How long does one fill scent a room? A tank of water with a few drops scents a room for as long as the diffuser runs - typically a few hours, or longer on an intermittent setting.
Which size is best value? The 300ml at ₹1799 has the lowest cost per ml and is the daily-use choice; 15ml ₹299 is the try-a-scent size.
The honest maths on bottle life
Two numbers decide how long your fragrance lasts: drops per fill, and fills per week. Because the recommended dose is just 3 to 6 drops in a full tank of water, a small bottle goes a remarkably long way. If you run your diffuser most evenings at a moderate 4 drops, a 15ml bottle keeps you in scent for weeks, not days. That is the point of dosing by drops rather than pouring fragrance in - the scent is concentrated, and the water does the volume.
Scale that up and the value bottles make sense. The 100ml at ₹999 and the 300ml at ₹1799 are built for people who have found their scent and diffuse daily; at a few drops a fill, both last months. The 300ml has the lowest cost per ml, which is why I point daily users to it. There is no benefit to over-dosing to "use it up" - that just makes the room heavy and the bottle empty sooner. Stick to 3 to 6 drops and let the bottle last as it should.
Per fill is a separate question. One tank of water with your drops in it will scent the room for as long as the diffuser keeps misting. On a continuous setting that is typically a few hours until the water runs low; on an intermittent setting (mist a while, pause a while) the same tank stretches across a longer stretch of the day. The fragrance does not "run out" before the water - the two empty together, because the scent is carried on the mist.
How to make a bottle last longer
If you want to stretch a bottle without losing the experience, the levers are simple. First, dose at the low end - 3 drops in a small or well-held room is often all you need, and your nose stops noticing more than that anyway after a few minutes. Second, use an intermittent or timed mode if your SOSA diffuser has one; you get the same sense of a scented room using less water and fewer total drops across the day. Third, place the diffuser where the scent actually reaches you rather than chasing strength with extra drops - height and airflow matter more than dose, which is a thing most people learn the hard way.
A word on keeping the fragrance itself in good shape: store the bottle closed, out of direct sun and away from heat, and it will hold its character for a long time. And always use SOSA diffuser fragrance in a SOSA ultrasonic diffuser - it is water-based, IFRA-standard and phthalate-free, composed in Pune by an ISIPCA-trained perfumer specifically to mist cleanly. Raw essential and carrier oils are too thick, can clog the misting plate, and will cut a diffuser life far shorter than any bottle of fragrance.
One honest caveat worth stating: a diffuser scents and lightly humidifies a room. It does not purify the air. So "how long it lasts" is about the pleasure of the scent and the value of the bottle, not about any cleaning claim - because there is not one to make.

Versailles
I trained as a perfumer at ISIPCA in Versailles, and the one thing every great hotel taught me is that scent is the first thing you notice and the last thing you forget. I wanted to bottle that feeling for the home.
So the Hotel Collection is seven water-based diffuser fragrances, each my own interpretation of the style a famous hotel is known for - composed in our own lab, made to run cleanly through a SOSA ultrasonic diffuser. Please use the SOSA diffuser fragrance only; raw essential or carrier oils are thick and can clog the misting plate.
To be clear and honest: these are inspired interpretations, not the hotels' actual proprietary scents. SOSA is not affiliated with or endorsed by the hotels named - the names just describe the scent style. I would rather you knew exactly what you are buying: a perfumer's take on that hushed, expensive calm, at an honest price.
