Founder Diaries · Attars, Fragrance Discovery & Buying for Known Taste
By Sonal Sahani · ISIPCA Versailles 11 min read Updated September 2026
Variation is two separate questions wearing the same coat. The first is spread - how far apart the scents in the gift sit from one another. The second is quantity - how much of each one there is, because a direction smelled once is not a direction that has been tried. Discovery gifts usually fail on the second while looking generous on the first. And there is a third thing that your question forces into the open: spread only counts if it runs somewhere the wearer might follow, and for a recipient whose known taste is freshness, the published SOSA set spreads in the other direction.
SOSA Attar Trio, Ameeri Nawaab and Mastani, from Rs 1,055
SOSA Attar Trio · Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani · 3ml, 6ml or 12ml from ₹1,055 →
The set most of these questions arrive at, and the one fact most of them get wrong: it is a fixed combination. The SOSA Attar Trio is Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani - ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 in 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 in 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 bought singly. All three bottles come in the size you pick, Adaa is not in it, and nobody chooses the three. Published wear is 6 to 8 hours per bottle.
Quick answers — read this first
How much variation does a fragrance discovery gift need? Enough spread that the scents are not versions of each other, and enough of each that a verdict is possible. SOSA publishes a 3ml at roughly 60 wears at one dab, which settles the quantity half. On spread, the SOSA Attar Trio at ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml holds a warm rose and saffron composition, a white royal oud and a night-jasmine floral - three genuinely unlike things, all at the deeper end of the range.

Is the published set exploratory enough for somebody who loves fresh fragrance? It is wide, but it is wide in one region. Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani are all published as evening directions, and SOSA's own page lists a preference for fresh, light, citrusy attars as a reason not to buy the box. The light end of the range is Adaa - bergamot-led, sold on its own from ₹379. Adding it turns three deep directions into a spread that starts where the known taste already is.

Does a bigger size add variation? No - it adds supply. ₹1,859 buys 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 buys 3 x 12ml, and both hold the same three attars as the ₹1,055 tier. More of each, not more of them. SOSA publishes a wears figure for the 3ml only, so nothing here scales that sixty upward.
The short answer
Short answer: Two things make a discovery gift exploratory: spread and quantity. The SOSA Attar Trio gives spread across three evening directions at Rs 1,055 in 3 x 3ml, with roughly 60 wears in each bottle. For a recipient whose known taste is freshness the spread starts too far in, and Adaa from Rs 379 is the bottle that changes that.
The pick: The 3 x 3ml trio at ₹1,055 for spread, with Adaa at ₹379 added separately when the known taste is fresh - four directions, roughly 60 wears in each.
Why: Three bottles that are near-identical are one gift repeated. Three that are far apart but all in one region are a spread in a single direction. Quantity is the part nobody checks, and sixty wears is the published number that settles it.
You know what they wear. That is a starting point, not an answer.Three to smell - the published Attar Trio, ₹1,055 in 3 x 3mlOne to commit to - a single 12ml attar, ₹1,149 to ₹1,199The trio is always the same three, always one sizeNever - a promise about what they will like
Knowing somebody's signature fragrance is more information than most gift buyers have, and it still does not answer the question, because the next bottle is not the same bottle. What three small attars buy you is evidence rather than a guess - three things to put on skin over a week. What the published trio is not is a set you assemble: it is one fixed combination of Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, in whichever single size you choose. And no page can tell you what anybody will make of any of them.
Straight answer
How can I build a fragrance-discovery gift for someone who clearly loves freshness while still giving enough variation for the set to feel genuinely exploratory?
Separate the two things you are actually asking about, because they have different answers. Spread is how far apart the scents sit. Quantity is how much of each there is. A gift can be generous on one and useless on the other, and discovery gifts usually fail on quantity: three things smelled once are three impressions, not three trials. SOSA publishes the number that settles that half - a 3ml is roughly 60 wears at one dab, enough to wear one composition on several ordinary days and get past the opening, since the drydown develops after the first thirty minutes. On spread, the SOSA Attar Trio at ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 in 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 in 3 x 12ml holds three genuinely unlike compositions: Ameeri, Taif rose and Persian saffron over Indian sandalwood; Nawaab, white royal oud with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, published as the deepest of the four; and Mastani, night-blooming jasmine and Damask rose over sandalwood, oudh, vanilla and tonka. It is a fixed combination and all three bottles come in the size you select. Here is the part your question forces into the open. All three sit at the deeper end, and SOSA's own page lists fresh, light and citrusy taste as a reason not to buy the box. So for a recipient who clearly likes freshness, the spread runs away from them rather than out from them. The bottle that changes that is Adaa - bergamot, green cardamom, neroli and jasmine sambac - at ₹379 in 3ml, bought separately, because the published set cannot be recomposed. Published wear is 6 to 8 hours per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Spread and quantity are different purchases. Sixty wears settles one of them; the note lists settle the other.
The short version: spread comes from the published note lists, quantity comes from the published sixty wears in a 3ml, and direction is the judgement you have to make. The 3 x 3ml trio at ₹1,055 is three evening attars. Adaa from ₹379 is the light one, sold on its own.
The SOSA Attar Trio from ₹1,055

Three measurements that decide whether a set is genuinely exploratory

Nobody asks how much variation a gift needs until they have seen a discovery set that turned out to be one idea in three bottles. These are the three measurements that decide whether a set is genuinely exploratory, and the third is the one this range makes awkward.

01
The first axis
Spread: how far apart the three actually sit
Three bottles are only three choices if they are unlike each other, and the published note lists are how you check that before you buy and without smelling anything. Ameeri is rose and saffron led, over Indian sandalwood with a measured oudh and amber. Nawaab is white royal oud with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, dry rather than sweet. Mastani is night-blooming jasmine and Damask rose with vanilla and tonka in the base. Those are not three shades of one idea: a rose-and-saffron composition, a dry oud and a night floral are three different propositions. On the spread axis the box does well.
Tip: Read the four note lists before you buy. That is the one comparison you can run without the bottles.
02
The second axis
Quantity: a direction smelled once has not been tried
This is where discovery gifts quietly fail, and it is the axis with a published number attached to it. A 3ml is roughly 60 wears at one dab - the only quantity figure SOSA publishes anywhere in the attar range. That is enough to wear one composition on a working Tuesday, on a Saturday evening and on a day when it is warm, and to notice what the drydown does after the first thirty minutes. A card sprayed at a counter cannot produce any of that.

It also means the smallest tier is not the compromise tier. ₹1,055 buys 3 x 3ml and about sixty wears in each of three directions. ₹1,859 buys 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 buys 3 x 12ml - the same three attars, more of each, no extra variation at all. SOSA publishes no wears figure for the 6ml or the 12ml, so there is no scaled number to quote here.
03
The third axis
Direction: spread only counts if it runs somewhere they might follow
A set can be wide and still be wide in the wrong place. All three attars in the published box sit at the deeper end of the range, and SOSA's own page lists a preference for fresh, light, citrusy attars as a reason not to buy it. For a recipient whose known taste is freshness, that is a spread that starts two steps in. The fix is not a different box, because there is no different box - it is Adaa, the lightest of the four, at ₹379 in 3ml, ₹669 in 6ml and ₹1,149 in 12ml, bought on its own and given alongside. That is four directions rather than three, with the one they already recognise at the front.
Tip: Wide is not the same thing as wide in a useful direction.
SOSA Adaa attar, bergamot cardamom and jasmine sambac
The bottle the trio does not contain
Adaa, and why it matters to half these questions
SOSA publishes four attars. Three of them are in the trio and one is not. Adaa - bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac and white musk - is published as the lightest of the four and a daytime attar, and it is sold on its own at ₹379 in 3ml, ₹669 in 6ml and ₹1,149 in 12ml. That matters because the trio page itself lists a reason not to buy the trio: it is an evening set of depth, warmth and floral, and somebody who wears bright, light, citrus-led fragrance is not the buyer for it. If what you know about their taste is that it is fresh, the honest route is Adaa rather than the box - and if you want Adaa alongside two others, that is three individual bottles at full price, because the trio cannot be recomposed.

Work it out in this order
Measure the variation in this order, before you decide the budget
  1. Check spread first: read the four published note lists side by side.
  2. Check quantity second: a 3ml is roughly 60 wears, which is a real trial.
  3. Check direction third: the box is three evening attars, and Adaa is not in it.
  4. Then set the size. 3ml at Rs 1,055 explores; 12ml at Rs 3,189 supplies.
The SOSA principle
Exploration is not how many bottles there are. It is how far apart they sit, how much of each there is, and whether the distance runs somewhere the wearer might follow.
Two of those three are answerable from published information. Only the last needs a judgement, and it is yours.

The four published positions, measured on both axes

Here is the whole range on both axes at once, which is the only way to judge a question like this. Adaa is the light position: bergamot and green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac and magnolia, over white musk, vetiver and cedarwood, at ₹379 in 3ml. Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani are the other three positions and they are the published trio: warm rose and saffron with amber under it; white royal oud with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, the deepest of the four; and night-blooming jasmine and Damask rose over sandalwood, oudh, vanilla and tonka. Four published positions, and the box holds three of them. Whether a gift needs the fourth is the only real decision on this page.

The SOSA gift edit
Four levels of variation, and what each one is actually buying
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
One bottle, one direction Zero spread and maximum quantity. A single 12ml at ₹1,149 to ₹1,199 is the right purchase when the direction is already settled, and the wrong one when the whole brief was exploration.
Two bottles: Adaa at ₹379 plus one other The minimum honest spread - one at the light end and one deeper, bought individually at full price. It gives a contrast rather than a survey, and it is the least costly way to include the familiar end.
The SOSA Attar Trio, 3 x 3ml at ₹1,055 Three unlike directions with roughly 60 wears in each, ten per cent under the same bottles bought singly, in one gift-ready box. The limit is region rather than range: all three are published as evening attars, so the spread runs deep rather than wide of where a fresh-fragrance wearer starts.
The trio at ₹1,055 with Adaa at ₹379 beside it Four directions including the light one, roughly 60 wears in each 3ml, and two separate purchases because the box cannot take a fourth bottle. The most variation this range can give, with the trio price applying to only three of the four.
SOSA Attar Trio, three bottles in one gift-ready box
What the three sizes actually buy you
3ml, 6ml or 12ml - and roughly sixty wears in the smallest
All three trio tiers contain the same three attars; the only variable is how much of each. ₹1,055 buys 3 x 3ml, and the published figure for a 3ml is roughly 60 wears at one dab - which is the number that makes a discovery gift a real one rather than a set of samples, because it is enough to wear a scent on an ordinary Tuesday and not just sniff it in a shop. ₹1,859 buys 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 buys 3 x 12ml, the largest published size of each. Against the same bottles bought singly those are savings of ₹118, ₹204 and ₹354. The trio ships with all three bottles in the same size - there is no mixed-size set, and SOSA states that mixing sizes means buying the three individually and losing the trio price.

The practical facts apply to every bottle here. Alcohol-free and DPG-free oils, IFRA-compliant and skin-safe, carried on Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba and hand-blended in Pune in small batches by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained. A built-in dab applicator on each bottle: dab on pulse points, do not rub. Wear is 6 to 8 hours per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin, the drydown develops after the first thirty minutes, and that is the complete published disclosure - no projection figure, no seasonal claim, nothing about how a composition behaves on any particular person. Attar oils can stain light silks, so skin rather than fabric. The trio's three bottles come in a single gift-ready box, which is the only presentation SOSA publishes.

The fact that changes most of these questions
The trio is one published combination. You do not choose the three.
Almost every version of this question arrives phrased as a curation problem - which three directions should I pick for her? - and the honest answer is that the published SOSA Attar Trio is a fixed set: Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, in whichever single size you choose. Adaa, the lightest of the four, is not in it - SOSA publishes it as the daytime attar and sells it on its own. And the trio ships with all three bottles in the same size; SOSA's own page states that a different three, or three different sizes, means buying individually and losing the trio price. So the real decision is not which three. It is whether these three are the right three for what you already know about their taste - and where they are not, the page should say so rather than sell you the box. The prices are ₹1,055 in 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 in 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 in 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 for the same bottles bought singly. What any of them does on a particular person, and what that person makes of being given them, is not something SOSA publishes and not something this page will invent.

A discovery gift is not measured in bottles. It is measured in how many wearable opinions it makes possible, and sixty wears is what makes one possible at all.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every attar gift where you already know what they wear, and the first one is not price. Are you buying breadth or depth? Breadth means three bottles to put on skin over a week, which is what the published trio is for; depth means one 12ml in a direction you are already confident about. Then: does what you know about their taste sit inside what the trio actually contains? The trio is Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani - warm rose and saffron, white royal oud, and night-jasmine with Damask rose. It has no light, fresh or citrus-led bottle in it, because Adaa is the lightest of the four and is sold separately from ₹379. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

SOSA Attar Trio - 3 x 3ml Three to smell, not one to guess ₹1,055 for Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani in 3ml each, against ₹1,173 bought singly. The published figure for a 3ml is roughly 60 wears at one dab - enough to actually live with a scent rather than sniff it ₹1,055
SOSA Attar Trio - 3 x 6ml The middle size ₹1,859 against ₹2,063 bought singly. The same three attars; the trio ships with all three bottles in the same size ₹1,859
SOSA Attar Trio - 3 x 12ml Three full bottles ₹3,189 against ₹3,543 bought singly. The largest published size of each, in one gift-ready box ₹3,189
Adaa - 3ml, 6ml, 12ml The lightest in the range ₹379, ₹669 and ₹1,149. Bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac and white musk. Adaa is not in the trio - SOSA publishes it as the daytime attar and sells it separately from ₹379
Ameeri - 3ml, 6ml, 12ml Warm, rose and saffron led ₹385, ₹679 and ₹1,165. Taif rose, Indian sandalwood, Persian saffron, a measured oudh and amber from ₹385
Mastani - 3ml, 6ml, 12ml Floral depth ₹389, ₹685 and ₹1,179. Night-blooming jasmine and Damask rose over sandalwood, oudh, vanilla and tonka from ₹389
Nawaab - 3ml, 6ml, 12ml The deepest in the range ₹399, ₹699 and ₹1,199. White royal oud led, with Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf. SOSA publishes this as the deepest of the four from ₹399
SOSA solid body perfumes - 15g Worn, and smaller still ₹459 to ₹549. The other worn format in the range. No wear-time figure is published for these, so this page does not give one from ₹459
SOSA reed diffusers A room, not a person From ₹749 in 50ml. Listed here only to rule it out: a reed diffuser scents a room and an attar is worn. They are not substitutes, and a fragrance-taste question is not answered by a bottle that sits on a shelf from ₹749

The single most useful fact on this page: the published Attar Trio is one fixed combination. It is Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, every time, and all three bottles ship in the size you select. Adaa cannot be substituted into it, and there is no mixed-size trio - SOSA's own page says that if you want a different three, or three different sizes, you buy the bottles individually and the trio discount does not apply. Published across all five pages: 6 to 8 hours of wear per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin, a built-in dab applicator (dab on pulse points, do not rub), a carrier of Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba, and alcohol-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant formulations hand-blended in small batches in Pune. A 3ml is published at roughly 60 wears at one dab. Attar oils can stain light silks, so they go on skin rather than on fabric. Prices above are the published selling prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, with quantities settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

What the SOSA attar pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • The four attars and their prices - Adaa, bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac and white musk, ₹379 / ₹669 / ₹1,149; Ameeri, Taif rose, Indian sandalwood, Persian saffron, soft oudh and amber, ₹385 / ₹679 / ₹1,165; Mastani, night-blooming jasmine, Damask rose, Mysore sandalwood, oudh, vanilla and tonka, ₹389 / ₹685 / ₹1,179; Nawaab, white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf, ₹399 / ₹699 / ₹1,199. In 3ml, 6ml and 12ml. Those four are the entire attar range.
  • The trio - Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani at ₹1,055, ₹1,859 and ₹3,189 for 3 x 3ml, 3 x 6ml and 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 bought singly. It is one fixed combination, all three bottles in the same size, and Adaa is not in it. A different three, or mixed sizes, means buying individually at full price.
  • Wear - 6 to 8 hours on skin per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin, with the drydown developing after the first 30 minutes. A 3ml is published at roughly 60 wears at one dab. That is the only quantity figure SOSA gives for an attar.
  • The format - a concentrated oil attar with a built-in dab applicator; dab on pulse points and do not rub. Carrier of Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba. Alcohol-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant, skin-safe, heat-stable to 45 degrees C, hand-blended in small batches in Pune by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained. Attar oils can stain light silks, so they go on skin rather than fabric.
  • Relative depth, in SOSA's own words - Adaa is published as the lightest of the four and Nawaab as the deepest, with Ameeri and Mastani between them. That ordering is published; no number from any product page is quoted here, and no claim is made about how any of them behaves on a particular person.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any sillage, projection or room-distance figure; any shelf life, expiry, concentration or oil percentage; any seasonal or skin-chemistry claim beyond "longer on warm or oily skin"; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time; any presentation beyond the trio's single gift-ready box and a custom label or logo on product; and anything whatsoever about what a recipient will like or how a gift will be received. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The message we get most often on WhatsApp is not what should I buy. It is a more specific and more interesting problem: I know exactly what she wears. I have known for years. I just cannot buy it again. That person is not short of information. They are short of a next step, which is a different thing entirely, and almost nothing written about fragrance gifting treats it as different.

Here is the part I would want them to hold on to. Knowing somebody's signature tells you where they started, not where they would go. A person who has worn one bottle for a decade has usually not rejected the alternatives - they have never had three of them on their own skin at the same time. So the useful gift is not a better guess at one bottle. It is evidence: several things to wear, on separate days, and the chance to notice which one they reach for without being asked to be polite about it.

The part I will be blunt about, because our own product page is blunt about it: the trio is one fixed set. Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, all three in whichever size you choose. It is not assembled around a person's taste, Adaa is not in it, and if somebody wears bright citrus and nothing else, that box is the wrong box - Adaa on its own is the honest answer, and it costs a great deal less. I would rather lose the larger sale than have three bottles sit unopened on somebody's dressing table.

And the thing nobody selling fragrance should pretend to know: I cannot tell you what they will like. I can tell you what is in each bottle, that one dab carries six to eight hours, that a 3ml is roughly sixty wears, and that all four are alcohol-free and blended here in Pune. What happens when a particular person puts a particular attar on a particular wrist is genuinely theirs to find out - and giving them three ways to find it out is, I think, the whole point.

Frequently asked questions

How many scents does a discovery gift need?
Fewer directions than the bottle count suggests, and more of each than a sample card gives. Three genuinely unlike directions is a survey; three shades of one idea is one gift repeated. The quantity is the part that decides it: SOSA publishes a 3ml at roughly 60 wears at one dab, which is enough for a trial rather than a first impression.
Is the SOSA Attar Trio varied enough to count as exploratory?
On spread, yes. Ameeri is rose and saffron led, Nawaab is white royal oud with aged tobacco leaf, and Mastani is a night floral over vanilla and tonka. They are not versions of one another. The limit is region rather than range: all three are published as evening directions, and SOSA lists fresh, light and citrusy taste as a reason not to buy the box.
Would a bigger size give more variation?
No. The three tiers hold the same three attars: Rs 1,055 for 3 x 3ml, Rs 1,859 for 3 x 6ml and Rs 3,189 for 3 x 12ml. A larger tier buys more of each, not more of them. SOSA publishes a wears figure for the 3ml only, so no number is quoted here for the larger bottles.
How do I add the fresh end to a discovery gift?
Adaa, bought on its own. SOSA publishes it as the lightest of the four - bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac, magnolia, white musk, vetiver and cedarwood - at Rs 379 in 3ml, Rs 669 in 6ml and Rs 1,149 in 12ml. It cannot be put into the trio, which is a fixed combination of Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani, so this is two purchases rather than one.
Can I judge the spread from the note lists without smelling anything?
Partly, and it is the most useful thing you can do before buying. A note list gives you the materials and the order they are published in - bergamot and green cardamom describe one kind of opening, white royal oud and aged tobacco leaf quite another. What it cannot tell you is what any individual makes of the result, which is not something SOSA publishes.

Take the next step
Decide whether you are buying breadth or depth, then stop deliberating
The 3 x 3ml trio at ₹1,055 when the point is to put three different things on their skin and find out - roughly 60 wears in each bottle, so it is a real trial rather than a sample. The 3 x 6ml at ₹1,859 or 3 x 12ml at ₹3,189 when you already expect all three to be worn. A single 12ml at ₹1,149 to ₹1,199 when you know the direction and breadth would be wasted. And Adaa on its own from ₹379 when what you know about their taste is that it is light and fresh, because the trio is published as an evening set. Tell SOSA what they already wear on WhatsApp.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

About this guide: Written by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles-trained founder and perfumer at SOSA Home & Body. Product recommendations reflect the SOSA range; the reasoning about how to buy fragrance for somebody whose taste you partly know applies to any brand.

Specifications verified from the live SOSA product pages, September 2026: SOSA publishes four attars and one pack of three, and that is the entire attar range. Adaa - bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac, magnolia, white musk, vetiver and cedarwood - is ₹379 in 3ml, ₹669 in 6ml and ₹1,149 in 12ml. Ameeri - Taif rose, Indian sandalwood, Persian saffron, soft oudh, amber and white musk - is ₹385, ₹679 and ₹1,165. Mastani - night-blooming jasmine, Damask rose, Mysore sandalwood, oudh, vanilla and tonka - is ₹389, ₹685 and ₹1,179. Nawaab - white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood and aged tobacco leaf - is ₹399, ₹699 and ₹1,199. The SOSA Attar Trio is one fixed combination - Ameeri, Nawaab and Mastani - at ₹1,055 for 3 x 3ml, ₹1,859 for 3 x 6ml and ₹3,189 for 3 x 12ml, against ₹1,173, ₹2,063 and ₹3,543 for the same bottles bought singly. All three bottles in a trio ship in the same size and in a single gift-ready box. Adaa is not in the trio; SOSA publishes it as the daytime attar, sold separately, and the trio page states that a different combination or mixed sizes means buying individually without the trio price. Published across all five pages: 6 to 8 hours of wear per bottle, longer on warm or oily skin; a drydown that develops after the first 30 minutes; roughly 60 wears in a 3ml at one dab; a built-in dab applicator, dabbed on pulse points rather than rubbed; a carrier of Indian sandalwood oil and jojoba; alcohol-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant and skin-safe; heat-stable to 45 degrees C; hand-blended in small batches in Pune; country of origin India. Attar oils can stain light silks and are applied to skin rather than fabric. For comparison: SOSA solid body perfumes are ₹459 to ₹549 in 15g and are also worn, though no wear-time figure is published for them; SOSA reed diffusers from ₹749 scent a room rather than a person and are not an alternative to an attar. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: any sillage, projection or room-distance figure; any shelf life, expiry, concentration or oil percentage; any seasonal or skin-chemistry claim beyond "longer on warm or oily skin"; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time; and any presentation beyond the trio's single gift-ready box and a custom label or logo on product. Limits of this guide: no claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, headaches, sensitivity or wellbeing, in either direction. No claim is made about what any recipient will like. Nothing here states or implies that a named person will enjoy, prefer, adopt or be impressed by any fragrance, that a scent will suit them or become their signature, or that a gift will be well received; SOSA publishes no information of that kind and none is invented here. No third-party perfume, perfume house or brand is named, and no resemblance, alternative or dupe claim is made about any SOSA product. No rating, review count, strength score or customer name from any product page is cited, and no competitor or category of competing product is characterised. No statement is made about what any community, religion or family wears or gives, and no etiquette rule is presented as fact. No fragrance is assigned to a gender; SOSA publishes all four attars as wearable by anyone. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
