Standardising is the right instinct for a fleet, and it changes what you are actually choosing. A single scent held centrally is not the one you like best. It is the one that has to survive every disagreement it will never hear about - across drivers who did not pick it, passengers who cannot leave the vehicle, and a store cupboard that has to hand out the same thing next quarter. That is a narrower test than a preference, and it rules out more of the range than you would expect.
One item held centrally, handed out unchanged. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). The selection test for a standard is low objection rather than preference, which is why the quietest scents in the range usually win. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
What should a company consider before standardising on one car fragrance across a fleet? Three things: how widely the scent is tolerated by people who did not choose it, whether the form suits a vehicle with changing occupants, and how the item is replenished. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml in two variants at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).
Which single scent is the safest choice for an executive fleet? The usual answer is one of the two quietest: Jasmine at ₹449, soft and floral, or Lemon at ₹499, bright and clean. Oud at ₹509 is the one to avoid as a standard - it is rich and woody and people hold opinions about it, which is an asset when somebody asks for it and a liability when nobody did.
Is there a published rate for a company holding one product centrally for a fleet? No. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no per-unit figure, and there is no formal trade or partner programme. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The short answer
Short answer: Choose for tolerance rather than preference. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, and the spray and hanging forms are the same price, so form is a control decision. No rate for holding a product centrally is published; quantities go to WhatsApp on +91 96192 18531.
The pick:Jasmine at ₹449 or Lemon at ₹499 in the spray form - the two least likely to be actively disliked by somebody who had no say in the choice.
Why: A standard scent is applied to people who did not choose it, so the selection test is how few objections it attracts rather than how much anybody admires it.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Our executive-car fleet needs one standard fragrance product held centrally and distributed across vehicles. What should we consider before choosing one?
Start by changing the question from which scent is best to which scent is least likely to be actively disliked by somebody who had no say in it, because that is the test a single standard has to pass. SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, each in two variants at exactly the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). Three things then decide it. First, tolerance. Jasmine and Lemon are the quietest in the range and the usual answer for a vehicle where the occupant changes; Oud is the richest and is the one that provokes an opinion, which makes it a poor standard and a good option to have on request. Second, form. Since the price is identical, this is purely a control decision - a spray is applied at a moment somebody chooses and leaves nothing visible, a hanging bottle runs continuously and occupies the mirror. For an executive vehicle carrying different people every day, the spray keeps the decision close to the passenger. Third, replenishment. One item across a fleet is easier to hold and hand out than four, and the one thing that will not be solved for you is how often it needs replacing: SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent, so you will have to observe your own consumption for a quarter and plan from that. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Commercially: there is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no per-unit figure published anywhere, and no formal trade programme. Bulk orders are welcome, custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Choosing one scent for a fleet is not a taste exercise. It is a question about how much disagreement a single decision can absorb before somebody quietly stops using it, and the quiet scents absorb the most.
The usual standard: Jasmine at ₹449 or Lemon at ₹499 in the spray form - same price as the hanging bottle, and the two least likely to be objected to.
Three questions that decide which single scent you standardise on
Three questions settle this, and the order matters - the scent is the last of them rather than the first.
1
The first question
What is a single standard actually being asked to do?
A standard is not a recommendation. It is a decision that removes a choice from everybody downstream of it, and it is worth being clear about who that includes. Your drivers did not choose it. Your passengers did not choose it. The person handing bottles out of a cupboard next quarter did not choose it either.
That reframes the selection completely. A scent with character is an asset when somebody asks for it by name and a liability when it is the only thing available. The quality you want in a standard is not distinctiveness but low objection - a scent that a wide range of people will find unremarkable in a good way.
It also argues against choosing by what the fleet manager likes. The manager is one occupant of one vehicle, and the standard applies to hundreds of journeys they will never be in. If a scent is going to be applied to people who cannot leave the vehicle, it should be the version of the range with the fewest strong opinions attached.
There is a second, quieter benefit to standardising that is worth keeping: one item means one conversation, one reorder and one thing to explain to a new driver. Four scents held centrally is four times the handling for a benefit that mostly accrues to the person choosing.
Tip: A standard is a choice removed from everyone downstream. Pick the one that takes the fewest objections with it.
2
The second question
Which form, given that the price cannot break the tie
Most fleets expect a budget answer here and there isn't one. SOSA publishes both forms of every 12ml scent at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 whichever you take. Vetiver is ₹509 whichever you take. The store's variant names carry the only difference it publishes: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).
So decide on control and visibility. A spray does nothing until somebody picks it up, which means a journey can be unscented simply by leaving the step out, and it sits in a door pocket where no passenger sees it. A hanging bottle runs from the moment it goes in, which is genuinely easier to administer - there is nothing for a driver to remember - and it occupies the rear-view mirror, the one object a rear passenger cannot arrange not to look at.
For an executive vehicle with a changing occupant, the spray usually wins on the consent argument alone. For a vehicle assigned to one named person who chose the scent themselves, the hanging bottle is perfectly reasonable and removes a task from a driver's day.
One boundary to hold whichever form you standardise on. Fragrance does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air. A standard product is not a standard answer to a cabin that needs cleaning, and it should never be issued as one.
3
The third question
Holding it centrally, and the figures that do not exist to plan with
This is the part that catches fleets out, so take it before you commit rather than after. SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. There is no published dosage and no published coverage figure for a car interior. The only product publishing anything of the kind is Mysore Orange Blossom, a spray only, at about 100 sprays in the 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays in the 50ml (₹1,499) - figures that belong to that product and cannot be carried across to the other eight scents.
The workable consequence is that your replenishment rhythm is something you measure rather than something you are told. Issue to a small number of vehicles first, record what comes back for replacement, and build the central holding from your own observed rate.
Then the commercial blanks. There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no per-unit figure published anywhere, and there is no formal trade, partner or dealer programme, no account handler and no published list to read before you call. Bulk orders are welcome and the whole conversation happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Take your vehicle count and your observed replacement rhythm with you.
Branding is exactly one thing: custom label or logo on product. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card. A fleet that wants its own identity on the bottle can have exactly that and nothing around it.
Tip: Measure your own consumption for a quarter. No published figure exists for you to plan against.
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
Choosing and holding one standard scent for a fleet
Choose for low objection, not for preference. Jasmine at Rs 449 or Lemon at Rs 499.
Decide form on control, not budget. Both forms are the same price.
Issue to a few vehicles first and record your own replacement rhythm.
Take your vehicle count to WhatsApp. No rate or minimum is published.
The SOSA principle
A standard scent is applied to people who never chose it and mostly will not mention it. That makes low objection the specification, and it is a different specification from the one anybody uses when buying fragrance for themselves.
It is also why the quietest two scents in the range are usually the right answer for a fleet and the wrong answer for a personal car.
Which of the eight survives being the only one, and what is not published
Judged as a single standard rather than as a personal choice, the eight sort themselves quickly. Jasmine at ₹449 is soft and floral and the least declarative thing in the range, which makes it the usual answer. Lemon at ₹499 is bright and clean and reads as tidy rather than perfumed, and it is the other sensible default. Sea Breeze at ₹509 is open and cool and works well in a warm climate. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm middle and the most considered-feeling of the safe options. After that the opinions start: Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody, Icy Mint at ₹489 is sharp, Vetiver at ₹509 is dry and earthy, and Lavender at ₹479 is more specific than it sounds. Those four are excellent to be able to offer on request and poor choices to impose. All are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to standardise a fleet, and where each one breaks
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
One scent, spray form · ₹449 to ₹509
One item to hold, one thing to explain, and a per-journey decision that stays with the driver and the passenger. It fails if nobody writes down when it is applied, because a spray does nothing on its own.
One scent, hanging form · the same ₹449 to ₹509
Nothing for a driver to remember and a 15ml refill to top it up. It fails in a vehicle with changing occupants, where it applies one choice to everybody, and it occupies the mirror in a cabin you do not own.
One standard plus one on request · from ₹449 each
Covers the person who dislikes the default without opening the range to eight. It fails on handling discipline - two items held centrally becomes four within a year unless somebody guards it.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one of eight fixed trios, so a committee can smell before it standardises. It fails as the standard itself - the trios are fixed, a chosen-to-order set is not offered, and three items is the opposite of one.
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given.Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
Around the single bottle, the rest of the range is worth placing. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999, and it is the sensible way to choose a standard rather than to be one. Combos pair two scents at ₹899, with Sandalwood with Oud at ₹949. Refills at 15ml, ₹399 to ₹449 matter only if you standardise on the hanging form, because they refill the hanging bottle and there is no spray refill product at all, only a system described as in development. Each 12ml scent also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499. And SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, a different category of decision for a fleet and roughly eight times a 12ml bottle. Its country of origin is China.
Published as Spray (Strong scent-throw). Applied when somebody decides to apply it, and nothing stays visible in the cabin afterwards. Eight scents, ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
Published as Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the same price as the spray. It runs continuously once it is in the car, and it is visible from the driver's seat.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered.
from ₹699
The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts:Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
The scent you would choose for your own car is the worst possible basis for one you are choosing for two hundred journeys you will not be in. Pick the one that attracts the fewest objections instead.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car range, sorted by who controls when the scent happens
Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own
₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India
₹3,999
Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Working out what to hand a customer, and how many? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: what your business actually does, roughly how many customers a month you are talking about, whether you want the customer to control the scent or the car to carry it continuously, and what you want to spend per customer. You will get a straight answer rather than a catalogue. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, sleeve, insert or printed packaging. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break, lead time or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count for any scent except Mysore Orange Blossom; and any cost per spray. One thing worth knowing before you plan around it: the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published, so a spray is a sealed unit rather than a topped-up one. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.
The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.
And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.
Frequently asked questions
Which single SOSA scent is usually chosen as a fleet standard?
Jasmine at Rs 449 or Lemon at Rs 499. Jasmine is soft and floral, Lemon is bright and clean, and both are unlikely to be actively disliked by somebody who had no say in the choice. Oud at Rs 509, Icy Mint at Rs 489 and Vetiver at Rs 509 are stronger characters, which makes them good options to be able to offer on request and poor choices to impose as the only thing available.
Does the spray form add to the cost of standardising?
No. The spray and the hanging bottle are two variants of the same 12ml product at the same price, published by the store as Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild scent-throw. The form is a decision about who controls when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin, and it has no effect on what you pay.
How often will a fleet need to replace each bottle?
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent, so there is no figure to plan against. The only product publishing anything of the kind is Mysore Orange Blossom, a spray only, at approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. Issue to a few vehicles first and measure your own replacement rhythm.
Is there a published rate for a company holding one product across many vehicles?
There is none. No bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no per-unit figure is published anywhere, and there is no formal trade, partner or dealer programme. The published retail prices are Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml and Rs 1,499 for the 50ml spray. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Can the bottles carry our company identity?
Custom label or logo on product is available, and that is the one branding option that exists. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card. So the bottle itself can carry your identity and anything around it is yours to arrange. Discuss the label on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 along with quantities.
Take the next step
Pick the quiet one, decide the form on control, then talk quantities
Jasmine at ₹449 or Lemon at ₹499 as the standard, in the spray form where occupants change. The hanging bottle at the same price for a vehicle assigned to one named person who chose it. A Discovery Set from ₹699 to choose between three before you commit a fleet. No rate, minimum or bottle life is published, so measure your own consumption and take your vehicle count to WhatsApp.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes.
