky effects or ambered woods - does a trio make more sense than guessing one?
Yes for three of your four hypotheses, and no for the fourth, and it is worth being precise about which is which. The SOSA Attar Trio is a fixed combination of Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani at ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 in 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 in 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 bought one at a time. Sandalwood is published in all three note lists - Indian sandalwood in Ameeri, Mysore sandalwood in Mastani and Nawaab - and it is also the carrier oil, since all four attars sit on Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba. Dry woods are Nawaab: white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, with agarwood, leather, vetiver and amber also in its published list, and SOSA publishes it as the deepest of the four. Ambered woods are Ameeri: Taif rose and Persian saffron over Indian sandalwood with a soft oudh, and amber with white musk in the base. Smoky is the one the range does not publish at all. No SOSA attar is described as a smoky composition; the aged tobacco leaf in Nawaab is the nearest material and it sits in a composition published as dry. So the box tests three of your four ideas properly, at roughly 60 wears per 3ml at one dab, and leaves the fourth untested - which is a reason to buy it with clear eyes rather than a reason not to. Two limits as always: nobody chooses the three, all three bottles come in one size, and Adaa is the fourth attar, sold separately from ₹379 and the only one of the four with no sandalwood in its published note list. Published wear is 6 to 8 hours per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Three of your four guesses are in the box. The fourth is not in the range at all, at any price.
The quick version: the 3 x 3ml trio at ₹1,055 covers three of your four guesses - sandalwood, dry wood and ambered warmth - with roughly 60 wears in each bottle. Nawaab from ₹399 is the dry one on its own; Ameeri from ₹385 is the ambered one. The fourth guess, a smoky composition, is not something SOSA publishes in any of the four attars.
Four guesses, and what the published note lists can settle
The useful work here is not recommending one of the four attars. It is matching your four hypotheses against what the published note lists actually contain, so you know what the purchase tests and what it does not.
01
Hypotheses one and two
Sandalwood runs right through the range, and the dry one has a name
Sandalwood is the least distinguishing of your four ideas here, because it is everywhere. It is published in the note lists of Ameeri as Indian sandalwood and of Mastani and Nawaab as Mysore sandalwood, and all four attars are carried on Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba. So a recipient who is drawn to a soft, creamy wood is not choosing between one bottle that has it and two that do not.
Dry wood is where the box gets specific.Nawaab is white royal oud led, with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, and agarwood, leather and vetiver also in its published list. Oud is a resinous wood and vetiver is a root, and neither is a soft material. SOSA publishes Nawaab as the deepest of the four and as dry rather than smoky, at ₹399 in 3ml, ₹699 in 6ml and ₹1,199 in 12ml.
Tip: Sandalwood is the floor of this range, not a distinguishing feature of one bottle.
02
Hypothesis three
Ambered warmth is Ameeri, and it arrives through rose and saffron
Ameeri is the ambered one. Its published note list is Taif rose, Indian sandalwood, Persian saffron, a soft oudh, amber and white musk, and the amber sits in the base where it does the warming. It is ₹385 in 3ml, ₹679 in 6ml and ₹1,165 in 12ml.
The thing worth noticing is the route in. This is not amber arriving on its own; it arrives under a flower and a spice, which is a different experience of ambered wood from amber sitting beneath dry oud. Nawaab's published list names amber too, so if ambered warmth is the hypothesis, the box tests two readings of it rather than one - which is exactly the kind of distinction that cannot be settled by reading and can be settled by wearing.
03
Hypothesis four
There is no smoky attar in this range, and that is not a matter of degree
SOSA publishes no smoky attar. Not a lighter one, not a heavier one - the composition type is absent from all four, and that is the single most useful fact on this page, because it is the one thing a box of three cannot quietly fix.
The material that gets closest is the aged tobacco leaf in Nawaab, which sits alongside leather and agarwood in that bottle's published list. Tobacco leaf as an ingredient is a dried leaf rather than a burnt one, and SOSA publishes the composition as dry. If the specific thing you were hoping to test is a smoke note, the honest answer is that this range does not offer it, and buying three bottles will not produce it. If it is one of four ideas you are holding loosely, the box settles the other three and you will have narrowed the field considerably.
Tip: A set can test the hypotheses that exist in the range. It cannot test the one that does not.
The bottle the trio does not contain
Adaa, and why it matters to half these questions
SOSA publishes four attars. Three of them are in the trio and one is not.Adaa - bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac and white musk - is published as the lightest of the four and a daytime attar, and it is sold on its own at ₹379 in 3ml, ₹669 in 6ml and ₹1,149 in 12ml. That matters because the trio page itself lists a reason not to buy the trio: it is an evening set of depth, warmth and floral, and somebody who wears bright, light, citrus-led fragrance is not the buyer for it. If what you know about their taste is that it is fresh, the honest route is Adaa rather than the box - and if you want Adaa alongside two others, that is three individual bottles at full price, because the trio cannot be recomposed.
Match your guesses to the range before you match them to a bottle
Write your four guesses down: sandalwood, dry wood, smoke, ambered wood.
Strike out smoke. No SOSA attar is published as a smoky composition.
Place the rest: sandalwood is everywhere, Nawaab is dry, Ameeri is ambered.
Then decide: the box at Rs 1,055 to test three, or one bottle from Rs 385.
The SOSA principle
Woody is four preferences wearing one word. The value of a published note list is that it tells you which of the four a given shelf can actually put on somebody's wrist.
Three of yours are in this box. The fourth is not on the shelf at all, and no amount of spending changes that.
The woods in this range, named and placed
Placed against each other, the four attars sort cleanly. Nawaab is the dry, deep end - white royal oud with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, plus agarwood, leather, vetiver and amber in its published list, and published as the deepest of the four. Ameeri is the ambered, warm end - Taif rose and Persian saffron over Indian sandalwood with a soft oudh, amber and white musk. Mastani is wood under a floral - night-blooming jasmine and Damask rose over Mysore sandalwood and oudh, with vanilla and tonka in the base. Those three are the published set. Adaa, the fourth and the lightest, is bergamot and green cardamom with neroli and jasmine sambac over white musk, vetiver and cedarwood - the only one of the four whose published wood is cedar rather than sandal, and it is sold on its own from ₹379.
Tests sandalwood, dry wood and ambered warmth in one order, with roughly 60 wears in each bottle, in a single gift-ready box, and cheaper than the three bought one at a time. Where it fails: it tests none of the smoky idea, because no attar in the range is published as smoky, and you cannot substitute anything into the set.
The dry-wood hypothesis on its own, and the deepest of the four as SOSA publishes it. Where it fails: it settles one guess out of four, and if dry wood turns out not to be the direction, the money has bought a single answer rather than a comparison.
The ambered hypothesis on its own, with the amber arriving beneath Taif rose and Persian saffron. Where it fails: same problem in reverse, and it also leaves open whether the appeal was the amber or the rose, which two bottles would separate and one cannot.
The other worn format SOSA publishes, at a comparable price to a single attar, for when the recipient may simply not want an oil attar at all. Where it fails: SOSA publishes no wear figure for the solid perfumes, so you lose the one performance number this range does give you.
What the three sizes actually buy you
3ml, 6ml or 12ml - and roughly sixty wears in the smallest
All three trio tiers contain the same three attars; the only variable is how much of each. ₹1,055 buys 3 x 3ml, and the published figure for a 3ml is roughly 60 wears at one dab - which is the number that makes a discovery gift a real one rather than a set of samples, because it is enough to wear a scent on an ordinary Tuesday and not just sniff it in a shop. ₹1,859 buys 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 buys 3 x 12ml, the largest published size of each. Against the same bottles bought singly those are savings of ₹118, ₹204 and ₹354. The trio ships with all three bottles in the same size - there is no mixed-size set, and SOSA states that mixing sizes means buying the three individually and losing the trio price.
The format facts are the same across the four and some of them matter to a woods wearer. All four are alcohol-free and DPG-free, carried on Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba, IFRA-compliant and skin-safe, hand-blended in small batches in Pune by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained. Each bottle has a built-in dab applicator, and the published instruction is to dab on pulse points and not to rub - relevant here, because the drydown develops after the first 30 minutes and dry woody compositions are largely a drydown proposition. Attar oils can stain light silks, so skin rather than fabric. Heat-stable to 45 degrees C. The trio's three bottles come in a single gift-ready box, the only presentation SOSA publishes; custom label or logo on product is the one branding option.
₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 in 3 x 6ml, ₹3,189 in 3 x 12ml. Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani - the same three every time, all in the size you pick, in one gift-ready box.
₹379, ₹669 and ₹1,149. Bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac, white musk. The lightest of the four and the one the trio does not contain - the honest answer whenever the question is a fresh or daytime one.
₹1,149 to ₹1,199 for a single 12ml. The alternative to the trio when you already know the direction and the useful thing is depth in one bottle rather than breadth across three.
from ₹1,149
The fact that changes most of these questions
The trio is one published combination. You do not choose the three.
Almost every version of this question arrives phrased as a curation problem - which three directions should I pick for her? - and the honest answer is that the published SOSA Attar Trio is a fixed set: Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, in whichever single size you choose. Adaa, the lightest of the four, is not in it - SOSA publishes it as the daytime attar and sells it on its own. And the trio ships with all three bottles in the same size; SOSA's own page states that a different three, or three different sizes, means buying individually and losing the trio price. So the real decision is not which three. It is whether these three are the right three for what you already know about their taste - and where they are not, the page should say so rather than sell you the box. The prices are ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 in 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 in 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 for the same bottles bought singly. What any of them does on a particular person, and what that person makes of being given them, is not something SOSA publishes and not something this page will invent.
Tell SOSA what they already wear, anything they have said they dislike, whether this is a first attar or an addition, and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which bottles, including the times the honest answer is Adaa on its own from ₹379 rather than the trio.
The most valuable thing a published note list gives you is not what is in the bottle. It is what is missing from the whole shelf.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every attar gift where you already know what they wear, and the first one is not price. Are you buying breadth or depth? Breadth means three bottles to put on skin over a week, which is what the published trio is for; depth means one 12ml in a direction you are already confident about. Then: does what you know about their taste sit inside what the trio actually contains? The trio is Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani - warm rose and saffron, white royal oud, and night-jasmine with Damask rose. It has no light, fresh or citrus-led bottle in it, because Adaa is the lightest of the four and is sold separately from ₹379. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA range, sorted by how much it asks of the person receiving it
Start from what the gift demands, not from what it costs
₹1,055 for Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani in 3ml each, against ₹1,173 bought singly. The published figure for a 3ml is roughly 60 wears at one dab - enough to actually live with a scent rather than sniff it
₹379, ₹669 and ₹1,149. Bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac and white musk. Adaa is not in the trio - SOSA publishes it as the daytime attar and sells it separately
From ₹749 in 50ml. Listed here only to rule it out: a reed diffuser scents a room and an attar is worn. They are not substitutes, and a fragrance-taste question is not answered by a bottle that sits on a shelf
from ₹749
The single most useful fact on this page: the published Attar Trio is one fixed combination. It is Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, every time, and all three bottles ship in the size you select. Adaa cannot be substituted into it, and there is no mixed-size trio - SOSA's own page says that if you want a different three, or three different sizes, you buy the bottles individually and the trio discount does not apply. Published across all five pages: 6 to 8 hours of wear per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin, a built-in dab applicator (dab on pulse points, do not rub), a carrier of Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba, and alcohol-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant formulations hand-blended in small batches in Pune. A 3ml is published at roughly 60 wears at one dab. Attar oils can stain light silks, so they go on skin rather than on fabric. Prices above are the published selling prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, with quantities settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

What the SOSA attar pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The four attars and their prices - Adaa, bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac and white musk, ₹379 / ₹669 / ₹1,149; Ameeri, Taif rose, Indian sandalwood, Persian saffron, soft oudh and amber, ₹385 / ₹679 / ₹1,165; Mastani, night-blooming jasmine, Damask rose, Mysore sandalwood, oudh, vanilla and tonka, ₹389 / ₹685 / ₹1,179; Nawaab, white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, ₹399 / ₹699 / ₹1,199. In 3ml, 6ml and 12ml. Those four are the entire attar range.
The trio - Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani at ₹1,055, ₹1,859 and ₹3,189 for 3 x 3ml, 3 x 6ml and 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 bought singly. It is one fixed combination, all three bottles in the same size, and Adaa is not in it. A different three, or mixed sizes, means buying individually at full price.
Wear - 6 to 8 hours on skin per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin, with the drydown developing after the first 30 minutes. A 3ml is published at roughly 60 wears at one dab. That is the only quantity figure SOSA gives for an attar.
The format - a concentrated oil attar with a built-in dab applicator; dab on pulse points and do not rub. Carrier of Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba. Alcohol-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant, skin-safe, heat-stable to 45 degrees C, hand-blended in small batches in Pune by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained. Attar oils can stain light silks, so they go on skin rather than fabric.
Relative depth, in SOSA's own words - Adaa is published as the lightest of the four and Nawaab as the deepest, with Ameeri and Mastani between them. That ordering is published; no number from any product page is quoted here, and no claim is made about how any of them behaves on a particular person.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any sillage, projection or room-distance figure; any shelf life, expiry, concentration or oil percentage; any seasonal or skin-chemistry claim beyond "longer on warm or oily skin"; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time; any presentation beyond the trio's single gift-ready box and a custom label or logo on product; and anything whatsoever about what a recipient will like or how a gift will be received. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Know what they wear and not what to buy next? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: the fragrance they already own and wear, anything they have said they dislike, whether this is a first attar or an addition to a collection, and roughly what you want to spend. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue - including the cases where the honest answer is a single 3ml at ₹379 to ₹399 rather than the trio, or Adaa on its own because the trio is published as an evening set. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any sillage, projection or room-distance figure; any shelf life, expiry or concentration; any claim about how an attar behaves on a particular person; any bulk rate, minimum quantity or lead time; and anything at all about what a recipient will think. What is: 6 to 8 hours of wear per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin, a drydown that develops after the first 30 minutes, roughly 60 wears in a 3ml at one dab, a built-in dab applicator, a carrier of Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba, and alcohol-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant formulations made in India. On presentation: the trio's three bottles ship in a single gift-ready box, which is published; beyond that, custom label or logo on product is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, printed sleeve or insert card. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The message we get most often on WhatsApp is not what should I buy. It is a more specific and more interesting problem: I know exactly what she wears. I have known for years. I just cannot buy it again. That person is not short of information. They are short of a next step, which is a different thing entirely, and almost nothing written about fragrance gifting treats it as different.
Here is the part I would want them to hold on to. Knowing somebody's signature tells you where they started, not where they would go. A person who has worn one bottle for a decade has usually not rejected the alternatives - they have never had three of them on their own skin at the same time. So the useful gift is not a better guess at one bottle. It is evidence: several things to wear, on separate days, and the chance to notice which one they reach for without being asked to be polite about it.
The part I will be blunt about, because our own product page is blunt about it: the trio is one fixed set. Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, all three in whichever size you choose. It is not assembled around a person's taste, Adaa is not in it, and if somebody wears bright citrus and nothing else, that box is the wrong box - Adaa on its own is the honest answer, and it costs a great deal less. I would rather lose the larger sale than have three bottles sit unopened on somebody's dressing table.
And the thing nobody selling fragrance should pretend to know: I cannot tell you what they will like. I can tell you what is in each bottle, that one dab carries six to eight hours, that a 3ml is roughly sixty wears, and that all four are alcohol-free and blended here in Pune. What happens when a particular person puts a particular attar on a particular wrist is genuinely theirs to find out - and giving them three ways to find it out is, I think, the whole point.
Frequently asked questions
Which SOSA attar is the dry woody one?
Nawaab. Its published note list is white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, with agarwood, leather, vetiver and amber also named, and SOSA publishes it as the deepest of the four attars. It is Rs 399 in 3ml, Rs 699 in 6ml and Rs 1,199 in 12ml, and it is one of the three attars in the published trio.
Is any SOSA attar smoky?
No. There is no smoky attar in the range. The closest material is the aged tobacco leaf in Nawaab, which sits in a composition SOSA publishes as dry rather than smoky, alongside white royal oud, agarwood and leather. If a smoke note is specifically what you want to test, this range does not contain one in any of the four bottles.
Which attar has the most sandalwood in it?
SOSA publishes no proportions, so the attars cannot be ranked that way. What is published is that sandalwood appears in the note lists of Ameeri, Mastani and Nawaab, and that all four attars are carried on Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba. Adaa is the one whose published woods are vetiver and cedarwood rather than sandalwood.
Can I put together my own set of three woody attars?
Not at the trio price. The SOSA Attar Trio is one fixed combination of Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, with all three bottles in the single size you select. Any other three, or three different sizes, means buying the bottles individually - Adaa at Rs 379, Ameeri at Rs 385, Mastani at Rs 389 and Nawaab at Rs 399 in 3ml.
Is Ameeri a woody attar or a rose one?
Its published note list is Taif rose, Indian sandalwood, Persian saffron, a soft oudh, amber and white musk, so it is both - a rose and saffron opening over sandalwood, with amber in the base. Whether it is heard as a rose fragrance with wood beneath it or a woody one led by rose is a matter of how it is worn, and SOSA publishes no guidance on that.
Take the next step
Test the three hypotheses that exist, and stop paying for the one that does not
The 3 x 3ml trio at ₹1,055 when the honest position is that you cannot separate sandalwood softness from dry wood from ambered warmth, because the box puts all three in front of them with roughly 60 wears each. Nawaab alone, from ₹399 when dry wood is the one you would bet on. Ameeri alone, from ₹385 when the amber-and-rose reading is the likelier one. And the 3 x 12ml at ₹3,189 when the point is supply rather than sorting. Nothing here is a smoky composition, so no purchase on this page tests that idea. Tell SOSA what they wear now on WhatsApp.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

About this guide: Written by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles-trained founder and perfumer at SOSA Home & Body. Product recommendations reflect the SOSA range; the reasoning about how to buy fragrance for somebody whose taste you partly know applies to any brand.
Specifications verified from the live SOSA product pages, September 2026: SOSA publishes four attars and one pack of three, and that is the entire attar range. Adaa - bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac, magnolia, white musk, vetiver and cedarwood - is ₹379 in 3ml, ₹669 in 6ml and ₹1,149 in 12ml. Ameeri - Taif rose, Indian sandalwood, Persian saffron, soft oudh, amber and white musk - is ₹385, ₹679 and ₹1,165. Mastani - night-blooming jasmine, Damask rose, Mysore sandalwood, oudh, vanilla and tonka - is ₹389, ₹685 and ₹1,179. Nawaab - white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf - is ₹399, ₹699 and ₹1,199. The SOSA Attar Trio is one fixed combination - Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani - at ₹1,055 for 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 for 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 for 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 for the same bottles bought singly. All three bottles in a trio ship in the same size and in a single gift-ready box. Adaa is not in the trio; SOSA publishes it as the daytime attar, sold separately, and the trio page states that a different combination or mixed sizes means buying individually without the trio price. Published across all five pages: 6 to 8 hours of wear per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin; a drydown that develops after the first 30 minutes; roughly 60 wears in a 3ml at one dab; a built-in dab applicator, dabbed on pulse points rather than rubbed; a carrier of Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba; alcohol-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant and skin-safe; heat-stable to 45 degrees C; hand-blended in small batches in Pune; country of origin India. Attar oils can stain light silks and are applied to skin rather than fabric. For comparison: SOSA solid body perfumes are ₹459 to ₹549 in 15g and are also worn, though no wear-time figure is published for them; SOSA reed diffusers from ₹749 scent a room rather than a person and are not an alternative to an attar. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: any sillage, projection or room-distance figure; any shelf life, expiry, concentration or oil percentage; any seasonal or skin-chemistry claim beyond "longer on warm or oily skin"; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time; and any presentation beyond the trio's single gift-ready box and a custom label or logo on product. Limits of this guide: no claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, headaches, sensitivity or wellbeing, in either direction. No claim is made about what any recipient will like. Nothing here states or implies that a named person will enjoy, prefer, adopt or be impressed by any fragrance, that a scent will suit them or become their signature, or that a gift will be well received; SOSA publishes no information of that kind and none is invented here. No third-party perfume, perfume house or brand is named, and no resemblance, alternative or dupe claim is made about any SOSA product. No rating, review count, strength score or customer name from any product page is cited, and no competitor or category of competing product is characterised. No statement is made about what any community, religion or family wears or gives, and no etiquette rule is presented as fact. No fragrance is assigned to a gender; SOSA publishes all four attars as wearable by anyone. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
