Second, pour fresh oil into the vessel up to the neck - don't overfill - and wipe any drips from the outside so the glass isn't slippery. Lift the reeds onto a tissue. Pour fresh oil to the neck of the vessel, not above it, and wipe any spill from the outside straight away.

Return the reeds and flip
