Start with the questions that have published answers, because there are fewer of them than a supplier conversation usually implies. Four things about a SOSA hanging car perfume are on the record: the price band is ₹449 to ₹509, the mild hanging and the stronger spray of the same scent cost exactly the same, the 15ml refill is a separate product at ₹399 to ₹449, and a custom label or logo can go on the product. Almost everything a procurement checklist asks next - rate at quantity, minimum, timing, packing - is not published at all, and this page will say so rather than fill the gap.
The line most sourcing checklists forget to ask about. SOSA 15ml car hanging refills, from ₹399 - a separate product from the bottle, larger than the 12ml unit it refills, cheaper than buying the unit again, and compatible with the hanging format rather than the spray. Worth confirming before you commit to a month, not after.
Quick answers — read this first
What should I check before ordering car perfumes in quantity every month? Five things with real answers: how stable the scent list is across a year, whether the refill is a separate purchase, whether the format choice costs anything, whether the label can carry your logo, and how many variants you can realistically reorder. A SOSA hanging car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at published retail.
Is there a published price for buying 100 a month? No rate at quantity is published, and no minimum order quantity, no volume arrangement, no lead time, no case pack and no carton size are published either. The retail list is the only price on the record. Bulk orders are welcome and everything to do with quantity is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Does choosing the hanging instead of the spray cost more or less? Neither. Jasmine is ₹449 in both formats, Lemon ₹499 in both, Oud ₹509 in both. The hanging is the mild scent-throw and the spray is the stronger one, so the decision is about who doses it and never about budget.
The short answer
Short answer: Check five things: is the scent list stable across a year, is the refill a separate purchase, does the format choice cost anything, can the label carry your logo, and how many variants can you reorder. SOSA hanging car perfumes are Rs 449 to Rs 509 at published retail. No rate at quantity, minimum, lead time or packing detail is published anywhere.
The pick: Two or three scents from the ₹449 to ₹509 hanging range, not eight, with the 15ml refill from ₹399 checked as a separate line before you commit.
Why: Those are the questions with published answers. Everything about quantity, timing and packing is unpublished, and the honest route for it is a WhatsApp conversation rather than a figure on a page.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
What should a detailing business evaluate before sourcing 50 to 100 hanging car perfumes a month?
Split the checklist in two, because the two halves behave completely differently. The product questions all have published answers and you can settle them today: the hanging range is Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509, all 12ml; the same scent as a spray costs the same; the 15ml refill is its own product at ₹399 to ₹449 and fits the hanging, not the spray; and a custom label or logo on product is the entire branding offer, with no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. The commercial questions have no published answers whatsoever. SOSA publishes no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab, no lead time, no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no payment terms, and there is no dealer or reseller programme to join. That is not evasion - it is a fragrance house in Pune with a retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number, and the honest instruction is to settle all of it in conversation at +91 96192 18531 before you plan a month around it. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Half of a procurement checklist for this product has published answers you can read in five minutes. The other half is not published at all, and the useful thing a page can do is tell you which half is which.
The working shape of a monthly programme: two or three hanging scents from ₹449 rather than eight, with the 15ml refill from ₹399 as a separate line you have checked in advance.
The three groups of questions worth asking before you commit to a monthly quantity
A monthly quantity is a different decision from a one-off purchase, because everything you get wrong repeats. Work through these three groups in order: what the product is, what can go on it, and what nobody has published. The third group is shorter than you expect and more important than the first two.
1
Group one
The product questions, which all have answers
Is the format choice a cost decision? No. Every active scent is sold as a mild hanging and as a stronger spray at the identical price - Jasmine ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. If you are putting the product into a car for somebody who did not choose the scent, the mild hanging is the right object, because a person who finds a sealed car too strong has no way to reduce it other than taking the product out.
Is the refill a separate purchase? Yes, and this is the detail most people miss. The 15ml refills are their own product at ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud. They are larger than the 12ml bottle and cost less than buying the unit again, and they fit the hanging format and not the spray. If your programme uses sprays, there is no cheaper continuation path for the recipient.
Is the scent list stable across a year? That one is genuinely not published - nothing on the record says which scents are permanent and which are not. So ask it on WhatsApp, and in the meantime design the programme so that losing one scent is survivable. A programme built on two or three scents recovers from a substitution. A programme where each package tier is welded to a specific scent does not.
2
Group two
What can go on the product, and what cannot
The branding offer is exactly one thing and it is worth learning it precisely rather than assuming the usual promotional-supplier menu applies. A custom label or logo on product is available. That is the whole of it.
There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no branded carton, no insert card, no gift wrap and no engraving, and nothing is co-branded beyond the label itself. What you receive is the retail product a walk-in customer receives, with your label on it if you asked for one. For a detailing business that is usually fine and occasionally better than fine: the object does not read as merchandise, which matters when the thing you are trying to avoid is a customer thinking they have been handed an advertisement.
Everything past the label - artwork formats, how the label is applied, what a label change costs - is not published, and this page will not invent it. It is a WhatsApp question. What you can plan around today is the object itself: a 12ml bottle, eight hanging scents, and one label.
3
Group three
The commercial questions, and why an honest answer is a blank
This is the group a procurement checklist is really built around, and it is the group with nothing in it. SOSA publishes no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab, no price break, no lead time, no order window, no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no payment terms and no rate card. There is no dealer scheme, no reseller agreement and no partner tier, because none of those exist yet.
You should treat that as information rather than as an obstacle. It tells you what SOSA actually is: a fragrance house in Pune with a published retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number, not a promotional-merchandise supplier with a trade counter. Bulk orders are welcome. What they cost and how they are handled is a conversation, and a page that printed a figure would be making it up.
The practical instruction is therefore boring and correct. Do your own arithmetic against the retail list first, so you arrive at the conversation knowing what your current gifting line costs you. Then settle quantity, timing and anything to do with your label on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531before you commit to a month, rather than after.
Tip: Do the arithmetic on the retail list first, then have the conversation - not the other way round.
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.
A five-minute checklist before you commit to a monthly quantity
Confirm format parity. Hanging and spray of one scent are the same price.
Check the refill as a separate line: Rs 399 to Rs 449, and it fits the hanging.
Fix your variant count at two or three scents, not eight.
Settle quantity, timing and the label on WhatsApp before you plan a month.
The SOSA principle
What breaks a recurring gifting programme is almost never the unit price. It is variant count, a product somebody has to explain, and a commercial detail nobody confirmed because it was assumed to be standard.
Two of those three are inside your control today. The third is a WhatsApp conversation, and it is cheaper to have it before the first month than during the second.
How many scents a monthly programme should actually carry
Eight scents exist as a hanging and a monthly programme should carry two or three of them. Jasmine at ₹449 is the lowest-priced and the most conventionally pleasant. Sandalwood and Lavender at ₹479 read as considered rather than functional. Icy Mint at ₹489 is the sharpest and the one most people call clean rather than scented. Lemon at ₹499 is the workhorse citrus. Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at ₹509 have the strongest character, which makes them the best self-purchases and the riskiest defaults for a car whose owner you never asked. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 is a spray only with no hanging format, and it is the one car product publishing duration figures - about 100 sprays in the 10ml and about 500 in the 50ml. Those numbers belong to that spray alone.
The SOSA gift edit
Four checks, and what the published answer to each one actually is
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
Scent list and variant count · partly published
Eight hanging scents exist at Rs 449 to Rs 509, which is on the record. Whether that list is identical in twelve months is not published, so ask it directly. Design for two or three scents so that a substitution is survivable, and do not weld a package tier to one specific scent.
Format · fully published
The mild hanging and the stronger spray of the same scent cost exactly the same, so this never becomes a budget question. Choose the hanging when the recipient did not pick the scent, and the spray only when the person doses it themselves and knows what they are doing.
The refill path · fully published
15ml refills are a separate product at Rs 399 to Rs 449, larger than the 12ml bottle and cheaper than buying the unit again. Important detail: they fit the hanging, not the spray. A spray-based programme leaves the recipient with no cheaper continuation.
Terms, timing and packing · not published at all
No rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no lead time, no case pack, no carton size and no payment terms exist on the record, and there is no dealer or reseller programme. Bulk orders are welcome and all of it is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
One more thing worth confirming before a monthly quantity rather than after. No duration is published for the hanging format - not in weeks, not in months, and nobody should quote you one. If your programme needs a replacement cadence, the honest method is to fit a few in cars you can actually observe, in the season you care about, and settle the cadence from what you see. An enclosed car is a few cubic metres of sealed air that sits in the sun, so a scent behaves differently in May than it does in December, and any single figure would be wrong half the year. The only SOSA car product publishing figures is the Mysore Orange Blossom spray, and those figures belong to that product and to nothing else in the range.
The lowest-priced hanging in the range at ₹449, and the reason most per-car budgets get built around this number. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at the same ₹449.
Eight scents from ₹399. The refill is 15ml against the 12ml bottle it refills, and costs less than buying the unit again - so the person who was given one can carry on without being sold to.
Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
The useful supplier answer is not always a number. ₹449 to ₹509 is published. Everything about quantity is not. Knowing which is which is most of what a sourcing checklist is for.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car fragrance range
Choose the format on scent-throw first, because it does not change the price
Worn rather than driven, and a taste decision - only when somebody can name what the recipient already wears

Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Buying for a business rather than for one person? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: roughly how many vehicles or people a month, whether the recipient chooses the scent or you do, whether you want the mild hanging or the stronger spray, and whether the label needs to carry your logo. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, any minimum order quantity, any slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the whole of the branding offer, and there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme; everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the businesses and the cars in those cities and not about a local branch.
SS
ISIPCA Versailles
A note from Sonal
The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.
What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.
The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.
And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.
Frequently asked questions
What should I evaluate before sourcing hanging car perfumes every month?
Five things. Whether the scent list is stable across a year, which is not published and should be asked. Whether the refill is a separate purchase, which it is, at Rs 399 to Rs 449. Whether the format choice costs anything, which it does not. Whether the label can carry your logo, which it can. And how many variants you can realistically reorder, which is your own answer and is usually two or three rather than eight.
What does SOSA publish about buying in quantity?
The retail prices and a WhatsApp number, and that is genuinely all. There is no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab, no lead time, no case pack, no carton size and no payment terms on the record, and no dealer or reseller programme exists. Bulk orders are welcome and everything commercial is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Are the 15ml refills a separate product from the car perfume?
Yes. They are their own listing at Rs 399 for Lemon and Jasmine, Rs 429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and Rs 449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud. The refill is larger than the 12ml bottle it refills and costs less than buying the unit again, and it fits the hanging format rather than the spray.
Can the label carry our detailing studio logo, and what else can be branded?
A custom label or logo on product is available and that is the entire branding offer. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no branded carton, no insert card, no wrapping and no engraving. The product comes as the retail product with your label on it if you asked for one, which is often an advantage because it does not read as merchandise.
How many scents should a monthly programme carry?
Two or three that do not overlap. Every extra variant is another line to reorder, another thing to keep track of across an uneven month, and another chance for a member of staff to fit the wrong one. Lemon at Rs 499 and Icy Mint at Rs 489 are the least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not choose them; Oud at Rs 509 is the most distinctive and the riskiest to use as a default.
