Walk a customer through a new luxury delivery and almost nothing dramatic happens. A folder, a set of keys in a pouch, protective film peeled off a screen, a small sealed object or two, and a person who is not in a hurry. What separates that from a pre-owned handover is not grandeur - it is that everything in the car is untouched. That is the part a pre-owned dealer can partially reproduce, and being honest about which part is reproducible and which part is not is the only way to get this right.
SOSA car perfume 12ml for a premium pre-owned handover, from Rs 449
SOSA car perfume · 12ml · the sealed object in a pre-owned handover from ₹449 →
The one thing in the car that has no previous owner. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - sealed, opened by the buyer, and used inside the cabin rather than filed away. Two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). It adds a scent and makes no claim about the car's history. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
Does a fragrance gift make a pre-owned handover feel more like a new-car delivery? It contributes one specific thing: a sealed object that nobody has used. In a car where everything else has a previous owner, that is not a small detail. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml, in two variants at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).

What makes a new-car delivery feel different from a pre-owned one? Mostly that the objects in the car are untouched and the handover is unhurried. A pre-owned dealer cannot make the car new, and should not try to imply it. What can be reproduced is the sequence of small sealed things handed over without rushing, and a fragrance is one honest item in that sequence.

Should a pre-owned dealer choose the spray or the hanging bottle? The spray, usually. They are the same price, so this is not a budget call. A car that somebody else owned becomes the new owner's through the decisions they make in it, and a spray is a decision they make. A hanging bottle is one you made for them before they had sat in it.
The short answer
Short answer: It contributes one real thing: a sealed object nobody has used, in a car where everything else has a history. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, spray or hanging at the same price. It adds a scent and nothing more, and it is not a substitute for the cleaning already done. No bulk rate is published; quantities go to WhatsApp on +91 96192 18531.
The pick: A 12ml spray at ₹449 to ₹509, handed over sealed - or a Discovery Set at ₹699 to ₹899 on a car at the top of your range.
Why: In a pre-owned car every object has a previous owner. A sealed bottle is one of the few things in the handover that genuinely does not.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
We sell premium pre-owned cars and want the delivery to feel closer to buying a new luxury vehicle. Does a fresh car-fragrance gift contribute to that?
It contributes something real, and it is worth being precise about what. A new-car delivery is not impressive because it is lavish. It is a sequence of small, sealed, untouched objects handed over by somebody who is not rushing. A pre-owned car cannot be made untouched - the seats, the wheel and the switches all have a history, and any handover that pretends otherwise is asking to be caught. What you can do is put genuinely new, sealed things into that sequence, and a fragrance is one of the few that is both new and used in the car itself. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, published in two variants at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) - so the choice between them is control, not cost. For a car somebody else drove, the spray is usually right: the vehicle becomes the new owner's through the decisions they make in it, and a spray is one of those decisions rather than one you made for them. Be equally clear about the limit. A fragrance does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air. It adds a scent to an interior your team has already cleaned, and it is not a substitute for that cleaning. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. On quantity: SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no per-unit figure, and custom label or logo on product is the only branding option - no printed sleeve, insert card or assembled gift box. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
A pre-owned car cannot be made untouched. The handover around it can be. That is the only part of a new-car delivery that is actually reproducible.
One sealed, unused object in the sequence: a 12ml spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - the same price as the hanging bottle, and it is the buyer who decides when to use it.

What a new-car delivery actually contains that a pre-owned one does not

Three things, and the first is the honest audit of what a new-car delivery is actually made of.

1
First
Take a new delivery apart and see what is really in it
It is worth doing this exercise properly, because most attempts to make a pre-owned handover feel premium copy the wrong parts.

What a new-car delivery contains: unhurried time, someone who sits with the customer rather than passing them a folder; sealed objects, keys in a pouch, film that has not been peeled, documents in an unopened wallet; a car nobody has used; and a small number of items handed over deliberately rather than a bag of things.

Three of those four are yours to reproduce and they cost you almost nothing but discipline. The fourth is not reproducible and should not be attempted. A buyer choosing a premium pre-owned car knows exactly what they are buying, and an implication that the car is somehow as-new is the one move that damages the handover rather than improving it.

So the question becomes narrow and answerable: what can go into that sequence of sealed objects that is genuinely new? A sealed 12ml fragrance bottle qualifies - nobody has used it, it is opened by the buyer, and it is used inside the car rather than carried indoors and filed away.
Tip: Copy the sequence and the unhurried time. Do not copy the claim that the car is untouched.
2
Second
Which form, and which scent, for a car somebody else drove
Both variants of every 12ml scent are published at the same price - Jasmine ₹449 either way, Oud ₹509 either way - under the store's own names, Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). So this is a question about the handover, not the budget.

For pre-owned, the spray has a particular fit. A used car becomes the new owner's through the decisions they make in it - where they put things, what they change, what they choose to have in there. A spray is one of those decisions, taken by them, on a day they choose. A hanging bottle is a decision you made before they had sat in the driver's seat, in the one spot in the cabin they cannot look away from.

The hanging bottle earns its place when the buyer has said they want the scent present without thinking about it, and it has one published advantage worth knowing: 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 exist for it, while no spray refill is published.

On scent, choose the least declarative thing you can. Jasmine at ₹449 and Lemon at ₹499 are the two least likely to be disliked outright. Sandalwood at ₹479 reads as considered and suits a car at the top of your range. Save Oud at ₹509 for a buyer whose taste you already know.
3
Third
The limit of the idea, and the figures nobody publishes
Say the limit out loud, because a premium pre-owned buyer will think it anyway. A fragrance does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air. It adds a scent to a car your team has already prepared, and if the preparation was not done properly, no bottle in the world stands in for it. Handing a customer a fragrance in a car that has not been cleaned properly is worse than handing them nothing, because it looks like an attempt to cover something. A buyer at this end of the market reads that instantly.

What is not published, in full. There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit figure anywhere, and there is no trade programme, dealer pricing or account manager. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.

Branding is custom label or logo on product and that is the whole of it - no printed sleeve, insert card, custom box or assembled gift box. For a premium pre-owned handover that is arguably the right constraint anyway: a clean unbranded product in the buyer's hands looks more like a new-car delivery than a branded one does.

SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. Only Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, publishes about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499).

And the claim this page will not make: an object goes into the buyer's car and gets used there. Whether that changes anything about what they do next is not something SOSA can tell you, and no supplier of a gift can tell you either.
Tip: Prepare the car properly first. The fragrance is the last object in the sequence, not a shortcut.
SOSA Mysore Orange Blossom car perfume spray, Rs 549
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.

Work it out in this order
How to rebuild a pre-owned handover without claiming the car is new
  1. List what a new delivery contains. Copy the sequence, not the claim.
  2. Finish the preparation first. Fragrance is not a shortcut past cleaning.
  3. Hand over one sealed, unused object the buyer opens themselves.
  4. Choose the spray so the buyer decides, and take volume to WhatsApp.
The SOSA principle
A premium pre-owned buyer is not hoping the car is new. They are hoping the business selling it behaves the way the new-car business behaves, which is mostly a matter of sequence, sealed objects and not being rushed.
A sealed 12ml bottle is one honest item in that sequence, and it is one of the very few that continues to exist inside the car afterwards.

Which scent suits a car somebody else drove, and what else exists

Scent choice matters more here than on a new car, because the buyer is already alert to anything that looks like covering something up. The least declarative options are the safest. Jasmine at ₹449 is soft and floral. Lemon at ₹499 is bright and clean and sits well with a freshly prepared interior. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm middle and is the one that most often suits a car at the top of a pre-owned range. Lavender is also ₹479, Icy Mint is ₹489, and Sea Breeze and Vetiver are ₹509. Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and divides opinion sharply, so keep it for a buyer whose taste you know. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 is spray only and is the one car product publishing spray counts. All of them are alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India - which is worth mentioning at a premium handover, because it is a composition fact rather than a promise.

The SOSA gift edit
Four things a pre-owned dealer could hand over, and how each one reads
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
A sealed 12ml spray · ₹449 to ₹509 Unused, opened by the buyer, used inside the car, and it makes no claim about the car's history. It reads badly only if the interior was not properly prepared, in which case it looks like an attempt to cover something rather than a gift.
A 12ml hanging bottle · the same ₹449 to ₹509 Present from the moment the buyer drives away, with 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 published behind it. It reads badly when it is on the mirror before the buyer has sat in the car - a decision taken in their cabin before it was theirs.
A Discovery Set · ₹699 to ₹899 Three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, which suits the top of a pre-owned range and hands the choice to the buyer. It reads badly as a standard on every car, and the trios are fixed rather than chosen to order.
A branded accessory · your current spend Visible, durable and obviously from you. It reads badly against the thing this page is about: a new-car delivery is notable for how little branding is in it, and an object carrying your logo moves the handover towards marketing rather than away from it.
SOSA Car Perfume Discovery Set, three mini sprays
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
See the Discovery Set from ₹699 →

The rest of the range gives you a tier structure without inventing one. Discovery Sets are ₹699 to ₹899 for three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 - the natural choice at the top of a pre-owned range. Jasmine with Lemon and Jasmine with Lavender are ₹899; Oud with Lemon and Sandalwood with Oud are ₹949. 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 belong to the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published. Every 12ml scent also has a 50ml spray at ₹1,499, a larger object rather than a different argument. SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 - cordless, waterless, three speeds, 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, imported rather than made in India - is a chauffeur-fleet answer and roughly eight times a 12ml spray, which makes it the wrong object for a delivery gift.

The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts: Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.

Nobody buying a premium pre-owned car believes it is new. What they are watching is whether the business selling it behaves like a business that sells new ones, and that is almost entirely about sequence and unhurried time.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

SOSA Safar Waterless cordless diffuser, 6.9 cm ₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India ₹3,999

Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
  • Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
  • The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
  • Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
  • Refills - 15ml refills, ₹399 to ₹449, published for the hanging bottle. No spray refill is published.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. A note from Sonal

The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.

So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.

The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.

And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.

Frequently asked questions

Does a fragrance make a used car feel new?
No, and it should not be presented that way. What a sealed bottle contributes is narrower and more defensible: in a car where the seats, the wheel and every switch have a previous owner, it is one object in the handover that genuinely does not. A fragrance adds a scent. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for proper preparation.
Should we hand it over sealed or put it in the car beforehand?
Sealed, into the buyer's hands, is the version that matches a new-car delivery, because most of what makes that delivery feel considered is a sequence of untouched objects handed over without rushing. Putting a hanging bottle on the mirror before the buyer has sat in the car is a decision taken in their cabin before it was theirs, which is the opposite of the effect you are after.
Is the spray dearer than the hanging bottle?
No. Both are variants of the same 12ml product at the same price - Rs 449 Jasmine, Rs 479 Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 Icy Mint, Rs 499 Lemon, and Rs 509 Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. The published difference is scent-throw, stated in the variant names: Spray is strong, Hanging is mild. For a pre-owned handover the spray usually suits better because the buyer decides when to use it.
What should a car at the top of our range get?
The Discovery Set at Rs 699 to Rs 899 is the honest step up: three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, so the buyer finds their own answer instead of being handed yours. A Pack of 9 is Rs 2,999. The trios are fixed and a chosen-to-order set of three is not offered, so pick the published trio that fits rather than asking for a combination.
Is there a published rate for a dealer buying these every month?
No rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time is published anywhere, and there is no trade programme, dealer pricing or account manager either. The retail prices are Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml. Bulk orders are genuinely welcome and quantities, along with custom label or logo on product, are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.

About this guide: Written by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles-trained founder and perfumer at SOSA Home & Body. Product recommendations reflect the SOSA range; the buying reasoning applies to any brand.

Specifications verified from the live SOSA product pages, September 2026: every SOSA car fragrance is published in two forms of the same 12ml product - Spray, described on the store as strong scent-throw, and Hanging, described as mild scent-throw - and the two forms are the same price. Those prices are Jasmine ₹449; Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479; Icy Mint ₹489; Lemon ₹499; and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Each of those products also carries a 50ml car perfume spray at ₹1,499. Mysore Orange Blossom is sold as a spray only, at ₹549 for 10ml and ₹1,499 for 50ml, and is the only car scent publishing a spray count: approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml, stated as about 50 days at two sprays a day and three months and above at one spray a day. Car perfume combos are ₹899 for Jasmine with Lemon and Jasmine with Lavender, and ₹949 for Oud with Lemon and Sandalwood with Oud. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in one of eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Car hanging freshener refills are 15ml at ₹399 to ₹449. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, and is made in India. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios, is a waterless cordless portable diffuser of approximately 6.9 cm with a 2000 mAh Type-C battery giving up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off; its country of origin is China. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count or duration for any scent other than Mysore Orange Blossom; any cost per spray; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; and any spray refill, since the 15ml refills are published for the hanging bottle. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
