The requirement rules out more than it sounds like it does. No device means no power, no water tank, no refill jug, no charging cable and nobody visiting a vehicle to service anything. That removes the ultrasonic diffusers entirely - Boond at ₹899 and Sukoon at ₹1,899 are home products that need water and a socket - and it puts a question mark over even the cordless option. What is left is the format that needs nothing at all: the hanging car perfume at ₹449 to ₹509, which a driver hooks on in two seconds and nobody ever has to attend to again.
The easiest single standard for a mixed fleet. SOSA Icy Mint hanging car perfume, ₹489 for 12ml - it reads as a cleaned vehicle rather than as a fragrance somebody chose, which is a useful quality when a hundred drivers had no say in it. Nothing to plug in, nothing to fill, nothing to charge and nothing to fit.
Quick answers — read this first
What is the simplest way to scent 100 company vehicles without devices? A hanging car perfume, ₹449 to ₹509 at published retail prices. It needs no power, no water, no charging and no fitting beyond hooking it over a mirror stalk, so a hundred of them can be handed out without anybody visiting a vehicle. It is also the mild scent-throw, which matters when a hundred drivers did not choose the scent.
Why not use an ultrasonic diffuser in the vehicles? Because they are home products. Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 are ultrasonic cool-mist diffusers that need water in a tank and mains power, and both need refilling by hand. Across a hundred vehicles that is a hundred tanks somebody has to fill, which is precisely the work the requirement was written to avoid.
What about the cordless SOSA Safar?SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is waterless, cordless and rechargeable, and it is a genuine car diffuser rather than a home one. It is still a device: it has to be charged, looked after and eventually replaced, and at ₹3,999 it is priced for one enthusiast's car rather than for a hundred pool vehicles. No runtime or battery life is published.
The short answer
Short answer: Use the hanging car perfume, Rs 449 to Rs 509. It needs no power, no water, no charging and no fitting, so a hundred can be distributed without anyone servicing a vehicle. Ultrasonic diffusers such as Boond at Rs 899 and Sukoon at Rs 1,899 need water and mains power and are home products. SOSA Safar at Rs 3,999 is cordless but is still a device to charge.
The pick: The mild hanging from ₹449, in one or two scents across the whole fleet, handed out rather than fitted by anybody.
Why: It is the only car fragrance format in the range that needs nothing at all - no socket, no tank, no cable, no service visit - which is exactly what a hundred scattered vehicles require.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
What format should we use to scent 100 company vehicles without installing devices or maintaining machines?
The hanging car perfume, and the reasoning is arithmetic rather than preference. Anything with a tank, a cable or a battery becomes a hundred small maintenance jobs the moment you multiply it by the fleet, and those jobs land on drivers who do not work for the person who chose the product. Run through the alternatives honestly. The ultrasonic diffusers - Boond ₹899, Sukoon ₹1,899 - are cool-mist machines that need water and a mains socket; they are home products and a vehicle has neither. SOSA Safar ₹3,999 is the serious car answer: waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold diffusion, and a lovely object. It is still something that has to be charged, and at ₹3,999 it is priced as a single premium purchase rather than as a fleet line, which is a fair thing to say about it rather than a criticism of it. The hanging needs none of that. It is a 12ml bottle a driver hooks over a mirror stalk in two seconds, with no power, no water, no charging, no fitting appointment and nothing to service. Published prices are Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Two honest limits. SOSA publishes no duration for the hanging format, so nobody can hand you a replacement rhythm for a hundred vehicles - fit a few, watch them, decide for yourself. And SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab and no rate card; the numbers above are retail, the arithmetic off them is yours to do, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Multiply any maintenance step by a hundred and it stops being a step. The hanging has no steps at all - which is the only property this requirement is actually asking about.
For a hundred vehicles with nothing to install: the mild hanging from ₹449. No socket, no tank, no cable, nobody visiting a vehicle to fit anything.
Three things to work out before you scent a hundred vehicles
A hundred vehicles is the scale at which a small inconvenience becomes a programme. Three things decide whether this works, and only the first one is about fragrance.
1
The requirement, taken literally
What no device actually rules out
It is worth writing the exclusion list down, because it is longer than it sounds and it eliminates most of the market before you have compared a single scent.
No power. That removes anything that plugs into a socket. The ultrasonic range - Boond at ₹899, Sukoon at ₹1,899 - are mains cool-mist diffusers made for a room. A car does not have a room's socket and a driver is not going to run one.
No water. Those same ultrasonics work by misting water. A hundred of them is a hundred tanks to fill and empty, in vehicles that get parked in the sun and driven over speed breakers. Even if the power problem were solved, the water problem would not be.
No charging. This is the one people forget, and it is what puts SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 outside this particular brief. Safar is waterless, cordless and rechargeable, which makes it a real car product rather than a home one adapted. But rechargeable means somebody charges it, and across a hundred scattered vehicles that becomes a habit you are asking a hundred people to keep. No runtime or battery life is published, so you cannot even plan how often.
No fitting. Anything clipped to a vent or mounted on a dashboard needs a person, a minute and a vehicle in one place. Over a hundred vehicles that is a schedule.
Tip: Every requirement on the list removes a category, and only one format survives all four.
2
What survives
The hanging, and the two things it will not tell you
The hanging car perfume clears every item on that list because it has no mechanism. It is a 12ml bottle with a cord. A driver hooks it over the mirror stalk without being trained, and from that moment nobody touches it again. There is no socket, no tank, no cable, no app, no charge cycle and no service visit. For a hundred vehicles spread across cities and shifts, that absence is the entire product benefit.
Two things it will not tell you, and both should be said plainly rather than papered over.
It does not publish a duration. SOSA gives no figure for how long the hanging format keeps scenting a cabin, and neither should anybody else. The only SOSA car product with published numbers is the Mysore Orange Blossom spray - roughly 100 sprays in the 10ml, roughly 500 in the 50ml - and those numbers belong to that spray alone. If you need a replacement rhythm across a hundred vehicles, put them in five or ten first, watch what happens through a hot month and a mild one, and set the rhythm from your own observation.
It does not have a fleet price. The published band is ₹449 to ₹509 and that is the retail band a customer pays. There is no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no price break and no rate card published anywhere. You can do the arithmetic off the retail list for a hundred vehicles in about thirty seconds, and that figure is the only honest starting point anyone can give you.
3
The distribution question
A hundred bottles is a handout, not an installation
The reason this format suits the brief is not only that it needs no maintenance. It is that distribution replaces installation entirely. A device programme needs vehicles brought to a place and a person to fit them. A hanging programme needs a box of bottles at each depot and a line in an email.
That changes what can go wrong. Nobody misses a fitting slot; somebody just does not pick their bottle up. Nobody leaves a device uncharged; somebody leaves the bottle in a drawer. Those are much smaller failures and they do not compound.
It also means the scent count matters more than you would expect. Offering drivers a choice of eight sounds generous and turns into eight lines to reorder, eight sets to count at each depot and a conversation at every handout. One or two scents across a hundred vehicles is the honest answer.Lemon ₹499 and Icy Mint ₹489 are the two least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not choose them. Jasmine ₹449 is the lowest-priced and the quietest floral if you want a single standard. What you should not do is make Oud ₹509 the fleet default because it sounds like the best one; it has the strongest character in the range and a hundred people did not ask for it.
Tip: Hand out one scent from a box. Do not run a fitting schedule for a hundred cars.
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.
Planning a hundred-vehicle scent programme with nothing to maintain
Write the exclusion list first: no power, no water, no charging, no fitting visit.
Choose the mild hanging, Rs 449 to Rs 509. Same price as the spray, nothing to install.
Standardise on one or two scents so each depot counts two lines, not eight.
Trial five or ten vehicles to find your own replacement rhythm before committing.
The SOSA principle
A device in one car is a product. The same device in a hundred cars is a rota, a charging habit and somebody's Monday morning. Nothing about the object changes; the multiplication does all the damage.
That is the honest case for the hanging here. It is not the most sophisticated way to scent a cabin. It is the only one in the range whose workload stays at zero when you multiply it by a hundred.
How many scents a hundred-vehicle programme should actually carry
Across a hundred vehicles, the scent list should be short and chosen for indifference rather than for delight. Icy Mint ₹489 is the strongest candidate for a single fleet standard, because it reads as a cleaned vehicle rather than as a fragrance somebody added. Lemon ₹499 is the other workhorse and the one with the cheapest refill at ₹399. Jasmine ₹449 is the lowest-priced hanging in the range and the quietest floral, which makes it the easy second line if you want two. Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479 read as more considered and suit a smaller named group better than a pool. Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509 carry the most character and are the wrong thing to standardise on. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 has no hanging format at all - it is a spray only.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to scent a fleet, measured against the no-device requirement
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
Hanging car perfume · ₹449 to ₹509
Clears every part of the requirement: no power, no water, no charge cycle, no fitting. A driver hooks it on and nobody touches it again, so a hundred of them is a distribution task rather than an installation project. What it will not give you is a published duration, so the replacement rhythm is yours to establish.
Car perfume spray · identical price
Also needs no device, and costs exactly the same as the hanging of the same scent, so it stays in the comparison honestly. It loses on scent-throw: it is the stronger format and the dose is set by whoever holds the bottle, which across a hundred drivers means a hundred different intensities in vehicles carrying other people.
Ultrasonic diffuser · Boond ₹899, Sukoon ₹1,899
Cool-mist machines that need water in a tank and a mains socket, and refilling by hand. They are home products and a good answer to a room. In a vehicle they fail the brief twice over, and a hundred tanks to fill is exactly the maintenance the requirement was written to eliminate.
SOSA Safar · ₹3,999
The genuine car device: waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold diffusion, and the nicest object in the range. It still has to be charged and looked after, and no runtime, battery life or coverage is published. At ₹3,999 it is priced for a single enthusiast's car rather than as a line across a hundred pool vehicles.
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
One more piece of arithmetic worth doing before you commit. SOSA publishes 15ml refills at ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud, and the refill holds more than the 12ml bottle and costs less than buying that bottle again. Across a hundred vehicles that turns the second round into a smaller number than the first, provided you standardised on the hanging - the refills fit the hanging bottle, not the spray. What nobody can tell you is when the second round is due, because no duration is published for the hanging format. That is the honest gap in this plan and the reason a small trial matters more here than a spreadsheet does.
The lowest-priced hanging in the range at ₹449, and the reason most per-car budgets get built around this number. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at the same ₹449.
Eight scents from ₹399. The refill is 15ml against the 12ml bottle it refills, and costs less than buying the unit again - so the person who was given one can carry on without being sold to.
Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
The question was never which product scents a car best. It was which product still works when the person responsible for it is somebody you have never met, in a vehicle you will not see again for a month.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Buying for a business rather than for one person? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: roughly how many vehicles or people a month, whether the recipient chooses the scent or you do, whether you want the mild hanging or the stronger spray, and whether the label needs to carry your logo. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, any minimum order quantity, any slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the whole of the branding offer, and there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme; everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the businesses and the cars in those cities and not about a local branch.

A note from Sonal
The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.
What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.
The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.
And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.
Frequently asked questions
What is the easiest way to add fragrance to 100 company vehicles?
A hanging car perfume, Rs 449 to Rs 509 at published retail prices. It needs no power, no water, no charging and no fitting - a driver hooks it over the mirror stalk in seconds. That makes a hundred vehicles a distribution exercise rather than an installation project, which is the whole point of the no-device requirement.
Can we use ultrasonic diffusers such as Boond or Sukoon in the cars?
They are the wrong tool for a vehicle. Boond at Rs 899 and Sukoon at Rs 1,899 are ultrasonic cool-mist diffusers that need water in a tank and mains power, and they are designed for a room. In a car there is no socket and no sensible place for an open water tank, and a hundred tanks would need filling by hand.
Is SOSA Safar suitable for a fleet of 100 vehicles?
Safar at Rs 3,999 is waterless, cordless and rechargeable, so it is a real car diffuser rather than a home one. It is still a device that has to be charged and looked after, and it is priced as a single premium purchase rather than as a fleet line. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published, so charging cadence cannot be planned in advance.
How often will we need to replace a hanging across the fleet?
SOSA publishes no duration for the hanging format, so there is no cadence to quote and any number you are given elsewhere has been invented. Fit five or ten vehicles first, observe them through a hot month and a mild one, and set your own rhythm. Budget the 15ml refill from Rs 399 rather than a whole new unit for the second round.
Does anything change when the quantity is a hundred rather than one?
SOSA publishes retail prices only: Rs 449 to Rs 509 for the hanging. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab and no rate card, so any figure below retail would be invented. Do your own arithmetic off the retail list, then message SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 about quantities.
Take the next step
A hundred bottles in a box beats a hundred devices on a rota
The mild hanging from ₹449 is the only car fragrance format in the range with no socket, no tank, no cable and no service visit behind it. Standardise on one or two scents, trial a handful of vehicles to find your own replacement rhythm, do the arithmetic off the published retail list, and settle quantities with SOSA on WhatsApp.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the businesses and the cars in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim, nor any claim about being suitable for children, pets or any medical condition. No claim is made anywhere on this page about what a gift will do to a business result - not to a satisfaction or survey score, not to repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Those outcomes depend on the business and not on a fragrance, and no fragrance house can honestly promise them. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel. No duration is published or implied for the hanging format. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
Imagine if Stars Hollow had its very own candle shop—filled with scents as inviting as Luke's coffee, as warm as a hug from Sookie, and as delightful as one of Lorelai's movie marathons. Welcome to Sosa home and body's very own newsletter!
