You have described two items as one problem, and they are not one problem. Put both through a single test - where is this object two days after the customer drove away? - and they separate immediately. The flowers are in a vase at home, or they are in the bin, and either of those is a complete and successful life for a bunch of flowers. The keychain is on a keyring, in a pocket, in a bag, at a desk. It is being used every single day and it is nowhere near the car. That is not a cheap gift failing. It is a gift that is doing its job in the wrong building, and it is the only half of your spend that needs replacing.
The gift with no use indoors. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). No model, no fitment and nothing to explain while a family waits to photograph the car. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
What should a dealership give at delivery instead of a keychain? Something that has no use indoors. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml, published in two forms at the same price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). A keychain leaves the vehicle with the owner by design; a bottle in a door pocket has nowhere else to be.
Should a dealership stop giving flowers at handover? There is no good argument for it. Flowers mark the moment, photograph well and need no explanation, and being finished within the week is not a failure - that is what a ceremonial object is for. The item worth reconsidering is the one that promises to last and then spends its life in a pocket.
Is there a published rate for a dealership ordering at this volume? There is not. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time, and no per-unit figure of any kind. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The short answer
Short answer: Keep the flowers and reconsider the keychain: one finishes its job at the ceremony, the other leaves the vehicle for good. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, spray and hanging at the same price. No bulk rate is published; quantities go to WhatsApp on +91 96192 18531.
The pick: The spray at ₹449 to ₹509 - the same price as the hanging bottle, with no fitment, nothing to explain at the desk and no reason for it to leave the car.
Why: It replaces only the item that failed. The flowers are still doing the job you bought them for.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Our dealership delivers 150 cars a month and spends on flowers and keychains that customers rarely use. We want something that stays connected to the vehicle after delivery. What do you suggest?
Replace one of the two, not both, and replace it with a car perfume in the spray form. SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, each sold as two variants the store names plainly - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) - at exactly the same price. Price therefore decides nothing, which leaves the two things that do: who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in a cabin that is not yours. A spray sits in a door pocket until the owner reaches for it; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in and takes the mirror. Since you are choosing on behalf of somebody whose taste you have not asked about, the spray is the version that does not impose. The operational fit at your volume is the rest of the case: no fitment, no model, no sizing and nothing to demonstrate, so the same object suits every car you deliver and a busy Saturday never turns into a five-minute explanation while a family waits to take photographs. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Before you commit, the numbers you will ask for: there is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit figure published anywhere. Bulk orders are welcome, custom label or logo on product is the one branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The flowers are not the problem. They finished their job at the handover and that job was real. The keychain is the one that promised to last and then left the car.
The replacement for one item, not two: the spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - same price as the hanging bottle, no fitment, nothing to explain at the desk, and no use for it anywhere but the car.
Three questions, starting with the one that says you only have half a problem
Three questions, and the first one halves the problem before you have spent anything.
1
First
Audit the two items separately, because they are not doing the same job
Ask one question of each item: where is it two days after the car left?
The flowers. In a vase at home, or already thrown out. Both of those are success. Flowers are a ceremonial object: they exist to mark a moment, they photograph well next to a new car and a family, and nobody has ever had to be told what to do with them. A ceremonial object is complete when the ceremony is over, and judging flowers by how long they last is judging them by a standard they were never bought to meet. There is no strong case for removing them.
The keychain. On a keyring, in a pocket or a handbag, at a desk, in a kitchen drawer. Here is the uncomfortable part: the keychain is not being ignored. It is being used constantly. It is simply being used everywhere except the vehicle, because the keys leave the car the moment the car is parked and they spend most of their life indoors.
So the keychain is not failing for being inexpensive, and a better keychain will not fix it. It is an object whose home is your customer's pocket, bought to do a job inside their car. That is the only half of your delivery spend this page is about.
Tip: One item completes itself at the handover. The other quietly emigrates from the vehicle.
2
Second
What a replacement has to look like at 150 deliveries a month
Two requirements, and the second is the one that quietly kills good ideas.
It has to have no use indoors. That is the property the keychain lacks, and it is not about quality or price. A bottle in a door pocket has nowhere else to be - it is not useful in a kitchen, it does not go on a keyring, and it does not compete with anything the customer already owns. That is why the category survives the two-day test.
And it has to pass a busy Saturday. At 150 deliveries a month, a gift that needs a model, a size, a fitting or a demonstration is a gift that will be quietly dropped within two quarters - not because anyone decided against it, but because the delivery desk cannot carry it. A sealed 12ml bottle needs no tools, no variant and no conversation. Somebody hands it over and the handover keeps moving.
Then the form, and the price list refuses to break the tie. SOSA publishes both forms of every 12ml scent at the same price - Jasmine ₹449 either way, Oud ₹509 either way - under the store's own names, Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). A spray waits for the owner; a hanging bottle starts immediately and occupies the mirror, which is the most looked-at object in a car interior. The car is theirs, so handing over the decision is the version of this that does not impose - and any page telling you one form is the upgrade is inventing a difference the price list denies.
3
Third
The numbers you will ask for, and which of them are published
There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit figure published anywhere. None of that is a bargaining position; it is simply not written on any page, and anybody quoting you a figure at your volume is making it up. Bulk orders are welcome and the conversation happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Take your monthly delivery number and your pattern across the month rather than asking for a list to read.
Branding is exactly one thing: custom label or logo on product. That is genuinely offered and it is the whole of it. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no wrap and no message card. If your delivery ritual wants presentation around the object, that is yours to build.
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. The one exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, publishing about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499) - figures that belong to that scent and should not be stretched across the other eight. And there is no spray refill product at all, only a system described as in development; the 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 are for the hanging bottle.
The last one is the honest one. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will come back or will refer anyone, and publishes no data of any kind on what a delivery gift does to a business. What is knowable is the mechanism: an object goes into the car and gets used there, by the owner, without you present. What that is worth against your current spend is your judgement.
Tip: Take your monthly delivery number to WhatsApp. There is no rate published to read first.
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.
How to settle this before next month's delivery schedule
Audit both items by one test: where are they two days after delivery?
Keep the flowers. They finished their job and the job was a real one.
Replace the keychain with something that has no use indoors at all.
Take your monthly delivery number to WhatsApp. No rate is published.
The SOSA principle
The keychain is not being ignored by your customers. It is being used every day of the week, in a pocket, at a desk and in a kitchen drawer, which is everywhere except the vehicle you sold them.
An object stays in a car when it has no job indoors, and that single property is the whole difference between the two items you are currently paying for.
Which scent for a car you have sold but never driven, and what else exists
Eight scents, and choosing on somebody else's behalf narrows the range more than the price list does. Jasmine at ₹449 and Lemon at ₹499 are the two least likely to be actively disliked by a customer who did not pick them - one soft and floral, one bright and clean. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm middle and reads as considered rather than generic, which matters when the object carries your name. Lavender at ₹479 is the gentlest. Sea Breeze at ₹509 is light and clean. Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and people hold firm views on it, which makes it excellent for a customer you know well and risky at a first delivery. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 is spray only and the only scent publishing a spray count. All are alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. At 150 deliveries the practical discipline is a short list: two or three scents rather than eight, so the desk never has to choose.
The SOSA gift edit
Four things on a delivery desk, judged by where they are two days later
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
The spray · ₹449 to ₹509
In the door pocket, because it has no use anywhere else. Applied when the owner decides, nothing left visible in the cabin, no fitment and no explanation. It falls short if your delivery ritual needs something that looks like a gift in the photographs.
The hanging bottle · the same ₹449 to ₹509
On the mirror, working from the moment it went in, and refillable later from a 15ml refill. It falls short when the customer would not have chosen it: it occupies the most looked-at spot in an interior you do not own.
The flowers · your current spend
In a vase at home, or in the bin, and both are a complete life for them. They mark the moment and photograph well. They fall short only against a test they were never meant to pass, which is staying in the car - so keep them and judge them properly.
The keychain · your current spend
On a keyring, in a pocket, at a desk. In constant use and never in the vehicle, because keys live indoors. It falls short at the one thing you asked for, and a heavier or better-made version of it fails in exactly the same place.
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given.Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.
Three other formats are worth placing before somebody invents a premium tier at the desk. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 - the sensible answer for a top-model delivery where one bottle looks thin, and the trios are fixed rather than assembled to order. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 for Jasmine with Lemon and Jasmine with Lavender, and as combos at ₹949 for Oud with Lemon and Sandalwood with Oud, each sold as spray or hanging at the same price. Each scent also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499. Further up the range, SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off - a real answer for a chauffeur-driven car, and far too much object for a delivery desk. The Safar device is imported, with a country of origin of China.
Published as Spray (Strong scent-throw). Applied when somebody decides to apply it, and nothing stays visible in the cabin afterwards. Eight scents, ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml.
Published as Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the same price as the spray. It runs continuously once it is in the car, and it is visible from the driver's seat.
Three travel-size mini sprays in one box, in eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, plus a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered.
from ₹699
The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts:Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
Judge the flowers by what they were for and they pass. Judge the keychain by where it spends its life and the answer is your customer's pocket, which is not where you wanted this money to go.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car range, sorted by who controls when the scent happens
Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own
₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India
₹3,999
Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Working out what to hand a customer, and how many? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: what your business actually does, roughly how many customers a month you are talking about, whether you want the customer to control the scent or the car to carry it continuously, and what you want to spend per customer. You will get a straight answer rather than a catalogue. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option, and there is no custom box, sleeve, insert or printed packaging. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break, lead time or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count for any scent except Mysore Orange Blossom; and any cost per spray. One thing worth knowing before you plan around it: the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle, and no spray refill is published, so a spray is a sealed unit rather than a topped-up one. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.
So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.
The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.
And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.
Frequently asked questions
Should we stop giving flowers at delivery?
There is no strong argument for it. Flowers mark the moment, they photograph well beside a new car, and nobody needs them explained. Being finished within the week is not a failure, because a ceremonial object is complete when the ceremony is over. The item worth reconsidering is the one that implies permanence and then spends its life indoors, which is the keychain, not the flowers.
Why does a keychain not stay with the car?
Because keys do not stay with the car. They come out of the ignition, go into a pocket or a bag, and spend most of their existence in a house or an office. The keychain is used constantly and almost never in the vehicle. That is a placement problem rather than a quality problem, which is why a heavier or better-finished keychain lands in exactly the same place.
What does this cost at 150 deliveries a month?
The published retail prices are Rs 449 for Jasmine, Rs 479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 for Icy Mint, Rs 499 for Lemon, and Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. Beyond those, no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time is published anywhere, and this page does not invent one. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
How much use does one 12ml bottle give a customer?
SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either the spray or the hanging form, for any scent. The single exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. Those figures belong to that scent and should not be extended to the other eight.
Is there any published data on what a delivery gift does for a dealership?
No, and nobody selling you a gift has any either. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will come back or will recommend you, and publishes nothing on retention, referrals or recall. What is knowable is the mechanism: a sealed bottle goes into the vehicle, it needs no fitting and no explaining, it works the same across every model you deliver, and if the customer likes the scent they use it somewhere they spend real time. What that is worth to your business is your judgement rather than a claim anyone should be making to you.

Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
