The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Is the spray dearer than the hanging version?
No. They are two variants of the same 12ml product at one price, published by the store as Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild scent-throw. The choice is about who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin. Anyone presenting one as the paid upgrade is describing a gap the price list does not contain.
Can we put the bank's logo on it?

How much use does one 12ml bottle give a borrower?
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either the spray or the hanging form, for any scent, so nothing here will estimate it. The one exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. Those belong to that scent and should not be carried across to the other eight.
Will a congratulations gift make the customer come back to us for their next loan?
There is no published basis for saying customers will return, and SOSA holds no data of any kind on what a gift does to borrower behaviour.
