How Does Central AC Affect Fragrance Distribution Across a Multi-Room Women's Health Centre?

It decides it, more than the machine does and far more than the fragrance does - and it works in two opposite directions depending on one placement decision. Take the mechanism first. A central system pulls air out of the occupied rooms through return grilles, conditions it at the air handler, and pushes it back through supply grilles, several times an hour. So if your diffuser or your reed is standing near a return, its entire output is being drawn into the ceiling and mixed into the whole building's air before anyone in the room has a chance to notice it. That is the commonest cause of the complaint that a centre on central AC cannot hold a fragrance, and nothing about the product is at fault - it is being emptied into a duct all day. Never place a source near a return. Now the opposite direction, which is the more interesting half. Ductwork is a distribution network you have already paid for. Put the source on the supply side and every grille on that circuit becomes an outlet, which means one profile at one level arriving in the reception, the waiting area and the corridor at the same moment, including outside cabin doors that stay shut.
