Every accessory you have considered giving away comes with a compatibility list attached. The mat has a shape, the cover has a size, the holder has a dashboard it suits and one it does not, and a shop that works on everything from a small hatchback to a large SUV has to hold that list in its head before it can hand anything across the counter. So the real question underneath yours is not which gift is nicer. It is which gift has no compatibility list at all - and once you put it that way, the shortlist gets very short.
The gift with no compatibility list. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - published in two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). No footwell shape, no seat profile, no socket and no dashboard slope to match. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
What free gift works across every make and model an automotive workshop sees? One that has no fitment, no size and no model number. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml in eight scents, and it is the same object for a hatchback, a sedan and a seven-seat SUV. Sold in two forms at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).
Are model-specific accessories a problem for a workshop that serves every kind of car? They are a catalogue problem before they are a cost problem. A mat, a cover or a holder forks by vehicle, so a mixed workshop has to hold several versions of one gift and get the right version to the right bay. A sealed 12ml bottle does not fork, which is the whole of its advantage at a counter that never knows what is coming in next.
Is a rate published for a workshop handing one out with every job? No - and a page that quoted you one would be inventing it. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no per-unit figure. Bulk orders are welcome, custom label or logo on product is the one branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The short answer
Short answer: Yes, for a structural reason rather than a sentimental one: a 12ml car perfume has no fitment, no sizing and no model list, so it is one object for every vehicle you see. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509, and the spray and the hanging bottle are the same price. No bulk rate is published; quantities go to WhatsApp on +91 96192 18531.
The pick: The 12ml spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - one object that fits a hatchback and an SUV identically, because there is nothing about it that has to fit anything.
Why: No model number, no size, no dashboard shape, no power socket and no five-minute explanation at a counter that is already busy.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Our automotive shop serves everything from hatchbacks to luxury SUVs, so any free product has to be universally usable. Is fragrance easier than model-specific accessories?
It is, and the reason is worth stating precisely, because "universal" is doing more work in that sentence than it looks. An accessory is universal only if its fitment, its sizing and its power source are all irrelevant - and almost nothing in an accessory catalogue clears all three. SOSA car perfume clears them by not having any of them. It is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, and every one of those is sold as two variants which the store names plainly - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) - at exactly the same price. So there is no budget decision hiding inside the form decision either. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in a cabin that belongs to your customer. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. It adds a scent, and it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, so it is not a substitute for cleaning a cabin. Before you commit, the honest part: SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit cost anywhere. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
A gift is universal when nothing about it has to match the vehicle. That is a much harder test than it sounds, and it is the test most accessories quietly fail.
The default for a mixed workshop: the spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - identical object for every vehicle in the yard, same price as the hanging bottle, nothing to measure.
The compatibility list, the cabin, and the two things nobody publishes
Three things decide this, and the first is the one that makes an accessory look cheaper on paper than it is at a counter.
1
The catalogue
An accessory forks. That fork is the cost you are not counting.
Take any accessory you might hand over and follow it backwards. A floor mat forks by footwell shape. A seat cover forks by seat profile and airbag position. A phone holder forks by vent design and dashboard slope. A charger forks by socket and output. A sunshade forks by windscreen size. Every one of them arrives at your counter as a small family of objects rather than one object.
For a shop with a narrow customer base that is manageable, because the fork has two or three branches and you know them. For a shop that sees hatchbacks and large SUVs in the same morning, the fork is the problem itself. You have to hold several versions, you have to know which version belongs to the vehicle in bay three, and somebody has to be right about it while the customer waits.
And the failure is public. A gift that does not fit is worse than no gift, because it has to be taken back, apologised for, and replaced with something else in front of the person you were trying to do something nice for. That is the cost that never appears next to the item price.
Tip: The item price is one number. The fork in the catalogue is the one that bites at a mixed counter.
2
The object
Why a 12ml bottle is the same object in every vehicle you see
A cabin varies enormously in volume and not at all in the thing that matters here: there is nowhere in any car that a sealed 12ml bottle does not go. It does not attach. It does not plug in. It does not sit against a surface that has to be the right shape. A hatchback owner and an SUV owner receive an identical object and both of them know what to do with it without being told.
Then the form question, and it is not a money question. Both variants of every 12ml scent are published at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Oud is ₹509 either way, and the store's own variant names carry the real difference: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).
Decide it on control and visibility instead. A spray does nothing until the owner reaches for it, and it leaves the mirror empty. A hanging bottle begins the moment it goes in, and it occupies the most looked-at object in the interior. For a vehicle you do not own, handing over the switch is the version that does not impose - you do not know whether that customer likes anything hanging from the mirror, and with a spray you never have to know.
One thing to be straight about while you are choosing: fragrance adds a scent. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it will not clean a cabin that needs cleaning. If the vehicle went out smelling of something, this is not the fix for that.
3
The unpublished part
Three things you need before you commit, and none of them are on a page
There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit cost published anywhere. That is not a haggling position and it is not something being withheld - it simply does not exist on a page, and any page that quotes you one has made it up. Bulk orders are welcome and the conversation happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Go in with your monthly job count and how you would hand these over, rather than asking to be sent a list.
Branding is exactly one thing: custom label or logo on product. That is genuine and it is the whole of it. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no ribbon. If your counter needs presentation around the bottle, that part is yours.
And SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. The single exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499). Those figures belong to that scent. Note too that there is no spray refill product at all, only a system described as in development - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle.
Tip: Take your monthly job count to WhatsApp. There is no published list to read first.
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
How to settle the universal-gift question this week
Write down the fork: how many versions of your current gift do you hold?
Test any candidate on three things: fitment, sizing and power. All must be irrelevant.
Decide who controls the scent. The car is theirs, so usually that is them.
Take your monthly job count to WhatsApp. No rate is published to read first.
The SOSA principle
A gift is not universal because it is small or because it is cheap. It is universal when nothing about it has to match the vehicle, and that single test removes almost every accessory from the shortlist before price is even discussed.
Which is why a mixed workshop keeps arriving at the same narrow category, and why the form of it matters more than the scent inside it.
Which scents to hold, and what else in the range fits a mixed workshop
Eight scents, and for a shop choosing on behalf of somebody who is not in the room, the safe ground is narrower than the range. Jasmine at ₹449 and Lemon at ₹499 are the two least likely to be actively disliked by a person who did not choose them - one soft and floral, one bright and clean. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm middle and reads as considered rather than generic. Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and people have firm opinions about it, which makes it excellent for a customer you know well and risky for one you met this morning. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 is spray only and the only scent publishing a spray count. All of them are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. The practical note for a mixed counter: holding two or three scents rather than all eight removes a decision from a busy handover, and nothing about a busy handover wants another decision in it.
The SOSA gift edit
Four things a mixed workshop could hand over, and where each one forks
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
Floor mats or seat covers · your current accessory spend
Substantial, obviously useful, and visibly generous. It forks hardest of anything on this list: footwell shape, seat profile, airbag position. A shop seeing hatchbacks and large SUVs on the same day has to hold several versions and be right about which one goes where.
A phone holder or charger · accessory counter item
Small, cheap enough to give away and genuinely used. It forks on vent design, dashboard slope and socket output, and it is the category most likely to come back to your counter because it did not fit or did not hold. Useful, but not universal.
The spray · ₹449 to ₹509
No fitment, no sizing, no power, nothing to demonstrate, and identical for every vehicle in the yard. Applied when the owner decides and leaves the mirror empty. It fails if your counter wants something that looks substantial - a sealed 12ml bottle is deliberately undramatic.
The hanging bottle · the same ₹449 to ₹509
Equally universal, working from the moment it goes in, and it can be topped up later from a 15ml refill. It fails when the customer would not have chosen it: it takes the mirror, which is the most looked-at spot in an interior you do not own.
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given.Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
Three other things exist and it is worth knowing where they sit before somebody asks. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 - the honest answer for a high-value job rather than every oil change, and the trios are fixed rather than assembled to order. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 exist, and read that carefully: they refill the hanging bottle. Further up the range, SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off - a real answer for a chauffeur-driven fleet where one driver controls the cabin, and roughly eight times a 12ml spray, so not a giveaway.
Published as Spray (Strong scent-throw). Applied when somebody decides to apply it, and nothing stays visible in the cabin afterwards. Eight scents, ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
Published as Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the same price as the spray. It runs continuously once it is in the car, and it is visible from the driver's seat.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered.
from ₹699
The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts:Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
An accessory has to know what car it is going into. A sealed bottle does not, and at a counter that never knows what is coming in next, that is not a small difference.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car range, sorted by who controls when the scent happens
Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own
₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India
₹3,999
Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Working out what to hand a customer, and how many? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: what your business actually does, roughly how many customers a month you are talking about, whether you want the customer to control the scent or the car to carry it continuously, and what you want to spend per customer. You will get a straight answer rather than a catalogue. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, sleeve, insert or printed packaging. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break, lead time or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count for any scent except Mysore Orange Blossom; and any cost per spray. One thing worth knowing before you plan around it: the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published, so a spray is a sealed unit rather than a topped-up one. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.
The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.
And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.
Frequently asked questions
Does a car perfume really work the same in a hatchback and a large SUV?
As an object handed across a counter, yes: it has no fitment, no size and no power requirement, so it is the same item for both. Cabin volumes obviously differ, and SOSA publishes nothing about how a scent behaves in a specific vehicle size, so nobody should be quoting you a coverage figure. What is published is the product itself, in two forms at one price, and the fact that neither form needs to be matched to a model.
Is the spray more expensive than the hanging version?
No. They are two variants of the same 12ml product at the same price, published by the store as Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild scent-throw. The decision is about who controls when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin, never about budget. Anyone describing one as the paid upgrade is describing a difference the price list does not contain.
Is a rate published for a workshop giving one away with every job?
There is none on any page. No bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit cost is published anywhere, and nothing on this page invents one. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Go in with your monthly job count rather than asking to be sent a list.
How much use does one bottle give a customer?
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either the spray or the hanging form, for any of the eight scents. The one exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. Those belong to that scent and must not be extended to the others.
Will handing these out do anything for our workshop?
SOSA cannot tell you that, and no supplier selling you a gift can tell you either, because no data of any kind is published on what a gift does to customer behaviour. What is knowable is narrower and more useful: the object needs no fitting, works the same across every vehicle you see, costs you nothing in counter time, and if the customer likes the scent it gets used somewhere they spend real hours. What that is worth is your judgement.

What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count or duration for any scent other than Mysore Orange Blossom; any cost per spray; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; and any spray refill, since the 15ml refills are published for the hanging bottle. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
