At this size the interesting question stops being which fragrance and becomes which part of the building is even in scope. In most maternity hospitals the honest answer is one floor of it, and one machine.

A single practice asks which rooms; a maternity hospital has to ask which floors, and then discovers that the honest answer is one of them. The reason is the same one that governs a two-room clinic, only multiplied. Most people in a maternity building did not choose to be there today, and many of them are staying rather than visiting. A public concourse someone crosses in two minutes is a legitimate place for an ambient decision; a ward floor somebody is on overnight is not, and no setting makes it one. So I write the exclusion list first, hand it over as a document, and let the inclusion list be whatever survives.
