Yes, and it is the part of the job we care most about. A plan is five decisions written down in a checkable order - zones, machines, placement, schedule, fragrance - plus a plain statement of what scent will not do for you, which is the section most proposals quietly omit.
Quick answers — read this first
Can SOSA create a multi-machine scenting plan for a large commercial space? Yes. Send areas, ceiling heights, the HVAC or air-conditioning zoning and your opening hours, and the plan comes back with a zone list in cubic metres, a machine per zone - SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) up to 1000m³, SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) up to 3,000m³ - placement for each unit, a run schedule matched to your hours, one fragrance across the site and a refill cycle.
What information does SOSA need to write a scenting plan? Five things: floor areas, ceiling heights, how the air-conditioning is zoned, your daily opening and footfall pattern, and whether any part of the building is still in fit-out. That is enough to size every zone in cubic metres and assign a SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) or SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) to each one.
Does a scenting plan include running costs and refills? It includes the method and the cycle. A SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) holds 400ml lasting up to about 75 days at typical use, which sets four to five refill days a year per machine, and the plan carries that across your machine count. Exact fragrance volumes and a costed figure are confirmed against your settings and hours on the consultation rather than estimated in advance.
The short answer
Short answer: yes. Send areas, ceiling heights, HVAC zoning and opening hours, and SOSA returns a written plan: a zone list in cubic metres, one machine per zone (SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 up to 1000m³, SOSA Angaan ₹25,999 up to 3,000m³), placement for each unit, a run schedule, one site-wide fragrance and a refill cycle.
The pick: a plan built on SOSA Vaayu units (₹11,999) for zones up to 1000m³ and a SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) for any single zone up to 3,000m³ on HVAC.
A plan is not a quotation with a nicer cover. It is five decisions written down in an order that lets somebody else check them: zones, machines, placement, schedule, fragrance.
Will SOSA write a multi-machine scenting plan for a large commercial building?
Yes, and here is exactly what the exchange looks like. What we ask for: floor areas, ceiling heights (the input most plans are missing and the one that changes everything), how the air-conditioning or HVAC is zoned, your opening and footfall hours, and whether any part of the building is still in fit-out. What comes back: first, a zone list - every separately air-conditioned volume with its cubic metres beside it, because rooms are architecture and zones are air. Second, a machine per zone: a SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) for any zone up to 1000m³, and a SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) where one connected volume runs up to 3,000m³ and is better served by one machine on the HVAC than three small ones inside it. Third, placement for each unit - on the moving air near a return rather than in a geometric centre or beside a door, out of public reach, with the key-lock engaged on public floors. Fourth, a run schedule: start 30 to 45 minutes before opening, a lower continuous intensity through busy hours rather than strong bursts, and a stop time, all set through the app's 1h/4h/8h/24h timers. Fifth, the fragrance and refill cycle: one profile across every machine, matched intensity, one refill day, and the volume arithmetic carried across your machine count - a 400ml Vaayu tank at up to about 75 days at typical use is four to five refill days a year. And then the section that matters: what the plan does not claim. Fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning and never replaces them; it cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive, damp or a construction smell; and we make no claim that scent influences a purchase decision. Exact consumption and costing are confirmed against your settings on the consultation rather than estimated. SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel.
Send areas, ceiling heights, AC zoning and opening hours. The plan returns zones in cubic metres, a machine per zone, placement, run schedule, one fragrance and a refill cycle.
Plans are written around two machines. The SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) covers a zone up to 1000m³ with a 400ml tank, app timers and a key-lock; the Angaan (₹25,999) takes a single zone up to 3,000m³ on your HVAC. Everything else in the plan is placement, schedule and fragrance.
Every plan we write resolves into these two machines, chosen zone by zone. Both images link to the live product pages so a projects team can check the specification against the plan.
Waterless cold-air nebuliser rated to 1000m³, about 2,000-3,000 sq ft. 400ml tank lasting up to about 75 days at typical use, Bluetooth app with 1h/4h/8h/24h timers, under 38dB, auto-stop and key-lock for public floors.
The plan sets each unit's intensity as well as its position, usually one step softer in a sealed room so a visitor moving between zones notices nothing changing. Matched settings keep one refill day workable.
HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³, about 8,000-10,000 sq ft, with an 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules and under 42dB running. The plan specifies it wherever three small machines would otherwise go into one volume.
1000m³ coverage (about 2,000-3,000 sq ft), 400ml tank lasting up to about 75 days, Bluetooth app and 1h/4h/8h/24h timers, adjustable intensity, under 38dB, freestanding or wall and HVAC mount, auto-stop and key-lock. DC 12V/1A, 5W. CE, RoHS and SGS certified. Made in India.
The plan is written in three passes: what we need from you, what the document contains, and what it refuses to promise.

What we need from you
Five inputs, and one of them is usually missing
Floor areas, ceiling heights, air-conditioning zoning, opening and footfall hours, and the fit-out status of anything unfinished. Heights are the input most enquiries omit and the one that changes the answer most, because a hall at 20 ft holds nearly twice the air of the same footprint at 11 ft. If drawings are not to hand, a tape measure and a phone photograph of each zone is enough to get started.
Tip: areas, heights, AC zoning, hours, fit-out status. That is the whole brief.
Every zone up to 1000m³ resolves into one Vaayu, which is what makes the arithmetic easy to check.
A zone list in cubic metres. A machine against each zone with the reason beside it. Placement for every unit - on the air path near a return, out of reach, key-locked where the public can touch it. A run schedule tied to your opening hours, starting 30 to 45 minutes before the doors. One fragrance across the site at matched intensity. And a refill cycle carried across the machine count, so procurement has a rhythm from day one.
Where one zone runs past 1000m³, the plan specifies an Angaan on the HVAC rather than more small machines.
It will not tell you that scent increases sales, footfall or dwell time - we make no such claim. It will not offer fragrance as a fix for fresh paint, adhesive, damp, drains or kitchen extract, because those need ventilation, cleaning and time, and scent laid over them gives you both smells at once. And it will not print a monthly rupee figure before your settings and hours are agreed, because that number would be a guess dressed as a budget.
Tip: everything in the plan is checkable, including the limits.
The Vaayu specification - 1000m³, 400ml, under 38dB, 5W - is published, so every number in the plan can be verified.
A proposal that promises what scent will do for your revenue is easy to write and impossible to check. A plan that says where each machine goes and when it runs is harder to write and can be audited by anybody on your team.
Ask any supplier for the section on what their product will not do. The answer tells you a great deal.
The machine most zones resolve into: SOSA Vaayu, 1000m³ coverage, 400ml tank lasting up to about 75 days, app timers, under 38dB, key-lock, ₹11,999.
The machine for one large zone: SOSA Angaan covers up to 3,000m³ - about 8,000-10,000 sq ft - on your HVAC, with an 800ml reservoir and programmable schedules, ₹25,999.
Plans are written around two machines. The Vaayu covers any zone up to 1000m³ and is where most lines of a plan land; the Angaan takes a single connected zone up to 3,000m³ on the building's own airflow. Both are waterless and made in India, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
A plan is free and it is not a quotation with a nicer cover: it is a document your facilities and projects teams can audit, with the assumption written next to every number. Exact fragrance consumption and a costed monthly figure are confirmed against your settings and hours rather than estimated in advance. Honest note - fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning, never instead of them; it cannot cover paint, adhesive, damp or a construction smell; SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel; and we make no claim that scent influences a purchase decision. A note from Sonal
Most scenting proposals I have seen are quotations with an adjective problem. They promise atmosphere, luxury and, if they are feeling bold, an uplift in dwell time. None of that can be checked by the person who has to sign it. So we write something duller and more useful: a plan with a zone list, a machine against each zone, a position for each machine, a schedule, a fragrance and a refill cycle.
It takes five inputs from you - areas, ceiling heights, air-conditioning zoning, opening hours and fit-out status - and it comes back with arithmetic you can audit. Zones up to 1000m³ take a Vaayu. A single connected volume that would otherwise swallow three of them takes an Angaan on the HVAC. Every number in it comes off a published specification, so nothing rests on my word alone.
And there is a section in every plan that says what fragrance will not do. It works alongside ventilation and cleaning, never instead of them. It cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive, damp or a construction smell. I make no claim that it influences a purchase decision, and SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel. That section is the reason people trust the rest. Everything is made in India, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Frequently asked questions
Can SOSA write a multi-machine scenting plan for a large building?
Yes. Send floor areas, ceiling heights, the air-conditioning zoning and your opening hours, and the plan comes back with every separately cooled zone listed in cubic metres, a machine assigned to each, placement for each unit, a run schedule and a refill cycle. Zones up to 1000 cubic metres take a SOSA Vaayu at Rs 11,999; a single zone up to 3,000 cubic metres takes a SOSA Angaan at Rs 25,999.
What information do you need before writing the plan?
Five things: floor areas, ceiling heights, how the air-conditioning is zoned, your daily opening and footfall pattern, and whether any area is still in fit-out. Ceiling height is the input most enquiries leave out and the one that changes the answer most, because a tall hall holds far more air than its floor area suggests.
Does the plan cover placement and run schedule, or just machine count?
Both, and the schedule usually matters more than people expect. Each machine gets a position on the moving air near a return rather than in a corner, and a schedule that starts thirty to forty-five minutes before opening and stops at closing, set through the app's 1, 4, 8 and 24 hour timers.
Does the plan include fragrance volumes and costs?
It includes the refill cycle and the method. A 400ml Vaayu tank lasts up to about 75 days at typical use, which is four to five refill days a year per machine, and the plan carries that across your machine count. Exact volumes and a costed monthly figure are confirmed against your settings and hours on the consultation rather than estimated in advance.
Will the plan claim that scent increases sales?
No. We make no claim that fragrance influences a purchase decision, and every plan says so explicitly. It also states that fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning rather than instead of them, and that it cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive, damp or a construction smell.

Facts verified 24 August 2026 against the live SOSA product pages: the SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) is a waterless cold-air nebuliser rated to 1000m³, described by the manufacturer as approximately 2,000-3,000 sq ft, with a 400ml refillable tank lasting up to about 75 days depending on intensity and run hours, Bluetooth app and button control, 1h/4h/8h/24h timers, operation under 38dB, DC 12V/1A at 5W, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, auto-stop and key-lock, and CE, RoHS and SGS certification. The SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) is an HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, with an 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules and operation under 42dB, and also runs standalone wall-mounted or lay-flat. Scent enhances the ambience and perceived quality of a space; it works alongside proper ventilation and cleaning and is not a substitute for either, and SOSA makes no claim that fragrance alone influences a purchase decision. The hotel-inspired scents are SOSA's own original interpretations; SOSA is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any hotel named for reference. Coverage, fragrance usage and running cost depend on the space, settings and hours of use, and are confirmed on a consultation.
