An experience centre is where the usual sales gallery advice stops working. The volume is too big for a single small machine and too tall for several, so the choice changes shape: one machine on the building's airflow, and small machines only for the rooms that are genuinely separate.
Quick answers — read this first
How do I choose scent machines for a large property experience centre? Split the building into the big hall and the small closed rooms. A main hall of 8,000-10,000 sq ft, especially a double-height one, is one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) rated to 3,000m³ and connected to the HVAC, because it distributes on the airflow that already reaches the whole volume. The consultation cabins, offices and sample flat around it are separate volumes on their own splits and take one SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) each.
Why not use several smaller machines in a large hall? Because several nebulisers in one volume produce several fragrance gradients rather than one even room, and in a double-height hall the corners still stay flat. One SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) on the air handling uses air that already travels everywhere, is quieter to manage, holds an 800ml reservoir and gives you a single schedule instead of six.
Does an experience centre need the machine connected to the HVAC? It is the best option when central air handling exists, because the building does the distribution. The SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) is designed for that and also runs standalone, wall-mounted or lay-flat, where duct access is not available. Either way it is rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, with programmable schedules and under 42dB operation.
The short answer
Short answer: one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) on the HVAC for the main hall - it is rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft - plus one SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) for each closed room around it, such as consultation cabins and the sample flat, all running the same fragrance.
The pick: the SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) for the hall itself, with SOSA Vaayu units (₹11,999) for the smaller separately air-conditioned zones.
Next step: send the hall section with its ceiling height, not just the plan - book a free scenting plan and we will size it properly.
A large centre is two decisions, not one. The hall is an airflow problem and belongs to the Angaan; the small closed rooms around it are separate volumes and each takes a Vaayu.
The experience centre shortlist - tap either machine
How do I choose scent machines for a large property experience centre?
Divide the building in two before you look at any machine. The hall. Measure it in cubic metres, length by width by height, and take the height seriously, because experience centres are double height by design and that is where floor-area thinking collapses: a 9,000 sq ft hall at 7m is over 5,800m³ of air, not a big room. Anything in the 8,000-10,000 sq ft range is a single SOSA Angaan (₹25,999), rated to 3,000m³, connected to the building HVAC so the fragrance travels on air that already reaches every corner. If the hall is genuinely larger than what one Angaan covers, that is a conversation to have on drawings rather than a reason to add small machines. The rooms around it. Consultation cabins, a director's office, a materials room and the sample flat are usually closed spaces on their own split units, which makes each of them a separate volume however small it is. Each takes one SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999), rated to 1000m³, run at a level matched to the hall so there is no step change at the door. What not to do: scatter six small machines through the hall. Several nebulisers in one connected volume create several gradients instead of one even room, and the corners of a tall space stay flat anyway because the air there barely moves. The Angaan is built for this job - 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules, under 42dB - and it can also run standalone, wall-mounted or lay-flat, where duct access is not available. One fragrance across the Angaan and every Vaayu. And the standing caveat: scent works alongside ventilation and cleaning and cannot cover fit-out smells in a new centre. A free scenting plan will size the hall from your section, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Hall on the HVAC with one Angaan; closed rooms around it with one Vaayu each. Measure the hall in cubic metres, including its height.
The hall machine is the SOSA Angaan: an HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, with an 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules and under 42dB operation. It connects to the building air handling, or runs standalone wall-mounted or lay-flat.
The machine for the hall, and the machine for the rooms
Two machines and a clear division of labour. The Angaan takes the hall through the air handling; the Vaayu takes each closed room that has its own air-conditioning. Both images link to the live product page.
The main hall - 8,000-10,000 sq ft, often double height
HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft. 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules, under 42dB. Connects to the building air handling and carries fragrance on the existing airflow, or runs standalone wall-mounted or lay-flat.
Waterless cold-air nebuliser rated to 1000m³, about 2,000-3,000 sq ft, with adjustable intensity, 1h/4h/8h/24h app timers, under 38dB, auto-stop and key-lock. One per closed room on its own split, set to match the hall.
A show apartment is its own volume and gets its own machine, running the same fragrance at the softest setting so it reads as lived in. Waterless, so nothing settles on fabric, veneer or styling.
3,000m³ coverage, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, with an 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules and operation under 42dB. Connects to the building HVAC and carries scent on the existing airflow, and also works standalone wall-mounted or lay-flat. Made in India.
Three things decide the machine for a large centre: the true air volume, whether you have usable airflow, and how many genuinely separate rooms sit around the hall.

Measure the height, not the impression
A double-height hall holds far more air than its floor plan suggests
Experience centres are designed to feel generous, and that generosity is air. A 9,000 sq ft hall under a 7m ceiling holds roughly 5,800m³. The same footprint at 3m holds about 2,500m³. Those are different buildings as far as scenting is concerned, and no square-foot rule of thumb will tell them apart. Ask for the section drawing, not just the plan. If the number lands comfortably inside 3,000m³, one Angaan is the answer; if it is far beyond, the honest conversation is about zoning the hall on drawings rather than adding machines to corners.
Tip: get the section, not the plan. Height is the whole question in a centre like this.
The Angaan is rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, which is the band most experience centre halls sit in.
A large hall already has a system that moves air to every part of it, which is precisely what fragrance needs. Connecting the Angaan to that air handling means the distribution problem is already solved and the machine itself disappears into the plant area. The alternative - several small nebulisers around the perimeter - fails in a predictable way: strong near each machine, thin between them, and dead in a double-height corner where air barely moves. Where duct access genuinely is not available, the Angaan also runs standalone, wall-mounted or lay-flat, and you place it in the strongest airflow you have.
The Vaayu is still the right machine for a closed cabin off the hall, at 1000m³ and ₹11,999.
Each split-AC room is its own volume, however small
Around every large hall there is a ring of small rooms: two or three consultation cabins, a director's office, a materials or finishes room, sometimes a kids' area, and the sample flat. If they are closed and on their own split units, hall air does not reach them and the Angaan cannot help them, whatever its rating. Each is a Vaayu. Set those units by walking from the hall into the room and matching what you smell, rather than setting them in isolation, so the door is not a step change. The same fragrance goes in every machine, ordered together so the batches match.
Tip: set each cabin by walking in from the hall, not by standing in the cabin.
One Vaayu per closed room, with adjustable intensity so it can be matched to the hall rather than guessed at.
In a big hall the distribution problem is already solved by the air-conditioning. The only question is whether you use that system or fight it with machines in corners.
Six small machines in one volume is not redundancy. It is six gradients.
The hall machine: SOSA Angaan, HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³ or about 8,000-10,000 sq ft, 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules, under 42dB, ₹25,999.
A double-height hall is not a big room. It is a volume of air with a floor plan attached, and it should be scented through the system that already moves it.

Why the Angaan suits a big hall
Reservoir, schedules and a body built for a plant room rather than a counter
Two machines, split by job. The Angaan takes the hall through the building's own air handling, at 3,000m³ and under 42dB. The Vaayu takes each closed room that has its own air-conditioning, at 1000m³ each. Both are waterless, so nothing marks a display, a model or a finish, and both are made in India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The SOSA experience centre specification
One machine for the volume, one for each closed room
Two honest limits. A rating is not a promise about any building: a hall with doors open to a site, poor sealing or very high infiltration behaves like a larger volume, and that is a ventilation question before it is a machine question. And fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning, so a newly completed centre still needs its fit-out cured and aired before scenting - nothing covers fresh paint or adhesive. Send the section drawing for a free scenting plan and we will size it with you.

A note from Sonal
The biggest mistake I see in an experience centre is treating it as a sales gallery with more square feet. It is not. It is a different problem, because the air above head height is doing most of the work and nothing standing on a console will ever reach it.
So the hall gets an Angaan on the HVAC. It is rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft, with an 800ml reservoir and a metal body, and it belongs on a duct in a plant area rather than in the room. The building already moves air everywhere; we simply put the fragrance into that movement. Then the closed rooms around the hall - consultation cabins, the materials room, the sample flat - each take a Vaayu, set by walking in from the hall so the door is not a step change.
The honest part: a big machine is still not a deodoriser. Fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning and cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive, new PVC or damp in a centre that has just been completed. Cure it, air it, clean it, then scent it. SOSA is an independent Indian brand, not affiliated with any hotel, and makes no claim that fragrance influences a purchase decision. Everything is made in India, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose scent machines for a large property experience centre?
Divide it into the hall and the closed rooms. A main hall of 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft, especially a double-height one, takes one SOSA Angaan at Rs 25,999, rated to 3,000 cubic metres and connected to the building HVAC. The consultation cabins, offices and sample flat around it are on their own split units, so each takes a SOSA Vaayu at Rs 11,999, rated to 1000 cubic metres. One fragrance in all of them.
Why not use several smaller machines in a large hall?
Because several nebulisers in one connected volume produce several fragrance gradients rather than one even room: strong near each machine, thin between them, and flat in the corners of a tall space where air barely moves. One machine on the air handling uses distribution the building already provides, and gives you a single schedule to manage instead of six.
Does the machine have to be connected to the HVAC?
It is the best option where central air handling exists, because the building does the distribution work. The SOSA Angaan is designed for duct mounting and also runs standalone, wall-mounted or lay-flat, where duct access is not available. In standalone use, place it in the strongest airflow in the hall rather than in the geometric centre.
How do I know if my hall is too big for one machine?
Work it out in cubic metres from the section drawing, not the floor plan. Multiply length by width by ceiling height. One SOSA Angaan is rated to 3,000 cubic metres, roughly 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft at typical heights. A 9,000 sq ft hall under a 7m ceiling is closer to 5,800 cubic metres, which is a zoning conversation on drawings rather than a reason to add small machines in corners.
Is the Angaan noisy in a hall with hard surfaces?
It runs under 42dB, which in practice sits below the air-conditioning noise in a large hall, and when it is duct mounted in a plant area it is not audible in the room at all. The SOSA Vaayu units in the smaller rooms run under 38dB.
