Two hundred is the number that changes the question. At twenty kits you choose a good object and put it in a bag. At two hundred, the object has to survive an assembly table - a room, a few pairs of hands, a deadline, and a stack of bags that all have to come out the same. Most of the things that feel premium in a photograph fail that room quietly. They come in sizes. They need a name attached. Somebody has to stand there deciding which one goes where. The premium item that works across two hundred kits is the one where no single unit has to find its own recipient.
SOSA car perfume, spray or hanging, from Rs 449
SOSA car perfume · 12ml · spray or hanging at the same price from ₹449 →
One object, two hundred identical bags. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - published in two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). No size, no fitment and nothing to match to a person at the assembly table. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
What is one premium-feeling item that works across a large run of automotive event kits? Something sealed, identical in every bag, and relevant to what the attendees turned up for. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml, published in two forms at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). No sizing, no fitment, and nothing that has to be matched to a person.

Spray or hanging bottle for an event kit? Usually the spray. The two cost the same, so this is not a budget call. A spray stays sealed until the attendee decides to use it and leaves nothing visible in a cabin you have never seen. A hanging bottle works from the moment it goes up and occupies the mirror. The car belongs to the attendee, which is the argument for letting them switch it on themselves.

What does SOSA publish for an organiser preparing a run of two hundred kits? The retail prices, and nothing past them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time, and no per-unit figure of any kind. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The short answer
Short answer: One sealed item that is identical in every bag. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, and the spray and the hanging bottle are the same price, so the choice is control rather than budget. No bulk rate is published; quantities go to WhatsApp on +91 96192 18531.
The pick: The spray, at ₹449 to ₹509 - one sealed object, the same object in all two hundred bags, with nothing to match to a person.
Why: It goes in any bag, it needs no size and no fitment, it is the same for a hatchback and a track car, and it stays shut until its owner opens it.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
We are preparing 200 automotive event kits and need one premium-feeling product small enough to distribute efficiently. What should go in?
A 12ml car perfume, in the spray form, is the honest answer, and the reasoning is about your assembly table before it is about the object. SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. Every one of those comes in two variants the store names plainly - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) - and the two are the same price, so nothing about this decision is a budget decision. What is left is the thing that matters across a large run: one sealed unit, no sizes, no fitment, no model to check and nobody to match it to. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Now the part to know before you commit: SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit figure anywhere. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the whole of the branding, and there is no printed box and no sleeve. Take your kit count to WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Two hundred kits do not punish an expensive object. They punish an object with variants, because somebody has to stand at a table and work out which one belongs in which bag.
The default on this page: the spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - the same price as the hanging bottle, one sealed unit per bag, nothing to size and nothing to explain.

Three things two hundred kits do to an object that twenty kits never would

Three things, and the first one is the reason good ideas get dropped the night before an event.

1
The first thing
What "small enough to distribute efficiently" is actually asking for
It reads as one requirement and it is three. The object has to go into the bag. It has to stack and travel without anybody being careful with it. And - the one that is never written down - it has to need no matching: no size, no colour choice, no model, no name, no left and no right.

The third requirement is what quietly disqualifies most premium-feeling items. A garment has sizes. An accessory has fitments. A branded gadget has a charging standard somebody will ask about. Each of those turns two hundred identical bags into two hundred small decisions, and the decisions are made at nine at night by whoever is still in the room. That is where a run of two hundred goes wrong, and it is never the item price that did it.

A sealed 12ml bottle has none of those forks. It is the same object for every attendee who walks in, whatever they drove there. It goes in flat, it needs no tools and no conversation, and the person packing the bag never has to look up from the table.
Tip: Size is the easy constraint. Sameness is the one that decides your evening.
2
The second thing
Who decides when the scent happens, in a cabin you have never seen
This is where people expect the price list to break the tie, and it refuses to. SOSA publishes both forms of every 12ml scent at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. The store's own variant names carry the whole difference: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).

So decide it on the two things that genuinely differ. Who starts it. A spray sits in a door pocket and does nothing at all until its owner reaches for it; a hanging bottle begins the moment it is hung and carries on whether or not that was wanted this morning. And what stays in view. A hanging bottle takes the mirror, which is the most looked-at object in any interior. A spray takes a door pocket.

For two hundred attendees whose cars you have not seen and whose taste nobody asked about, that tilts one way. Handing over something the recipient switches on themselves is the version of this gift that does not impose on anybody. And a page telling you the hanging bottle was the dearer or better one would be inventing a gap the price list plainly does not contain.
3
The third thing
What SOSA publishes for a run this size, and what it does not
There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit figure published anywhere. That is not a bargaining posture, it simply is not on a page, and anything quoting you one has made it up. Bulk orders are welcome and the conversation happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Go in with your kit count and your event date rather than asking to be sent a list.

Branding is exactly one thing: custom label or logo on product. That is real, and it is all of it. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card. Whatever presentation your kit needs around the bottle is yours to arrange.

SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any of the eight scents. The single exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and states about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499). Nobody should stretch those figures across the other scents, and note that there is no spray refill product at all - only a system described as in development.

And the last one, which is the honest one. Nobody can tell you what a kit item does for the business that paid for it. SOSA publishes no data on what a gift changes about customer behaviour, and neither does anyone else selling you one. What is knowable is the mechanism: the object goes into somebody's car and gets used there. What that is worth to your event is your call.
Tip: Take your kit count to WhatsApp. There is no published rate to read first.
SOSA Mysore Orange Blossom car perfume spray, Rs 549
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
See the SOSA car range from ₹449 →
Work it out in this order
How to settle this before the kits get assembled
  1. Choose one item that is identical in every bag. Variants are what slow a table.
  2. Decide who starts the scent. It is the attendee's car, so usually that is them.
  3. Carry one or two scents, not eight. Fewer decisions at the assembly table.
  4. Take your kit count to WhatsApp. No rate is published for you to read first.
The SOSA principle
What two hundred kits punish is not price. It is variety. Every size, colour, model or name turns an assembly table into a sorting job, and sorting is where a large run quietly falls apart.
That is why a sealed 12ml bottle behaves better here than several more impressive objects, and why the scent decision ends up mattering more than the format decision.

Which scent goes into a stranger's kit, and what else the range holds

Eight scents, and when the bag is going to somebody you have never met the safe ground is narrower than the range. Jasmine at ₹449 and Lemon at ₹499 are the two least likely to be actively disliked by a person who did not choose them - one soft and floral, one bright and clean. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm middle and reads as considered. Sea Breeze at ₹509 and Icy Mint at ₹489 sit on the fresh side of the same idea. Oud at ₹509 is the one to be careful with in a stranger's bag: it is rich and woody and people have firm opinions about it, which makes it excellent when you know the room and risky when you do not. All of them are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. One practical note: a fragrance adds a scent. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air, so nothing here is a substitute for a valeted cabin.

The SOSA gift edit
Four premium-feeling items for a 200-kit run, and where each one breaks
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
The spray · ₹449 to ₹509 One sealed unit per bag, no size and no fitment, used when the owner decides and leaving nothing visible in a cabin you have not seen. It fails if your kit needs an object that looks dramatic on the table - a small sealed bottle is deliberately quiet, and that is the trade.
The hanging bottle · the same ₹449 to ₹509 Working from the moment it goes up, visible on the mirror, and it can be topped up later from a 15ml refill. It fails when the attendee would not have chosen it, because it takes the most looked-at spot in an interior you have never sat in.
A Discovery Set · ₹699 to ₹899 Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios, so the recipient finds their own answer instead of being handed yours. It fails on discipline across two hundred bags, and the trios are fixed - a set assembled to your own choice of three is not offered.
Apparel or a fitted accessory · your usual kit item Genuinely good in a photograph and genuinely liked by the people it fits. It fails on the thing this page is about: sizes, fitments and models mean every bag becomes a small decision, and two hundred small decisions is a night nobody enjoys.
SOSA Car Perfume Discovery Set, three mini sprays
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.

Three other things exist and it helps to know where they sit. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 - the natural fit for a speaker, a winner or a VIP tier rather than the whole run. Combos pair two scents at ₹899, and Oud with Lemon at ₹949. 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 exist, but read that carefully: they refill the hanging bottle, and there is no spray refill product at all. Further up, SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off - roughly eight times a 12ml spray, and a single-recipient object rather than a kit item.

The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts: Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.

One message, one honest recommendation

The question is not which object feels most expensive in your hand. It is which object is still the same object after somebody has put it into two hundred bags without looking up.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

Product What it is What it is for Price
SOSA car perfume - Spray 12ml, published as Strong scent-throw Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own from ₹449
SOSA car perfume - Hanging 12ml, published as Mild scent-throw The same eight scents at exactly the same price. It diffuses continuously once it is in the car, and it hangs where the owner can see it from ₹449
Mysore Orange Blossom spray The only one publishing spray counts 10ml is about 100 sprays at ₹549; 50ml is about 500 sprays at ₹1,499. Published life: about 50 days at two sprays a day, 3 months and above at one ₹549

SOSA Safar Waterless cordless diffuser, 6.9 cm ₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India ₹3,999

Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
  • Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
  • The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
  • Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
  • Refills - 15ml refills, ₹399 to ₹449, published for the hanging bottle. No spray refill is published.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. A note from Sonal

The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.

So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.

The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.

And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.

Frequently asked questions

What does SOSA car perfume cost, and is anything published for a large run of kits?
The published retail prices are Rs 449 for Jasmine, Rs 479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 for Icy Mint, Rs 499 for Lemon, and Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. Past that, no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time is published anywhere, and nothing here invents one. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Is one of the two forms the paid upgrade?
No. They are two variants of the same 12ml product at the same price, published by the store as Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild scent-throw. The decision is about who starts the scent and whether anything stays visible in the cabin, never about budget. Anyone describing one as the dearer version is describing a gap the price list does not contain.
Can our event branding go on the bottles?
Custom label or logo on product is available and that is the one branding option there is. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card. So any presentation around the bottle is yours to arrange, and the label itself is worth raising on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 along with your kit count.
How much use does one 12ml bottle give an attendee?
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either the spray or the hanging form, for any scent. The one exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. Those figures belong to that scent and should not be carried across to the others.
Is there any published data on what a kit gift does for the business behind the event?
There is none. SOSA publishes no data of any kind on what a gift changes about customer behaviour, and nobody selling you one is in a position to give you that either. What is knowable is the mechanism: a sealed bottle goes into the attendee's car, it needs no fitting and no explanation, it works the same whatever they drive, and if they like the scent they use it somewhere they spend real time. What that is worth to your event is a judgement rather than a claim anyone should be making to you.

About this guide: Written by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles-trained founder and perfumer at SOSA Home & Body. Product recommendations reflect the SOSA range; the buying reasoning applies to any brand.

Specifications verified from the live SOSA product pages, September 2026: every SOSA car fragrance is published in two forms of the same 12ml product - Spray, described on the store as strong scent-throw, and Hanging, described as mild scent-throw - and the two forms are the same price. Those prices are Jasmine ₹449; Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479; Icy Mint ₹489; Lemon ₹499; and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Each of those products also carries a 50ml car perfume spray at ₹1,499. Mysore Orange Blossom is sold as a spray only, at ₹549 for 10ml and ₹1,499 for 50ml, and is the only car scent publishing a spray count: approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml, stated as about 50 days at two sprays a day and three months and above at one spray a day. Car perfume combos are ₹899 for Jasmine with Lemon and Jasmine with Lavender, and ₹949 for Oud with Lemon and Sandalwood with Oud. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in one of eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Car hanging freshener refills are 15ml at ₹399 to ₹449. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, and is made in India. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios, is a waterless cordless portable diffuser of approximately 6.9 cm with a 2000 mAh Type-C battery giving up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off; its country of origin is China. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count or duration for any scent other than Mysore Orange Blossom; any cost per spray; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; and any spray refill, since the 15ml refills are published for the hanging bottle. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
