The fragrance in an experience zone is the same one running everywhere else in the gallery. What changes is the delivery, because this is normally the tallest room in the building and height is exactly where scenting plans fall apart.
Quick answers — read this first
What is the best fragrance for a real estate experience zone? The same signature fragrance used across the sales gallery, delivered through the HVAC rather than from a floor unit. An experience zone is normally the tallest volume on site, so the challenge is distribution, not scent choice. A SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) covers 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, and carries the fragrance evenly on the building's existing airflow.

Which machine scents a double-height experience centre? A SOSA Angaan (₹25,999), an HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³ with an 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules and operation under 42dB. A SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) covers up to 1000m³, which is right for the normal-height rooms around the zone but not for the tall volume itself.

Why does fragrance disappear in a double-height gallery? Because height multiplies the air volume. A 3,000 sq ft hall at 20 feet holds roughly twice the air of the same floor area at 10 feet, and a floor-standing machine sized by square feet will always under-deliver. Work in cubic metres and use a SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) on the HVAC so the scent enters with the air rather than trying to climb into it.
The short answer
Short answer: the same signature fragrance as the rest of the gallery, delivered through the HVAC - a SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) covering 3,000m³, about 8,000-10,000 sq ft, because an experience zone is usually the tallest volume on site and height is what defeats floor-standing machines.
The pick: the SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) on the HVAC for the tall volume, with a SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) for the normal-height rooms around it.
Next step: send the section drawing with the ceiling height marked and we will do the cubic metre maths with you - book a free zoning plan.

Straight answer
How should a double-height real estate experience zone be scented?
Same fragrance, different machine. Across a sales gallery you should run one signature scent at different intensities, and the experience zone is no exception; what makes it different is that it is usually a double-height volume, and height is where square-foot rules of thumb collapse. A 3,000 sq ft hall at 20 feet holds roughly twice the air of the same floor plate at 10 feet, so a floor unit sized on area will always feel thin at head height and non-existent at the far end. Measure length by width by height and work in cubic metres. One SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) is rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, and connects to the building's HVAC so the fragrance enters with the air rather than trying to climb into it - which is the only way a tall volume fills evenly from the model display to the mezzanine rail. It has an 800ml reservoir, a metal body, programmable schedules and runs under 42dB, and it also works standalone wall-mounted if there is no duct to tie into. Keep a SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) for the normal-height rooms around the zone, on the same fragrance at a lower setting, so a buyer walking out of the hall into a consultation room never notices a change. What not to do is stack four small units around a tall room: they fight each other, they smell like four separate corners, and they cost more than the machine that would have worked. One honest note - fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning and cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive or damp, and SOSA makes no claim that scent influences a purchase decision. A free zoning plan will do the volume maths, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Measure length by width by height. A tall experience zone is one Angaan on the HVAC, not several floor units, and it runs the same fragrance as the rest of the gallery.
The experience zone machine is the SOSA Angaan - an HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³ (about 8,000-10,000 sq ft), with an 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules and operation under 42dB. It carries scent on the airflow the building already has.

Scenting the tallest volume in the building

An experience zone is a volume problem with a fragrance attached. Three numbers settle it: the height, the airflow, and the intensity relative to the rooms next door.

1
Height is the whole story
Multiply by the ceiling, then divide by the rating
Developers build experience zones tall on purpose, and then size the scenting by floor area out of habit. Do the cubic metre maths instead: length by width by height. A 4,000 sq ft zone at 6 metres is roughly 2,200m³, which is well past what a 1000m³ unit can honestly hold and squarely inside what a 3,000m³ machine handles. The moment your number goes past about 1000m³, stop adding small machines and change the machine.
Tip: if you are considering a third floor unit for one room, you needed a bigger machine two units ago.
SOSA Angaan
The Angaan is rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, which covers almost every experience zone in one machine.

2
Deliver it with the air
HVAC-connected beats floor-standing in a tall room
Fragrance released at floor level in a double-height hall has to fight stratification: warm air rises, the scent thins as it climbs, and the mezzanine gets nothing. Introducing it into the supply air solves this at the source, because the building is already moving air through the whole volume and it arrives distributed rather than needing to spread. Where there is no duct to tie into, the same machine runs standalone wall-mounted, but the ducted result is noticeably more even.
SOSA Vaayu
Where the ceiling drops back to normal height, a Vaayu at 1000m³ is the right and much cheaper answer.
See SOSA Vaayu →
3
Set it against the rooms next door
One fragrance, and the tall zone sits mid-ladder
An experience zone is not automatically the strongest zone on site. That is still the entrance, which loses scent through the door. The tall hall usually sits in the middle of the ladder: enough to fill a big volume convincingly, less than the entrance, more than the consultation rooms opening off it. Set the transitions by walking them, because the doorway between a tall hall and a small room is where a mismatch is most obvious.
Tip: walk every doorway in and out before you sign off the settings.
SOSA Angaan
The Angaan has programmable schedules, so the zone can start an hour before opening and hold one steady level all day.

The SOSA principle
Nobody has ever fixed a double-height room by adding a fourth small machine. Height is not solved by quantity, it is solved by airflow.
Measure the cubic metres before you buy anything.

For the rooms around the zone: SOSA Vaayu, 1000m³ coverage, 400ml tank up to 75 days, adjustable intensity and key-lock, on the same fragrance a step softer, ₹11,999.

Because this is the biggest volume on site, it is usually the zone that forces the whole plan to be drawn properly - the method is in how to zone fragrance across a large real estate sales gallery, and the placement rules for the smaller machines around it are in where to place scent machines inside a real estate sales gallery. A tall room does not need a bolder fragrance. It needs the same fragrance introduced into the air that is already moving through it.

The SOSA experience zone specification

Two machines and one fragrance. The Angaan takes the tall experience zone on the HVAC; the Vaayu handles every normal-height room around it at a lower setting. Both are waterless, so there is no damp or residue near a scale model, a screen wall or fabric, and both are made in India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

A quick word on choosing: the split is decided by ceiling height, not by budget. Small machines in a tall hall are the most expensive way to get a poor result, because you pay twice and then buy the right one anyway. One honest note - fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning and cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive or damp, and SOSA makes no claim that scent influences a purchase decision. Send the section drawing for a free zoning plan and we will do the cubic metre maths with you.

A note from Sonal

The experience zone is the room developers are proudest of and the room that most often smells of nothing. It is tall, it is dramatic, it usually has a mezzanine or a projection wall, and every one of those features works against a small machine standing in a corner trying to scent 2,000 cubic metres of air.

The fix is not a stronger fragrance, it is a different delivery. An Angaan on the HVAC introduces the same scent into the supply air, so the volume fills the way the cooling does: evenly, top to bottom, without anyone being able to point at where it comes from. Keep the Vaayu for the normal-height rooms around it, on the identical fragrance a step or two softer, and the transitions disappear.

The honest part: scent works alongside ventilation and cleaning, not instead of either, and in a big volume with a lot of glass and a lot of visitors, air changes do more for comfort than fragrance ever will. It will not cover fresh paint, adhesive or damp during fit-out, and we make no claim that fragrance influences a purchase decision. Everything is made in India, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best fragrance for a real estate experience zone?
The same signature fragrance as the rest of the sales gallery, delivered through the HVAC. The zone is usually double height, so the difficulty is distribution rather than scent choice. A SOSA Angaan (Rs 25,999) is rated to 3,000 cubic metres, roughly 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft, and introduces the fragrance into the supply air so the whole volume fills evenly.
Why does a small diffuser not work in a double-height hall?
Because height multiplies air volume. A 3,000 sq ft hall at 20 feet holds about twice the air of the same floor plate at 10 feet, and a machine rated to 1000 cubic metres cannot hold that honestly. Fragrance released at floor level also thins as it rises, so the mezzanine gets nothing. Size by cubic metres and deliver through the airflow.
Should the experience zone smell stronger than the rest of the gallery?
Not usually. The entrance stays the strongest zone because it loses scent through the door. The experience zone sits mid-ladder: enough to fill a large volume convincingly, lighter than the entrance, stronger than the consultation rooms opening off it. Walk each doorway before signing off the settings.
Can the Angaan work without connecting to the HVAC?
Yes. The SOSA Angaan connects to the building's HVAC and carries scent on the existing airflow, which gives the most even result in a tall volume, but it also runs standalone wall-mounted or lay-flat. It has an 800ml reservoir, a metal body, programmable schedules and runs under 42dB.
Will fragrance fix an experience zone that smells of new carpet or paint?
No. Paint, adhesive, new PVC and damp need curing, ventilation and time, and fragrance layered on top gives you both smells at once. Large volumes with a lot of new material need the most airing of all. Ventilate properly first, then scent the clean space.
