The operational question underneath this is not which scent, and it is not even which product. It is what kind of thing you are asking a driver to do. Continuous scenting is a condition you can only inspect; you cannot instruct somebody to keep a cabin smelling pleasant and then tell whether they did it. A spray applied before a pickup is a step with a start, an end and a completion state, which is the shape every other line on a pre-pickup checklist already has. Central supply matters here, but not for the reason it is usually given: what it standardises is not the fragrance, it is the moment.
One object, one moment, 75 cars. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). A spray is applied in the waiting window and finished when the doors close. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
Should a corporate fleet supply car fragrance centrally to its drivers? Central supply gives you one thing worth having: the same object in every car, used at the same point in the run-up to a pickup. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml, published as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) at the same price. A spray is applied and finished; a hanging bottle works continuously whether or not a passenger is in the car.
How do chauffeurs prepare a cabin without continuous fragrance? By making it a discrete step rather than a standing condition. A spray is applied in the waiting window before a passenger arrives, then the doors are closed and the job is done - it can be written into a checklist as a verb with a completion state. A hanging bottle cannot be finished, because it starts when it goes in and continues for as long as it is there.
Is there a device for a chauffeur-driven car that stops by itself?SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser, 6.9 cm, 2000 mAh Type-C, up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off. The shut-off is the operationally interesting part: it makes the scent a session rather than a standing state. It is roughly eight times a 12ml spray.
The short answer
Short answer: Yes, for control of the moment rather than of the scent. A spray is a step a driver completes before a pickup; SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml. Where you want a bounded session instead, SOSA Safar at Rs 3,999 has a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off. No fleet rate is published.
The pick:The 12ml spray at ₹449 to ₹509, one in each car, applied in the waiting window before the passenger arrives - with SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 where you want a bounded session a driver does not have to end by hand.
Why: A spray is an event with an end, so it can be written into a checklist and checked. Continuous fragrance is a condition, and a condition can only be inspected after the fact.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
We operate 75 chauffeur-driven corporate vehicles and need drivers to prepare cabins before executive pickups while avoiding continuous fragrance. Do centrally supplied sprays give better operational control?
They do, and it is worth being precise about what the control is over. A spray is an event with an end. It happens at a moment a driver can be told to hit - in the waiting window, after the cabin has been wiped and before the passenger arrives - and once the doors are closed the step is complete. That makes it writable as a checklist line with a completion state, which is what every other item in a pre-pickup routine already is. Continuous fragrance has no such moment; it is a standing condition, so a supervisor can only inspect it afterwards and a driver cannot be said to have done it or not done it. Central supply then adds the second half: the same object in every car, so the moment is identical across all 75 vehicles rather than depending on what each driver bought.SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, each sold as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) at exactly the same price - so choosing the form a driver controls costs nothing extra. Every SOSA fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. The Safar device is imported, with a country of origin of China. If you want a bounded session rather than a hand-applied one, SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, and it is roughly eight times a 12ml spray, so it is a per-car decision and not a fleet-wide one by default. On quantities: SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time, so your 75 vehicles are a WhatsApp conversation on +91 96192 18531; custom label or logo on product is the one branding option. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
You cannot instruct somebody to maintain a condition. You can instruct them to perform a step and close a door, and that is the entire operational case for a spray over anything continuous.
The fleet default: the 12ml spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - one in each car, applied before the passenger arrives, finished when the door closes. Same price as the hanging bottle, which cannot be finished.
What central supply standardises, and the three decisions underneath it
Three decisions sit underneath this, and the first one is the reason the other two are easy.
1
The first decision
A step with an end, or a condition you can only inspect
Look at the rest of your pre-pickup routine. Wipe the screens. Check the water. Set the temperature. Bin out. Every one of those is a verb with a completion state: a driver either did it or did not, and somebody else can tell within a few seconds. "Keep the cabin pleasant" is not that kind of line at all. It has no moment, no end and no way of being confirmed, so it becomes the item everybody agrees with and nobody performs.
A spray converts the intention into the right shape. It is applied at a specific point in the waiting window, it takes a few seconds, the doors close and the step is complete. It can be written down, it can be audited by asking when it was done, and it stops by itself because a spray simply stops. Nothing keeps running after the passenger has gone, which is exactly what you said you wanted to avoid.
A hanging bottle is the opposite object on this specific axis, at the same price. It begins when it goes in and continues for every journey, every passenger and every empty repositioning run in between. It is a good product and a poor instruction: there is no moment for a driver to perform and no state for a supervisor to check.
This is also the reason central supply earns its keep, and it is not the reason usually given. What you are standardising is not the fragrance, it is the moment - one object, one instruction, one place in the sequence, in all 75 cars. Drivers buying their own creates 75 different products applied at 75 different points, which is the variation you are actually trying to remove.
Tip: A checklist line has to be a verb somebody can finish. A spray is. A condition is not.
2
The second decision
When a device is the honest answer, and what it actually publishes
There is a case where a hand-applied spray is not enough: a long run where you want the cabin held at a level for a defined stretch, rather than a single application before a passenger gets in. SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is the published answer to that. It is a waterless cordless diffuser, 6.9 cm, 2000 mAh with Type-C charging, rated at up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off.
The shut-off is the part that matters for your brief, and it is worth saying why. It is what makes the device per-journey rather than continuous. A driver starts it, it runs for the hour or two the trip needs, and it ends without anybody having to remember to end it - which means the failure mode of continuous scenting, a cabin that has been running all day for nobody, does not arise. It gives you a bounded session rather than a standing state, and a session is something a routine can contain.
The price sits where you would expect. At ₹3,999 it is roughly eight times a 12ml spray, so it is a decision per vehicle rather than a default across a fleet. A sensible shape for most operators is sprays across all the cars and devices only in the vehicles that do long executive runs, which is a judgement about your own duty cycles rather than something a fragrance house can make for you.
Two facts to keep straight when you write this up internally. Every SOSA fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. The Safar device is imported, with a country of origin of China.
3
The third decision
What is settled in a conversation, and what nobody publishes at all
Start with the number you own. 75 vehicles is your figure, and so is your replacement cycle, your number of daily executive runs and the split between long trips and short ones. Those are the facts to take into a conversation. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time, and nothing here invents one - bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Branding is exactly one thing: custom label or logo on product. For a corporate fleet that is the relevant option, because a labelled bottle in a door pocket is the only surface in this range that carries your mark. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card.
Two gaps you will be asked about internally. SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent - the only exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, at about 100 sprays in the 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays in the 50ml (₹1,499). And no spray refill is published; the 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 are for the hanging bottle, with a spray system described only as in development. So plan replacement as new bottles rather than as topping up.
And the honest close, which matters more on a corporate page than on any other. SOSA cannot tell you that a scented cabin does anything for a client relationship, and no fragrance supplier can tell you that either. What is knowable is the mechanism: a driver performs a step before a passenger arrives, the cabin is prepared in a way that can be checked, and the scent stops on its own. What that is worth to your organisation is your judgement.
Tip: Your 75 cars are your number. There is no published fleet rate to read before you ask.
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
How to write this into a pre-pickup routine across 75 cars
Put one bottle in each car and one line in the pre-pickup checklist.
Make the step finishable: applied in the waiting window, then doors closed.
Choose one scent across the fleet so nobody decides anything at the kerb.
Take your own vehicle count to WhatsApp. No rate or minimum is published.
The SOSA principle
The reason continuous scenting fails in a fleet is not that it is unpleasant. It is that nobody can be held to it. A condition has no moment to perform and no state to check, so it quietly becomes optional.
Convert it into a step with an end and it behaves like every other line on the checklist - which is the real argument for a spray, and for the auto shut-off on the device where a spray is not enough.
One scent across a fleet, and the device that ends a session by itself
A fleet is the one case where carrying a single scent is better than offering a choice, because a passenger who dislikes it should meet it once rather than in whichever car turns up. Sea Breeze at ₹509 is fresh and open and reads as a prepared cabin rather than as a statement, which is close to the brief for an executive pickup. Lemon at ₹499 is bright and clean and is the most literal signal that a car has just been made ready. Sandalwood at ₹479 is warm and quiet and suits a formal fleet. Jasmine at ₹449 is soft and floral, Lavender at ₹479 and Icy Mint at ₹489 are the sharper end, and Vetiver at ₹509 is dry and green. Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and divides opinion, which is the wrong property for a cabin whose passengers change several times a day. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 is spray only. All are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to run cabin preparation across a chauffeur-driven fleet
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
A 12ml spray in every car · ₹449 to ₹509
A step with a start and an end, performed in the waiting window, auditable as a checklist line. It fails on the long run where you wanted a level held for two hours rather than one application, and it depends on a driver actually doing it.
A hanging bottle in every car · the same ₹449 to ₹509
Nothing for a driver to remember, mild scent-throw, and a published 15ml refill path at ₹399 to ₹449. It fails on your stated brief: it runs continuously, through every empty repositioning trip, with no moment to perform and no state to inspect.
SOSA Safar · ₹3,999
Cordless and waterless, 6.9 cm, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a journey becomes a bounded session that ends by itself. It fails on cost across a whole fleet - roughly eight times a 12ml spray - and it is an imported device rather than a made-in-India fragrance.
Drivers buying their own · your current position
Costs the operation nothing and needs no policy. It fails on every point this page is about: different products, different strengths and different moments in 75 cars, with nothing to standardise and nothing to check.
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given.Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
The rest of the range, and where it lands for a fleet. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios at ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 - useful for letting a transport manager trial scents across a few cars before committing the fleet, and the trios are fixed rather than chosen. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 are published for the hanging bottle only. And SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is the one product in the range built around a driver controlling a cabin: 2000 mAh, Type-C, up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent, three speeds, 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, 6.9 cm. Treat it as a per-vehicle decision for the long runs, not as a fleet-wide default.
Published as Spray (Strong scent-throw). Applied when somebody decides to apply it, and nothing stays visible in the cabin afterwards. Eight scents, ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
Published as Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the same price as the spray. It runs continuously once it is in the car, and it is visible from the driver's seat.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered.
from ₹699
The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts:Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
A fleet instruction has to be something a driver can finish. Keep the car smelling pleasant has no end to it. Apply it before the passenger arrives and close the door has one, and that is why it survives contact with a Monday morning.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car range, sorted by who controls when the scent happens
Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own
₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India
₹3,999
Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Working out what to hand a customer, and how many? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: what your business actually does, roughly how many customers a month you are talking about, whether you want the customer to control the scent or the car to carry it continuously, and what you want to spend per customer. You will get a straight answer rather than a catalogue. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, sleeve, insert or printed packaging. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break, lead time or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count for any scent except Mysore Orange Blossom; and any cost per spray. One thing worth knowing before you plan around it: the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published, so a spray is a sealed unit rather than a topped-up one. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.
The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.
And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.
Frequently asked questions
How should drivers prepare a cabin before an executive pickup without continuous fragrance?
Treat it as a step rather than a standing condition. The cabin is cleaned and wiped, the spray is applied in the waiting window before the passenger arrives, and the doors are closed. The step has an end, so it can sit on a checklist and be confirmed. A hanging bottle cannot be handled this way, because it starts when it goes in and does not stop.
What does SOSA charge a fleet running 75 cars?
No figure for that exists on any page. The published retail prices are Rs 449 for Jasmine, Rs 479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 for Icy Mint, Rs 499 for Lemon, and Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, and SOSA Safar is Rs 3,999. No bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time is published. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Where is the Safar diffuser manufactured?
Every SOSA fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. The Safar device is imported, with a country of origin of China. The two facts belong to two different things, so it is worth keeping them apart in any internal note you circulate about the fleet.
Does a driver have to keep applying it through a journey?
No. A spray is applied once before the passenger arrives and then it is finished, which is the point of choosing it. Where you want a level held for a defined stretch instead, SOSA Safar at Rs 3,999 runs on three speeds with a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so the session ends without anybody having to remember to end it. It is roughly eight times a 12ml spray.
Is there any published data on what a scented cabin does for a corporate client relationship?
There is none, and any supplier offering you one has invented it. SOSA publishes nothing on retention, referrals or recall. What is knowable is operational: the step has a completion state so it can be checked, the same object is in all 75 cars so the moment is identical, and the scent stops on its own. What that is worth to your organisation is a judgement for you to make.
Take the next step
Standardise the moment, not the scent - then take 75 cars to WhatsApp

No fleet rate is published, so bring your vehicle count and your run pattern to WhatsApp - custom label or logo on product is available.

Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
