There is a reason you do not want anything on the mirror, and it is worth saying out loud because it decides the rest of this page. A transfer car is read, not just travelled in. Somebody gets in at a kerb, sits behind the driver, and for the next forty minutes the mirror and the area around it is the part of your vehicle directly in their line of sight. Everything hanging there is a statement your business is making without anybody present to explain it. Most transfer operators have already decided that statement should be nothing at all. The useful news is that you do not have to trade that away to have a prepared cabin, and you do not have to pay more for the version that stays out of sight - the two forms cost the same.
Prepared before the passenger, invisible to them. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). The spray lives in a door pocket and leaves nothing in the rear-seat line of sight. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
How can an airport transfer car be scented without hanging anything from the mirror? With the spray form, applied during preparation. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml and the store publishes two variants at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). The spray lives in a door pocket, is used before the passenger reaches the car, and leaves nothing visible in the cabin.
When should a transfer car be prepared? Before the passenger, which is the point. A spray is an event with an end - applied at the start of a job and finished, rather than running through every job of the day. The cleaning comes first: fragrance adds a scent and it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, and it does not clean the air, so it sits after the interior work and never in place of it.
Is there a bottle that stays out of sight and still works for a whole journey? The spray is the out-of-sight option and its effect is not published as a duration. If you want a running device under driver control, SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a waterless cordless diffuser, 6.9 cm, 2000 mAh Type-C, up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off. Country of origin China, imported, and roughly eight times a 12ml spray.
The short answer
Short answer: Use the spray form and keep it in the door pocket. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml and the spray and hanging bottle are the same price, so nothing is traded by choosing the one that stays out of sight. Apply it after the interior clean, never instead of it.
The pick: The spray, at ₹449 to ₹509 - the same price as the hanging bottle, applied during preparation, and never seen by the person sitting behind the driver.
Why: Preparation happens before the passenger arrives, so the right product is the one that works before they arrive and leaves nothing behind in the line of sight.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
We operate airport transfers and want each car prepared consistently before a passenger gets in, without hanging visible accessories from the mirror.
That is a solvable problem, and it costs nothing extra to solve it your way. SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, in two variants named by the store as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the two are the same price. So the form that stays out of sight is not a compromise or a cheaper tier - it is simply the other variant. The spray sits in the driver's door pocket, gets used in the minutes while the car waits, and nothing about it is ever part of what a passenger sees. Two operational points follow. First, preparation happens before the passenger, so the product should be one that works before them and then stops; a spray is an event with an end, while a hanging bottle runs through every job of the day without reference to any of them. Second, the fragrance step goes after the interior work, never instead of it: a fragrance adds a scent, and it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, and it does not clean the air. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. On quantity, there is nothing to look up: SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time. Bulk orders are welcome, custom label or logo on product is the single branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The mirror is not a spare surface. It is the one part of your car a rear-seat passenger cannot choose not to look past, which is exactly why you have kept it empty.
The version that respects the rule you already have: the spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - same price as the hanging bottle, lives in a door pocket, never seen.
Three things that decide how an airport transfer car gets prepared
Three things, starting with the one you have already decided and should not have to reopen.
1
The first thing
Why the empty mirror is a rule worth keeping, and what it costs to keep it
A transfer is a short relationship with a stranger in which almost nothing is said. The passenger forms their reading of your operation from a small number of physical facts: the car was where it said it would be, the interior was clean, the driver did not need instructions, and nothing inside the cabin was improvised.
The mirror sits at the top of that list of surfaces because of geometry rather than taste. A rear-seat passenger faces forward for the whole journey, and the mirror is directly in that line. Whatever hangs there is not decoration - it is a statement the vehicle makes continuously and without your involvement. Operators who have thought about presentation almost always land on the same answer, which is that it should say nothing.
Here is the part that is genuinely useful: keeping that rule costs you nothing. SOSA publishes the spray and the hanging bottle at the same price - Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Oud is ₹509 either way. The variant that stays in a door pocket is not a downgrade and not a saving. It is the same product with the control moved from the mirror to the driver's hand.
Tip: You are not trading presentation for scent. The two forms are the same price.
2
The second thing
Preparation happens before the passenger, so the product must too
Airport work has a shape that most driving work does not. A job begins with a car waiting somewhere, empty, for a known amount of time. That waiting period is your entire preparation window, and it is the reason this sub-cluster has a different answer from the rest of this category.
What that window needs is a product that can be used in it and finished in it. A spray is exactly that: taken out, applied, put back, and over before anybody gets in. It is not doing anything at two in the afternoon between jobs, and it is not doing anything overnight in a parked car. Every application is attached to a specific journey that a driver decided to prepare for.
A hanging bottle has no window. It began working the day it was hung and it has not stopped since - through the job before this one, through the gap, through the next. For a private owner that is the point of the product. For an operator preparing a car for someone who is about to get in, it is the one property that cannot be scheduled. Preparation is an action; a hanging bottle is a background.
One more thing belongs in that window, in the right order. The interior work comes first and the fragrance step comes last. A fragrance adds a scent, and it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air, so it never stands in for the vacuum or the wipe-down on a tight turnaround.
3
The third thing
The blanks - and the one device built around ending by itself
SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time, and there is no trade programme or rate card. Bulk orders are welcome and the conversation happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Go in with your vehicle count and how often you expect to replace a bottle.
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. Mysore Orange Blossom is the only exception, spray only, publishing about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499). Do not let those figures travel to the other scents. And there is no spray refill product at all, only a system described as in development - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle.
If you want something running through the journey itself rather than applied before it, the honest option is SOSA Safar at ₹3,999: a waterless cordless diffuser, 6.9 cm, 2000 mAh Type-C, up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off. The auto shut-off is the published fact that makes it fit an airport pattern at all, because the device ends by itself between jobs instead of running in a parked car. Country of origin China, imported. It is roughly eight times the price of a 12ml spray and it adds a charging routine to your day, so it suits a few premium vehicles rather than a whole rank.
Tip: The auto shut-off is why Safar fits transfer work. It ends by itself between jobs.
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
How to build the preparation habit into an airport shift
Keep the mirror empty. It is a presentation rule, and scent need not break it.
Do the interior work first. Fragrance is the last step, never a substitute.
Apply during the wait before the job, so every use belongs to one journey.
Keep one scent per vehicle so a driver has nothing to decide at the kerb.
The SOSA principle
Preparation is defined by its window. It has to be possible inside the gap before a passenger gets in, and it has to be over by the time they do, which rules out anything that works by running continuously in a parked car.
That is the reason the spray suits transfer work, and it has nothing to do with which form smells stronger.
Scents that suit a transfer car, and the figures that are not published
For transfer work a quiet scent usually does better than a distinctive one, because the passenger did not choose it. Sea Breeze at ₹509 is airy and light and reads as an aired car. Lemon at ₹499 is bright and clean. Icy Mint at ₹489 is sharp and cool, which suits a long afternoon at a rank. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm option for an evening car, and Jasmine at ₹449 is the softest floral in the set. Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and is a strong statement rather than a neutral one, so it is better on a named premium vehicle than across a rank. All are alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India, and a light hand during preparation is worth more than the choice between any two of them.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to prepare a transfer cabin, and where each one gives way
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
Spray in the door pocket · ₹449 to ₹509
Used in the waiting window, finished before the passenger, invisible to everyone. It fails if nobody owns the preparation window - a spray that is never picked up does nothing, which is the honest weakness of putting a human in the loop.
Hanging from the mirror · the same ₹449 to ₹509
Needs no habit at all, and can be topped up from a 15ml refill. It fails on exactly the rule you set out with: it is a visible accessory in the passenger's line of sight, and it runs through every job rather than being prepared for one.
SOSA Safar · ₹3,999
A 6.9 cm cordless diffuser, three speeds, 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, up to 10 hours continuous per charge, so it ends by itself between jobs. Country of origin China, imported. It fails across a rank on price, roughly eight times a 12ml spray, and on the charging routine it adds.
Cleaning alone · no extra spend
The foundation, and non-negotiable - no fragrance replaces any part of it. It fails only against the thing you asked about, which is whether a prepared cabin should have a scent step at all; that is a presentation decision rather than a hygiene one.
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given.Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
Elsewhere in the range: the Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios at ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999, which is a practical way for a duty manager to compare scents in real cars before choosing one for the rank - the trios are fixed and a chosen-to-order trio is not offered. Jasmine with Lemon is ₹899 and Oud with Lemon is ₹949. Refills at ₹399 to ₹449 are 15ml and belong to the hanging bottle. Each scent also has a 50ml spray at ₹1,499, which suits a vehicle prepared several times a day.
Published as Spray (Strong scent-throw). Applied when somebody decides to apply it, and nothing stays visible in the cabin afterwards. Eight scents, ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
Published as Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the same price as the spray. It runs continuously once it is in the car, and it is visible from the driver's seat.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered.
from ₹699
The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts:Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
Everything hanging in front of a rear-seat passenger is something your business is saying for forty minutes with nobody there to qualify it.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car range, sorted by who controls when the scent happens
Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own
₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India
₹3,999
Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Working out what to hand a customer, and how many? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: what your business actually does, roughly how many customers a month you are talking about, whether you want the customer to control the scent or the car to carry it continuously, and what you want to spend per customer. You will get a straight answer rather than a catalogue. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, sleeve, insert or printed packaging. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break, lead time or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count for any scent except Mysore Orange Blossom; and any cost per spray. One thing worth knowing before you plan around it: the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published, so a spray is a sealed unit rather than a topped-up one. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.
The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.
And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.
Frequently asked questions
Does choosing the spray instead of the hanging bottle cost more?
No. They are the same 12ml product in two variants at the same published price - Rs 449 Jasmine, Rs 479 Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 Icy Mint, Rs 499 Lemon, Rs 509 Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. Keeping the mirror empty costs nothing, because the out-of-sight variant is not a cheaper or lesser tier. The store simply names them Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild.
Should the car be sprayed before or after the interior is cleaned?
After. A fragrance adds a scent; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, and it does not clean the air, so it cannot stand in for a vacuum or a wipe-down on a tight turnaround. Do the interior work in the waiting window first, then apply the fragrance as the last step before the passenger reaches the car.
How much use will one bottle give across a busy shift?
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. The only published figures belong to Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only, at approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. For a vehicle prepared several times a day the 50ml spray at Rs 1,499 is worth considering.
Is there a device that runs during the journey but not between jobs?
SOSA Safar at Rs 3,999 is the one built that way. It is a waterless cordless diffuser, 6.9 cm, with a 2000 mAh Type-C battery, up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off. The shut-off is what ends it between jobs. Its country of origin is China and it is imported, and it is roughly eight times the price of a 12ml spray.
What does it cost to equip a whole rank of transfer cars?
The published retail prices are Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, with combos at Rs 899 and Rs 949 and Discovery Sets at Rs 699 to Rs 899. The 50ml spray is Rs 1,499. Beyond that there is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time published anywhere, and no trade programme exists. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.

Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
