Winter is my favourite season as a perfumer, because the warm materials I love - sandalwood, oud, soft amber florals - finally get the cold air they were made for. In a Pune December, a woody scent in the cabin is genuinely lovely.
But I always say the same thing first: fragrance is the last step. Clear the fog with your AC, let the damp out, come off recirculation once you are warm. Do that, and a warm scent turns a cold, closed-up Kiger into somewhere you actually want to sit. Skip it, and you are just perfuming a damp box.
