There are two ways to put something extra into a customer's hands at the end of a ₹60,000 to ₹1 lakh job, and they behave nothing alike once that customer has driven away. One of them is a number written on the invoice - a dated document you both keep, and the number your own quote has to sit beside next month. The other is an object handed over after the invoice has closed, which never enters that arithmetic at all. That difference is structural and you can check it against your own paperwork. What nobody can check, and what this page will not pretend to, is what either one is worth to the person receiving it.
The thing you add without editing the invoice. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - published in two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). Nothing to fit, nothing to size, nothing to explain at collection. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
What can a PPF studio give at handover without reducing its service prices? Something handed over after the invoice has closed rather than written into it. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml, published in two variants at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). A reduction edits the record of what your work was priced at. An object does not appear on that document.
Is a complimentary product better than a price reduction on a premium detailing job? Better is the wrong word, because half of that comparison has no published figures behind it. What is checkable: a reduction is subtracted on the invoice and stays there, while an object handed over afterwards leaves the invoice untouched. SOSA publishes nothing about what a gift is worth to a customer, and this page will not invent it for you.
Is there a published rate for a studio ordering these regularly? There is none, and any page quoting you one is making it up. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is the one branding option that exists. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The short answer
Short answer: Hand something over after the invoice closes rather than subtracting from the invoice. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, and the spray and hanging versions are the same price. No bulk rate is published, so quantities go to WhatsApp on +91 96192 18531.
The pick:The 12ml spray at ₹449 to ₹509, handed over once the invoice is settled - or a Discovery Set at ₹699 to ₹899 where a single bottle looks thin against a ₹1 lakh job.
Why: It never touches the number on your invoice, it needs no fitment and no explanation at the collection bay, and it goes on being used in a car you are not standing in.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Our PPF studio's average customer spends Rs 60,000 to Rs 1 lakh and we do not want to cut prices just to create goodwill. Can a premium fragrance gift at handover add value without weakening our service pricing?
It can, and the argument for it is structural before it is sentimental. A price reduction is subtracted on the invoice, which is a document you and the customer both keep, and it becomes the record of what that job was priced at - the number your own quote argues with the next time somebody asks what a full-front job costs. An object handed over after that invoice is settled never enters that arithmetic. It carries a published retail price of its own, in somebody else's price list, and nothing about it edits yours. SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. Every one of those is sold as two variants the store names plainly - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) - at exactly the same price, so the considerate form is not a paid upgrade. All of them are alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Now the two things this page will not do. It will not tell you the gift is worth more to your customer than it costs you, because SOSA publishes no figure on either side of that comparison and nobody selling you a gift is in a position to calculate it. And SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit figure anywhere, which means the cost side of your sum is a conversation rather than a page. Bulk orders are welcome on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 and custom label or logo on product is available. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The question is not whether the gift is generous enough. It is whether it lands on the invoice or after it - because only one of those two places is permanent.
The default on this page: the 12ml spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - the same price as the hanging version, handed over once the invoice is closed, with nothing to fit and nothing to explain.
The three questions this turns on, and the middle one has no answer
Three questions, and it is worth knowing in advance that the second one has no answer anywhere, including here.
1
The first question
Does it land on the invoice, or after the invoice?
A reduction and a gift feel like the same gesture across a counter and behave nothing alike once the customer has gone. A reduction is subtracted, and subtraction is permanent. It is written on a document you both keep, it is dated, and it becomes the record of what that job was priced at. The next time that customer asks you for a number, or sends a friend who repeats what they paid, the reduction is in the room with you.
An object handed over after the invoice is settled does none of that. It has its own published price, in a list that is not yours, and it is subtracted from nothing. Your rate for a full-front film job is still your rate. Your rate for a full body wrap is still your rate. Nothing about the gesture instructs your next quote, because the gesture is not on the document your next quote is compared against.
That is the entire structural case and it needs no data to stand up - you can check it against your own last ten jobs in about four minutes. What it does not tell you is whether the gesture achieves anything with the customer, and you should be careful of anybody who tells you it does.
Tip: Subtraction is permanent. Something added afterwards is not on the document at all.
2
The second question
What is it worth to the customer? That column does not exist
This is the question every gifting page answers with a number, and the number is always invented. SOSA publishes no perceived-value figure, no comparison between what a gift costs a business and what it is worth to a customer, and no data at all on what a gift does to customer behaviour. Neither does anybody else selling you one, which is the part worth remembering when the next supplier does produce a figure.
So here is the honest shape of your sum. The left column is yours and it is real: ₹60,000 to ₹1 lakh is your figure, your average job, your margin to protect, and you are right to protect it. The right column starts with a published retail price - ₹449 to ₹509 for 12ml - and then it stops. There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time published anywhere, so what this costs at your own volume is a WhatsApp conversation and not a page. Bulk orders are welcome on +91 96192 18531, and going in with your monthly number is more useful than asking for a list that does not exist.
The line under the sum stays blank, and it should. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will come back, that they will refer anyone, or that a bottle in a door pocket has anything to do with your next enquiry. What is knowable is the mechanism: a sealed bottle goes into a car that has just come out of your bay, and it gets used in that car by the person who paid for the work. What that is worth is your judgement rather than a claim anybody should be making to you.
3
The third question
Spray or hanging, and why the price list refuses to break the tie
Both variants of every 12ml scent are published at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. The store's own variant names carry the whole difference: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). Nobody is charging you extra for the considerate option here, which is unusual enough to be worth using deliberately.
So decide it on the two things that genuinely differ. Who decides when the scent happens. A spray sits in a door pocket and does nothing until the owner reaches for it; a hanging bottle begins working the moment it goes in, whether or not that was wanted this morning. And what stays in view. A hanging bottle occupies the mirror, which is the most looked-at object in an interior; a spray occupies a glovebox. A customer who has just paid for paint protection film has opinions about their car, and handing them the control rather than the decision is the version of this that does not impose.
Branding is exactly one thing: custom label or logo on product. That is genuinely offered and it is the whole of it. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card. If your collection ritual needs presentation around the object, that part is yours to arrange.
And one gap to know before a customer asks you across the counter: SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. The single exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499). Those figures belong to that scent and should not be stretched across the other eight.
Tip: Take your own monthly number to WhatsApp. There is no published rate to read first.
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
How to settle this before your next PPF collection
Decide where it lands: subtracted on the invoice, or handed over after it closes.
Leave your price list alone. An added object edits nothing on the document.
Carry two or three scents so the collection bay has no decision to make.
Take your own volume to WhatsApp. No rate, minimum or price break is published.
The SOSA principle
A reduction is the only part of a handover that goes into writing and stays there. The walk-around, the care advice, the thing you put in somebody's hand - all of it is gone from the paperwork the moment the car leaves, which is exactly why the paperwork is the part worth protecting.
It also explains why the gift being inexpensive is not the weakness people assume it is. Its price sits in somebody else's list, not in the one you have to defend.
Which scent to hand over, and the two things SOSA will not print
Eight scents, and after days with a car in your bay you know more about its owner than most gift-givers do - but you still do not know their taste in fragrance. Jasmine at ₹449 is soft and floral and the least likely to be actively disliked by somebody who did not choose it. Lemon at ₹499 is bright and clean and reads as a finished car rather than as a statement. Sandalwood at ₹479 and Lavender at ₹479 are the warm middle of the range. Icy Mint at ₹489 is sharp and literal. Sea Breeze and Vetiver at ₹509 are the two with the most character, and Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and the one people hold opinions about - excellent when you know the customer and risky when you do not. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 is spray only. All of them are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Keeping two or three rather than all eight takes a decision out of the collection bay, which is not where you want decisions.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to add something at the end of a premium detailing job
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
The 12ml spray · ₹449 to ₹509
Handed over sealed once the invoice is settled, applied when the owner decides, nothing left in view. It fails if your collection ritual needs an object that looks like an occasion - a small sealed bottle is deliberately undramatic, and that is the trade you are making.
The hanging bottle · the same ₹449 to ₹509
Working from the moment it goes in, present at the mirror, and it can be topped up later from a 15ml refill at ₹399 to ₹449. It fails when the owner would not have chosen an object in that position, and film customers tend to have views about their interiors.
A Discovery Set · ₹699 to ₹899
Three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, so the customer finds their own answer instead of being handed yours. It fails on discipline if every job gets one, and the trios are fixed - a chosen-to-order set is not offered.
A reduction on the invoice · your current alternative
Instantly understood, needs no explanation, and it costs you exactly what it says. It fails at the only thing this page is about: it is written down, it is dated, and it is the number your next quote sits beside. Nothing handed over afterwards does that.
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given.Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
Three other things exist and it is worth knowing where they sit. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 - the natural answer for a job at the top of your range rather than for every car. Combos pair two scents at ₹899, and the Oud and Lemon combo and the Sandalwood and Oud combo are ₹949. 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 exist, and read that line carefully: they refill the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published at all. Further up, SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off - a real answer for a chauffeur fleet, and far too much object for a collection-bay gift.
Published as Spray (Strong scent-throw). Applied when somebody decides to apply it, and nothing stays visible in the cabin afterwards. Eight scents, ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
Published as Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the same price as the spray. It runs continuously once it is in the car, and it is visible from the driver's seat.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered.
from ₹699
The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts:Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
You can protect a price list or you can protect a moment. The only version that does both is the one that never appears on the document you will have to defend next month.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car range, sorted by who controls when the scent happens
Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own
₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India
₹3,999
Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Working out what to hand a customer, and how many? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: what your business actually does, roughly how many customers a month you are talking about, whether you want the customer to control the scent or the car to carry it continuously, and what you want to spend per customer. You will get a straight answer rather than a catalogue. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, sleeve, insert or printed packaging. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break, lead time or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count for any scent except Mysore Orange Blossom; and any cost per spray. One thing worth knowing before you plan around it: the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published, so a spray is a sealed unit rather than a topped-up one. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.
The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.
And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.
Frequently asked questions
What does SOSA car perfume cost for a studio ordering regularly?
The published retail prices are Rs 449 for Jasmine, Rs 479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 for Icy Mint, Rs 499 for Lemon, and Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. Beyond that, no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time is published anywhere, and this page does not invent one. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Is the spray more expensive than the hanging version?
No. They are two variants of the same 12ml product at the same price, published by the store as Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild scent-throw. The choice is about who controls when the scent happens and whether anything stays in view, never about budget. Anyone describing one as the paid upgrade is describing a difference the price list does not contain.
Can we put our studio's logo on the bottles?
Custom label or logo on product is available, and it is the one branding option that exists. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card, so any presentation around the bottle is yours to arrange. Discuss the label on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 along with quantities.
Is there any published data on what a handover gift does to future business?
There is none. SOSA publishes no data on retention, referrals or recall, and no honest page can give you one. What is knowable is the mechanism: a sealed bottle goes into a car that has just had significant work done to it, it needs no fitting and no explaining, and it gets used by the person who paid for the work. What that is worth to a studio is a judgement rather than a figure.
How much use does one 12ml bottle give a customer?
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either the spray or the hanging form, for any scent. The single exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. Those figures belong to that scent and should not be extended to the other eight.
Take the next step
Keep your prices, add the object, and settle the quantity in a conversation
The 12ml spray at ₹449 to ₹509 when you want the customer to decide and nothing left in their sightline. The hanging bottle at the same price when you want the scent present from the moment they drive off. A Discovery Set from ₹699 for the jobs at the top of your range. No bulk rate is published, so take your own monthly number to WhatsApp instead - custom label or logo on product is available.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
