Yes, with one condition that decides the whole thing: keep the variant count down. A car perfume survives repeat supply across several sites because it needs no explaining, no fitting instructions and no size, but eight scents across five outlets is forty lines for somebody to reorder every month, and that is what kills these programmes rather than the product. The published list is ₹449 to ₹509 a bottle. Orders are sent from Pune to Bengaluru, and SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing-order arrangement and no case pack.
A sensible single scent for a group that wants one line, not five. SOSA Lemon hanging car perfume, ₹499 for 12ml - citrus is the least likely of the eight to be actively disliked by somebody who never chose it, and the mild hanging costs the same ₹499 as the stronger spray of the same scent.
Quick answers — read this first
Can car fragrances be supplied repeatedly to several outlets? The product suits it, because a hanging car perfume at ₹449 to ₹509 has no sizes, no assembly and nothing a front-desk person has to explain. What SOSA does not have is a formal arrangement around it: there is no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no allocation service. Each order is placed on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
How many scents should a multi-outlet programme carry? One or two, not eight. Every extra scent multiplies across every site, so a five-outlet group carrying four scents is managing twenty lines rather than five. A single scent everywhere also means any outlet can cover another without checking what the other one keeps in its drawer.
Does SOSA publish anything about how a repeat order is packed? No. There is no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no published minimum order quantity, and no bulk rate. A business planning outlet-level distribution has to settle that on WhatsApp rather than read it off a page, and should do it before committing to a monthly rhythm.
The short answer
Short answer: They suit it, provided you carry one or two scents rather than eight. A hanging car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at published retail prices, needs no explaining at a front desk, and is sent from Pune. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no case pack and no minimum, so the supply arrangement itself is settled on WhatsApp.
The pick: One scent across every outlet, the mild hanging from ₹449, with a second scent added only if a site genuinely needs one.
Why: Variant count is the thing that fails first in a multi-site programme, and a single scent everywhere means any outlet can cover another and nobody has to remember what a particular site carries.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Can the same car fragrance gift be supplied repeatedly to several automotive outlets in Bengaluru?
The product is well suited to it and the arrangement around it is not published, so plan the first half from this page and settle the second half on WhatsApp. A hanging car perfume is close to the ideal object for multi-site repeat supply: it has no sizes, no left and right, no assembly, no instructions and nothing a new front-desk hire has to be trained on. It is one small box that is either on the shelf or is not. Published prices are Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Now the honest half. SOSA is a fragrance house in Pune that sends orders to Bengaluru; there is no branch, counter or holding point in the city and nothing on this page can tell you when anything lands. There is no recurring-supply programme, no standing-order facility, no branch allocation service, no case pack, no carton size, no minimum order quantity, no bulk rate and no slab. None of that is published, so none of it belongs in your plan until you have asked. Bulk orders are welcome and the whole of that conversation happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The product is not what breaks. The variant count is. Five outlets carrying four scents is twenty lines somebody has to count, reorder and chase every month, and nobody signed up for that when they approved the gift.
For a multi-site programme: one scent, the mild hanging from ₹449, everywhere. Add a second only when an outlet can tell you why it needs one.
What actually breaks a gift that has to reach several outlets every month
A gift programme across several sites fails in ways that have almost nothing to do with the gift. It fails on counting, on who is responsible, and on the fact that outlets in a city this spread out cannot casually borrow from each other. Three things decide whether yours lasts past the second quarter.
1
The first thing that breaks
Variant count, multiplied by the number of sites
Eight hanging scents is an attractive catalogue and a bad operating decision. The arithmetic is simple and it is the arithmetic nobody does before approving the programme: every scent you carry exists separately at every site. Four scents across five outlets is twenty things to count. One scent across five outlets is five.
That number is not an inventory abstraction, it is somebody's Thursday. The person counting is usually a service advisor or a front-desk coordinator with a job that is already full, and the first month they get it wrong is the month the programme quietly stops being reliable. The failure looks like the gift running out at one site, which looks like the gift being unreliable, which is how it gets dropped.
There is a second reason to keep it to one. If every outlet carries the same scent, any outlet can cover any other, and nobody has to phone ahead to find out what a particular site keeps. In Bengaluru that matters more than it sounds: crossing the city between two of your own outlets is a genuine trip, not an errand, so an informal transfer between sites has to be worth the journey.
Tip: Scents multiplied by sites is the real number. Keep the first figure at one or two.
2
The second thing that breaks
Who orders, and what SOSA does not publish about that
Multi-site gifting usually breaks at the boundary between central buying and site-level responsibility. Either the group buys centrally and then has to move quantities around the city itself, or each outlet buys its own and the group loses any consistency in what customers actually receive.
You will have to settle that internally, because SOSA does not settle it for you. This is worth stating flatly rather than implying: there is no recurring-supply programme, no standing order, no scheduled replenishment, no branch allocation, no dealer arrangement and no partner tier. SOSA is a fragrance house in Pune with a WhatsApp number, not a distribution service, and pretending otherwise would be the easiest way for this page to waste your time.
What that means practically is that the supply rhythm is yours to design. Most groups that make this work land on one of two shapes: a single central order placed on a fixed day each month and split internally, or each outlet ordering its own on the same day so nothing has to be moved across town. Both are fine. Neither is a service anybody is offering you, and both need a conversation at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to a rhythm.
3
The third thing that breaks
Outlets with genuinely different volumes
Almost no group has evenly matched sites. One outlet is weighted towards sales and hands over cars in bursts around month end; another is weighted towards service and sees a steady flow of people who are not celebrating anything. If you allocate equally, one site runs short every month and another accumulates a quiet pile in a cupboard.
The useful move is to decide what the gift is for before you decide how much each site gets. A gift attached to a vehicle handover has a volume that matches deliveries. A gift attached to a major service or a paid job has a completely different shape and a much larger potential count, which is usually the moment somebody realises the programme is bigger than they budgeted for. Pick one occasion, count it honestly per site, and let the allocation follow the count rather than the site.
On what any of this costs at volume, this page can only give you the published retail band of ₹449 to ₹509 and invite you to multiply it by your own honest monthly count. No bulk rate, no volume slab, no price break and no quantity discount is published anywhere, so the figure you plan with should be the retail one until somebody tells you otherwise on WhatsApp.
Tip: Allocate to the occasion you are gifting on, not equally across sites.
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.
Designing a multi-outlet gift programme that survives a year
Pick one scent for every outlet. Add a second only when a site justifies it.
Decide one gifting occasion, then count it honestly at each site.
Choose central buying or site buying. SOSA publishes no supply arrangement.
Plan against the Rs 449 to Rs 509 list, then take quantities to WhatsApp.
The SOSA principle
Every multi-site gifting programme that collapses collapses for the same reason: somebody has to count something, every month, forever, and nobody costed that person's time when the gift was approved.
A car perfume is unusually cheap to count because it has one shape and no sizes. That advantage disappears the moment you carry four scents, which is why variant count is the only part of this decision worth arguing about.
How few scents a multi-outlet programme should carry
If you are carrying one scent everywhere, choose it for how little it divides opinion rather than for how much you like it. Icy Mint at ₹489 and Lemon at ₹499 are the two least likely to be actively disliked by somebody who never chose them, which is the relevant test when a stranger receives it at five different sites. Jasmine at ₹449 is the lowest-priced hanging and conventionally pleasant. Sandalwood and Lavender at ₹479 read as more deliberate and work well as the second scent if you add one. Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at ₹509 are the three with the most character and the three you should not make a group-wide default, because the quality that makes somebody love them makes somebody else open a window. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 exists as a spray only, with no hanging format.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to run the same gift across several outlets
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
One scent at every outlet · the low-maintenance shape
The fewest lines to count, and any site can cover any other without a phone call. It gives up the idea of choice entirely, which some managers dislike. In practice customers were never choosing, so the choice being given up is the group's, not theirs.
Two scents split by occasion · a defensible compromise
One scent for vehicle handovers and one for paid service jobs, so the split is a rule rather than a preference. It doubles the counting and it needs a written rule that outlives whoever set it, or it drifts into two scents chosen at random.
A different scent per outlet · the one that looks clever
Attractive on a whiteboard and awkward in practice. Nothing can be moved between sites without a conversation, a customer using two of your outlets gets two different things, and the reorder becomes a list rather than a number.
Each outlet buys independently · the default that happens anyway
Removes central effort entirely and removes central consistency with it. It is a reasonable answer for a group whose sites already operate separately, and a poor one if the point of the gift was that the group feels like one business.
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
Two further details that matter to a repeating programme. First, the mild hanging and the stronger spray of the same scent cost exactly the same, so there is no budget reason to prefer one, and the mild hanging is the safer object when the recipient never asked for it. Second, SOSA publishes 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 which hold more than the 12ml bottle and cost less than buying the unit again. Those refills fit the hanging bottle and not the spray. They are a continuation the customer can find on their own; they are not a programme, not a subscription and not a claim about what anyone will do next.
The lowest-priced hanging in the range at ₹449, and the reason most per-car budgets get built around this number. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at the same ₹449.
Eight scents from ₹399. The refill is 15ml against the 12ml bottle it refills, and costs less than buying the unit again - so the person who was given one can carry on without being sold to.
Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
A gift programme is not judged by the gift. It is judged by whether the third outlet still has some in July, which is an operations question wearing a marketing costume.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car fragrance range
Choose the format on scent-throw first, because it does not change the price
Worn rather than driven, and a taste decision - only when somebody can name what the recipient already wears
from ₹379
Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Buying for a business rather than for one person? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: roughly how many vehicles or people a month, whether the recipient chooses the scent or you do, whether you want the mild hanging or the stronger spray, and whether the label needs to carry your logo. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, any minimum order quantity, any slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the whole of the branding offer, and there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme; everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the businesses and the cars in those cities and not about a local branch.
SS
ISIPCA Versailles
A note from Sonal
The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.
What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.
The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.
And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.
Frequently asked questions
Can car fragrances be supplied to several outlets on a repeating basis?
The product suits it well, because a hanging car perfume has no sizes, no assembly and nothing a front-desk person has to explain. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no branch allocation service, so the supply rhythm is yours to design and the ordering itself happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
How many scents should a group carry across its outlets?
One, in most cases, and two at the most. Every scent exists separately at every site, so four scents across five outlets is twenty lines for somebody to count and reorder each month. A single scent everywhere also lets any outlet cover any other without checking what that site keeps.
Is anything published about how a repeat order is packed or counted?
No. There is no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no published minimum order quantity. SOSA publishes retail prices and a WhatsApp number, so anything about quantity, packing or timing has to be settled in that conversation before a group builds a monthly rhythm around it.
What does it cost to run this across five outlets?
Use the published retail band and your own count. SOSA hanging car perfumes are Rs 449 for Jasmine, Rs 479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 for Icy Mint, Rs 499 for Lemon and Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. There is no bulk rate, no volume slab and no price break published, so any lower figure would be invented.
Does SOSA have a Bengaluru branch that outlets can draw from?
No. SOSA is a fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India, including to Bengaluru. There is no SOSA branch, counter, stockroom or holding point in the city, so no outlet can draw locally and no page can promise when an order lands. Bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Take the next step
One scent, every outlet, and the supply conversation on WhatsApp
The mild hanging from ₹449 is the low-maintenance object for a multi-site programme, and it costs the same as the stronger spray. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no case pack, no minimum order quantity and no bulk rate - work your arithmetic off the retail list, then tell SOSA on WhatsApp how many outlets, what your honest monthly count is, and whether the label needs your logo.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. About SOSA's location: SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, and sends orders across India.
