This deserves a straight answer rather than a reassuring one. Half of what you are asking cannot be answered by anybody selling you anything. SOSA publishes no data on what a gift does to a business, no case history and no figure, and neither does any other fragrance house, whatever a presentation shows you. The other half is genuinely answerable, and the answer is slightly uncomfortable: the only records that could speak to this are ones you already own, sitting in your booking system right now, and no supplier will ever see them.
The four things you can verify before spending anything. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Branding is custom label or logo on product.
Quick answers — read this first
Can a supplier tell an automotive business whether its gifting is doing anything? No. SOSA publishes no data on what a gift does to a business - no study, no case history, no figure - and no fragrance house is in a position to. What a supplier can be held to is what is checkable: published price, composition, the forms a product comes in, and exactly what branding is and is not offered.
What can an automotive business actually look at to judge this? Its own records, which nobody else can read. A workshop already knows which vehicles come back, a studio already records how each enquiry arrived, and a dealership already holds its service history. Those columns exist whether or not anything is ever handed over, and reading them is the only measurement available here.
What should a business do if a supplier offers a retention figure for a fragrance? Treat the figure as a sales aid rather than evidence. Anybody offering you a retention number for a car fragrance is selling you something other than fragrance, because there is no source such a number could come from. The checkable facts are price, composition and form: SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
The short answer
Short answer: No supplier can answer this, including SOSA, which publishes no data of any kind on what a gift does to a business. What you can look at is your own records, which already exist. What you can check before spending is published: SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml.
The pick: Check the published facts, then read your own records. The object itself is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml, with both forms at one price.
Why: Because the supplier side of this question has exactly four checkable facts, and everything else lives in a system only you can open.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
How can an automotive business tell whether money spent on customer gifts is doing anything, rather than just adding one more line to running costs?
Split the question in two, because the halves have very different answers. The supplier half is short and it is honest. There are four things you can check before spending a rupee: what it costs, what it is made of, what forms it comes in, and what branding genuinely exists. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, in two variants at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) - and it is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Branding is custom label or logo on product, and that is the whole of it. Everything past those four facts is not published, and that includes the thing you are actually asking. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will return more often, because no such data exists here or anywhere in this category, and a supplier who produces a figure has produced it rather than found it. The other half is yours and it is more useful than it sounds. You already hold the records: which vehicles come back, how long between visits, what the enquiry log says about how people arrived. Those columns were being filled in before you ever considered a gift. Nobody but you can read them, nobody can read them for you, and nothing this page could design would separate one small change from everything else that moved in the same period. That limitation is real and worth stating rather than dressing up. No bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time is published; quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The uncomfortable version, said plainly: the only party who can look at this is you, the records already exist, and no supplier in this category has ever been able to see them.
What is checkable before you spend anything: the 12ml range at ₹449 to ₹509 - price, composition, two forms at one price, and one branding option. Nothing past that is published.
Three lists: what is checkable, what only you hold, and what nobody has
Three lists, in order of how much they are worth. What a supplier can be held to, what sits in your own system, and what does not exist anywhere.
1
List one
The four things you can check about a supplier before spending
Short list, and that is the point. Price.SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml - Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949, Discovery Sets ₹699 to ₹899, Pack of 9 ₹2,999.
Composition. Alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Those are stated facts about what is in the bottle, and they are the kind of claim a supplier can actually be held to.
Form. Two variants of every 12ml scent at one price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). A spray waits until the owner picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in and takes the mirror. Since the price is identical, nobody can sell you one as the upgrade.
Branding. Custom label or logo on product, and nothing else. There is no custom box and no printed sleeve. There is no carton, no insert card and no assembled gift box. Four facts, all verifiable in about two minutes, and a supplier who is vague about any of the four is worth more scepticism than one who is blunt about what is missing.
Tip: Price, composition, form, branding. Four checkable facts, and the list ends there.
2
List two
The records you already hold, and what they can honestly show
Here is the part nobody sells you, because nobody can. Your own system already contains the only relevant history. A workshop knows which registrations come back and how many months apart. A detailing studio knows which customers booked a second service. A dealership holds its service history. Most booking sheets carry a column recording how the enquiry arrived, filled in long before anybody thought about gifting.
Those records have three properties worth naming. They exist already, so looking at them costs nothing. They are yours alone - no supplier can see them, now or ever. And they were not built to answer this question, which is the honest limitation: they will not separate one change from everything else that moved in the same period. If you also hired two people, changed your pricing and started answering the phone faster, the records hold all of it mixed together and no method will pull the strands apart.
So the useful posture is modest. Look at what you already have, note what you changed and when, and treat anything you see as one input to your judgement rather than a result. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will return more often, and this page is not going to design a study that promises to show you they did. What it can tell you is that the records are already in your hands, which is more than any supplier is offering.
3
List three
What does not exist anywhere, and what to do when somebody offers it
No data exists on what a car fragrance does to a business. Not at SOSA, which publishes none, and not elsewhere in this category. There is no study, no tracked customer set, no case history and no figure. That is a statement about the whole category, not a gap in one store's marketing.
Which gives you a genuinely useful filter. Anybody offering you a retention figure for a fragrance is selling you something other than fragrance - they are selling a business case, and the number in it came from somewhere other than evidence. Ask where it was measured, on how many customers, over what period, and by whom. The question usually ends the conversation, which is the answer.
Two smaller blanks sit in the same list because people assume they are filled. There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time published, so nothing about buying regularly can be read off a page; bulk orders are welcome and it is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. And no published life exists for a 12ml bottle in either form, for any scent - the one exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, at about 100 sprays in the 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays in the 50ml (₹1,499). Anyone extending those to the other eight scents is doing arithmetic on borrowed figures.
Tip: Ask where the number was measured, on whom, and over what period. That ends it.
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
How to judge this without anybody inventing a number for you
Check the four verifiable facts: price, composition, form and branding.
Open your own records. The relevant columns are already being filled in.
Write down everything else you changed that quarter. It is never just one thing.
Treat any supplier figure for repeat business as a sales aid, not as evidence.
The SOSA principle
The only party in this transaction who can see whether anything changed is the one who already holds the records, and that party is you. A supplier has never been able to see them and never will, which is exactly why no supplier should be offering you a number.
That is not a reason to spend or not to spend. It is the reason the decision is a judgement about your own business rather than a result somebody hands you.
Which scent, and the published facts you can verify before spending
If you do go ahead, the scent question is smaller than it looks and the whole 12ml range sits inside sixty rupees. Jasmine at ₹449 is soft and floral and the least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not pick it. Lemon at ₹499 is bright and clean. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm middle. Vetiver at ₹509 is dry and green. Oud at ₹509 divides opinion, which is useful with a regular and risky with a stranger. All are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Worth stating alongside: a fragrance adds a scent. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air, so it is not a substitute for the work itself.
The SOSA gift edit
Four claims a supplier might make, and which of them you can check
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
The published price · ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml
Fully checkable in a minute on the store, and identical for both forms of every scent. This is the strongest kind of claim a supplier makes, because you can verify it without asking anybody anything.
The composition claim · stated on the product
Alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, made in India. Checkable in the sense that it is a specific, falsifiable statement about the bottle rather than a statement about your customers.
What it costs at your volume · not published
No rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time is published anywhere, so this cannot be checked from a page and nothing here invents it. Bulk orders are welcome and the figure is settled by message with your volume in it.
Any figure for repeat business · does not exist
Not published by SOSA and not held by anyone in this category. If a supplier offers one, ask where it was measured, on how many customers and over what period. Your own records are the only source that could speak to it, and only you can open them.
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given.Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
The rest of the range, in published prices. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999; the trios are fixed rather than chosen. Combos pair two scents at ₹899, with the Oud and Sandalwood combos at ₹949. 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 are for the hanging bottle - there is no spray refill product at all, only a system described as in development.SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, which belongs to a chauffeur or fleet conversation rather than this one. The fragrances are made in India. The Safar device is imported, with a country of origin of China.
Published as Spray (Strong scent-throw). Applied when somebody decides to apply it, and nothing stays visible in the cabin afterwards. Eight scents, ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
Published as Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the same price as the spray. It runs continuously once it is in the car, and it is visible from the driver's seat.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered.
from ₹699
The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts:Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
If a supplier can put a number on what a fragrance does to your business, ask where it was measured and on whom. The question is usually the end of the conversation.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car range, sorted by who controls when the scent happens
Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own
₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India
₹3,999
Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Working out what to hand a customer, and how many? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: what your business actually does, roughly how many customers a month you are talking about, whether you want the customer to control the scent or the car to carry it continuously, and what you want to spend per customer. You will get a straight answer rather than a catalogue. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, sleeve, insert or printed packaging. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break, lead time or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count for any scent except Mysore Orange Blossom; and any cost per spray. One thing worth knowing before you plan around it: the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published, so a spray is a sealed unit rather than a topped-up one. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.
The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.
And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.
Frequently asked questions
Does SOSA publish any data on what customer gifting does for an automotive business?
No. There is no study, no case history, no tracked customer set and no figure of any kind, and this page will not produce one. What is published is the product: price, composition, the two forms every 12ml scent comes in, and the single branding option, which is custom label or logo on product. Everything past that would be invention.
What can we actually look at to judge the spend?
Records you already hold. Which vehicles come back and how far apart, which customers booked a second job, and whatever your enquiry log says about how people arrived. Those columns are already being filled in. The honest limitation is that they will not separate one change from everything else you did in the same period, so treat what you see as one input to a judgement rather than a result.
A supplier showed us a figure for how much gifting lifts repeat business. Is that credible?
Treat it as a sales aid rather than evidence until it has a source. Ask where it was measured, on how many customers, over what period and by whom. Nobody in this category holds customer records for your business, so anybody offering you a retention figure for a fragrance is selling you something other than fragrance.
What does it cost to give one on every job?
Published retail is Rs 449 for Jasmine, Rs 479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 for Icy Mint, Rs 499 for Lemon, and Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time published anywhere. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Is the hanging bottle the cheaper way to do this at volume?
No. Both forms of every 12ml scent are published at one price, named by the store as Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild scent-throw. Nothing about volume changes that, because no volume pricing is published in the first place. The choice between the forms is about who controls when the scent happens, not about money.

What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count or duration for any scent other than Mysore Orange Blossom; any cost per spray; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; and any spray refill, since the 15ml refills are published for the hanging bottle. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
