Is there a door, and does it ever close?
This is the whole question of how many volumes you own, and it is decided by behaviour rather than by architecture. A wide opening with no leaf in it is one volume. Question two
What is the combined figure in cubic metres, not square feet?
Take each connected space, multiply length by width by ceiling height, and add them. This is the step almost everybody skips, and it is the step that decides whether ₹11,999 is right, generous or not enough. A 1,200 sq ft reception at 3 metres is about 335m³. Question three
Are you willing to leave the far end quiet?
In any connected space, the end furthest from the source is the weakest, and no correctly sized machine changes that. Here that is a feature. Reception is where the level is set and checked; the rehabilitation end takes whatever is left, which should be very little. The failure mode is subtle and I have watched it happen twice. Somebody decides the gym end feels flat, so the unit is moved twenty feet down the room, or the intensity goes up two steps. Reception is now over-scented, the working floor still is not holding a level because it never could, and the plan has quietly become the one this family spends nine pages arguing against. I am wary of the pages where the answer is the expensive one, so I make myself do the arithmetic twice. This is one of the few places in this cluster where ₹11,999 comes out right on the numbers rather than on enthusiasm: a genuinely open front-of-house running into a genuinely open rehabilitation area is a large single volume, and a large single volume is exactly the problem a machine is built for.
